Guest Reviews
- Taylor (4/5): - The price was good The room stunk like weed the bed was uncomfortable the cleaning staff was rude and the ac was terrible
- Stephenie (1/5): - Very rude owner
- Elijah (5/5): Cheap hotel room with poor insulation facing/next to a loud highway - Cheap? Stayed for work, was decent enough. Non smoking room reeked of cigarettes but was cleaned each day. Some dude was giving haircuts outside my door, which was...odd. Make that money and all that but he used the loudest clippers I've heard in my life and the door to the hotel had a significant air gap. Made for a very difficult time getting sleep. It's what you pay for, a cheap hotel right next to a highway.
- Jason (1/5): Sucked - I request a small free room and got a smoke room Loud
- Lisa (6/5): -
- Natalie (5/5): - No ac in the rooms. It was so hot and muggy. For the price I should’ve gotten a discount honestly. If I wouldn’t have paid in advance I would’ve gotten a different hotel
- Christina (1/5): Horrible - DO NOT RECOMMEND! - I had requested a non smoking downstairs room and was put on the 2nd floor which was a super inconvenience as we were traveling with pets. The smell of the room when we opened the door was atrocious. I actually took my luggage back down to my car so they would not smell. This was clearly an old or current smoking room. I had only booked this hotel due to the fact that they do not charge for animals. I will NEVER do that again. I will happily pay a different hotel's animal surcharge. We couldn't get out of that room soon enough the next day! The smell in the room and the lights were so bright that we didn't even want to have them on!
- Bauer (10/5): -
- Terry (7/5): - The owner was avery nice, courteous woman. She seemed.on top of things. Night manager was not nice or professional in appearance or attitude. Specifically requested a ground floor room and received confirmation the request would be honored - arrived and was told he gave that room away. I was placed in what was most likely the most difficult room to reach on the 2nd floor. Had I known - I would have chosen a different place. But, it was too late to not be charged.
- Lott (4/5): - For the ac to work better then it does. It was to hot. The ac did not work i had to go buy a fan to be comfortable
- Evans (7/5): always a good sleep in my travels, I have stayed at this location many times. Reliable. - NA the chair in the room is old and not very comfortable
- Moore (7/5): -
- Charles (10/5): -
- Robert (8/5): -
- Artechi Jr (8/5): -
- Andrew (7/5): Cheap and a decent place to rest for the night. - It was cheap and well lit up. The room we were in looked like it was refreshed but fairly cheaply. The bed wasn’t horrible. It’s a cheap hotel stay that was pretty clean. The shower head didn’t work and the toilet was clogging. Again, it was a really cheap hotel so it’s hard to criticize harshly when you weigh in price.
- Mike (6/5): - The bed was not a queen bed I booked a queen bed me and my wife had a hard time sleeping in the bed we got
- Ethan (1/5): - Everything. Didn't stay the whole night.
- Maxine (7/5): Decent place to stay for the price. - Check in was easy, bed was clean & comfortable. The floor needs to be cleaned better. There was a dirty film over the floor.
- Amber (5/5): -
- Bates (7/5): The staff was very accommodating. -
- Lewing (4/5): - shower was horrible so was ac
- Sara (2/5): -
- Perez (5/5): -
- Ivan (2/5): -
- Emry (5/5): - Location was good. It seemed like it wasn't a secure place.
- Lupe (8/5): -
- Timd862 (8/5): Just what I needed - I liked that it was out of the way and pet friendly as I travel with a dog. I'm a mobile mechanic, and it was quiet, needed. Some rest and got it. Really? Can't think of anything.
- Ashley (1/5): - No towels or wash cloths in the room
- James (1/5): - Nothing to like Very unhelpful staff
- Valerie (8/5): -
- Kevin (6/5): Standard 6 - Helpful staff, strong wifi Very dated, hard to control I know but killed a cockroach in bathroom, which was cleaned but maybe draws need maintenance. Gaps under door didn't offer much comfort for a good sleep
- Meredith (1/5): - The manager at counter was rude to me and the guy on phine from booking.com so rude booking canceled my reservation and said find another hotel and anything over what I had already paid up to 40 was coverd so that about the only up side I got to pick a better option a few ppl was in there during all this complain about dirty sheets and another guy was having a issue with their reservation here at motel 6 in Russellville. Wouldn't recommend
- Ben (7/5): -
- Joesph (10/5): -
- Megan (4/5): - Rude Office Staff
- Cheryl (4/5): Noisy - Pets were free which was good. Parking was convenient. Located by Interstate so very noisy. Bedding had holes. Towels were stained. Room was dirty.
- Juan Ramon (2/5): - Nada Mal olor
- Laurie (9/5): - Nearby my sons house. Recent baby added to his family. Enjoyed seeing them Beds were hard to sleep in. (Hard mattress caused hips and back to hurt) Pillows too fluffy with foam neck uncomfortable all night
- Alexandra (8/5): - Roaches and dirty shower but a place to sleep. 5 starts to hospitality
- Elizabeth Sled-Herron (7/5): -
- BRENDA (6/5): - Price Bed and pillows sucked
- Johnny (2/5): - The comforter on the bed had around 20 cigarette burnson it
- Emily (10/5): - Great service!!
- Sandra (8/5): -
- James (10/5): - Clean friendly inexpensive
- eric (1/5): - Great ac,,,bed was comfortable But the cover was smelly and bad bed bugs
- Greg (10/5): - Very clean room and surprisingly quiet considering it is located next to the interstate
- Hughes (6/5): Pleasant - Tv Front dest worker
- Tracy (6/5): - Wasn’t a bad stay - was able to check in early!
The only problem was a woman knocked on our door @1:30 am and woke us up but it was obvious she had the wrong room!!
- Courtney (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steven (4/5): Rooms smell terrible - All the rooms I went into smelled like stale cigarettes..Lots of dead bugs on the floor
- Kirby (2/5): - This might be the worst hotel or room I have stay at. The pictures were nothing like what we had seen on Expedia. Upon entering the office stunk the building did not look well. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke had holes and stains. The woman in the room next to us was screaming outside of our door as well as a random man outside our door. We did not feel safe and left after 30 minutes. I would not stay here under any circumstances.
- Katie (2/5): Motel 6 - The staff were friendly but sadly the hotel itself is in terrible condition. The shower had not been cleaned in a very long time. And there were old soap bars stuck in the shower that had been opened. It smelled heavily of weed and the bedding was yellow. The floor had yellow stains all over it.
- Danny (6/5): - Close to town
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The room was ok. It is dated. Location is not the best. Overall it was just fine for the price. The staff is friendly. No bugs. Room i was in was very small. I would stay again if i needed to rest. For us (2 adults and 2 teenagers) the room was just not big enough for us to stay longer then 1 night.
- Tarah (1/5): We didn’t stay - Nothing. The room had roaches, the beds had visible dirt on them, the whole room had the chemical smell of raid bug spray, and the desk man was rude when I informed him we were leaving.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good clean rooms
- Hailey (6/5): Exactly what you paid for and clean enough; I liked it - It was exactly what it was, a $60 stay at a Motel 6. The facilities weren’t bad, just a little old. My shower was questionable on the mold, the TV remote only halfway worked so I couldn’t control the volume, but it had a clean bed, fridge, microwave, and desk. I enjoyed the SIZE of the shower too. Didn’t like that my non-smoking room still smelled like smoke and I’m worried it stuck to my clothes. The location was great. It was tucked off down into the highway so it wasn’t near all the other hotels, which I appreciate. Staff was amazing and very kind. Also very responsive.
- Pamala (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing customer service from late night staff
- Catherine (6/5): Pleasant - Motel 6 is always the best deal. Too much traffic noise.
- Kholden (10/5): Exceptional -
- Flud (1/5): Bad -
- coopers434 (4/5): DO NOT PURCHASE READ THIS REVIEW FOR A C.E.R. DESCRIPTION. - 2/5 this motel sucks, because when you walk of the stairs and go on the walkway for second floor its slanted. Also when I went in I saw 8 bugs, 2 in the room 1 in the bathroom also there was a yellowish green like peanut butter smudge. Also the sink drains so also there's was red on the shower can shower curtain also there's green and blue doodle's on the toilet paper holder also I found a pink hair brush that wasn't mine.blanket was thin as paper.bathroom door doesn't close all the way.i came out really itchy. Also there's a ton of sketchy people I know it says family friendly but this is definitely not . There's also people smoking plus vaping. the pool was closed because of the temperature but I'm guessing it was the exact same.In case you haven't figured it out by now this place was a dump .
do not purchase
- Chen (8/5): Very good -
- Johnson (1/5): RUN! - The price was decent for a night stay. The fact the air conditioner made this loud constant noise and had roaches trying join us in bed. We left In middle of night told guy at desk he said we should've came got bug spray.
- Kayla (10/5): - Nice place
- Cotterall (1/5): Bad - Nothing Blood everywhere
- Mike (4/5): - Close to College was good.
The property felt dirty as far as sheets and interior of room. It had an overall feeling of not relaxing.
- Makayla (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brady (5/5): Passable -
- LaSandra (10/5): Good - Staff was nice & friendly
- Vera (8/5): Motel 6 review - The hotel was well maintained to be so old. The only complaint I have is they could clean up the area around the hotel. It looks complete getto and not so welcoming.
- Kerri (10/5): - Outstanding service when checking in and out. Friendly service. Very clean room with a comfortable bed. Room was very clean and smelled clean.
- Julia (8/5): Very good -
- Patrick (8/5): Got a good night sleep - The front desk person(a lady), was definitely a good customer service employee. The price & location.
- Renee (6/5): Pleasant - Water pressure and temperature was good. A/C system worked well. When we first got there, they initially assigned us a room that already had a guest in it. We had to wait about 20 minutes in the lobby for a new room. And the TV only played one channel.
- Joyce (10/5): Clean and modern - It was totally updated and sooo clean!! The staff cleaned the rooms daily and did a wonderful job!! They kept everything clean.. including the parking lot. There was a fishing tournament going on and there were outlets in the parking arra to plug in their boats. Fresh coffee in the lobby in the am. Nice sized fridge in the room and microwave. Staff were very nice. Walking my fur babies around there were flowers and obviously someone had been growing veggies. The pool looked wonderful. However this had been closed for the summer. I would definitely stay here again.
- Floyd (8/5): Very good - Staff was great, accommodations were good and the location was excellent and easy to navigate to and from N/A
- Steve (5/5): Passable -
- Karen (3/5): Poor - The room was dirty, (dirty qtips in the corner by the trash can; hair in the shower, not ours); pillows were <1/4 inch thick. Very disappointing to have clean the shower before taking a shower. And the Qtip in the floor was really gross ! See above
- Larry (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kenneth (10/5): Exceptional -
- teresa shane (6/5): - Noisy small parking lot
- Stephenie (10/5): Pleasant and Clean! - This is a very clean and pleasant motel! Well worth the money. I liked everything!
- Brad (8/5): Very good -
- Ruth (6/5): - Not clean and had bugs in room
- Leonard (10/5): - David went above and beyond what i could have expected. His professionalism and commitment to customer service should serve as an example for orhers.
- Green (2/5): It was all right - The rooms are nice and cool and the workers went out of their way to accommodate us The owners kept watching us at the pool and maybe uncomfortable was just rude but the workers were great
- Travis (6/5): - Ok
- Leslie (8/5): - Just the right peace and quiet I needed.
- Julie (3/5): Poor - Location Could've used a good cleaning. Wasn't as bad as some we've stayed in.
- Kelley (7/5): Good - Nicer than expected, clean, good value
- Faith (8/5): - Convenient surroundings for dining options but loud since its nect to the highway. Pretty good stay when youre in a price crunch.
- Melissa (4/5): - Unfortunately, this is the worst Motel 6 we’ve stayed at. Very dirty, unsafe with random people walking and driving round and round the parking lot. Accessible room was not accessible for a wheelchair.
- Loftis (7/5): Overall for the price this is a good value - Overall good experience Washcloth in the bathroom had brown stains on it
- Dominguez (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robin (4/5): - Need to fix the air conditioning in the rooms. This was our third timw styaing & having to be moved room because of the air conditioning being broken.
- Deterious (8/5): Rest - No breakfast, location was ok Didn't have Breakfast
- Floyd (3/5): Poor -
