Guest Reviews
- Aaron (4/5): - Roaches
- James (4/5): - The people were somewhat rude!! Some seem like I am a nuisance, when I’m paying a copious amount for the room! It stunk, was outdated, and not very clean!!
- Jose (8/5): - Hey
- 189krystleh (2/5): Absolutely awful - Absolutely awful, I went to check in After my concert (before 11) and they had a "closed" sign up and no way of making any contact!! 80 bucks gone here, plus I had to find another hotel down the road which put me out over 200 for a night's sleep that was not expecting to have to pay since I made this booking over a month ago. Absolutely ridiculous!
.
- Diane (8/5): - The room was clean. Beds were fairly soft, very comfortable.
- Linda (2/5): - Staff was rude
- Felix (2/5): - Asked for a refund or different room
Due to having roaches
- Heather (10/5): - Quietness
- Cynthia (10/5): - Great staff kind and professional. Very clean & comfortable rooms. I would be happy to stay at this hotel again.
- Nakiya (10/5): - Welcoming
- Jonah (2/5): - Don’t listen to other reviews. This place is nasty it has roaches and is filthy. Go look at the google reviews.
- Wade (4/5): - No television service all weekend and no rate reduction for it. Rooms were sparingly cleaned. Water pressure very limited and floors could use some help.
- Linda (10/5): - Room was good
- John (2/5): - The place was dirty, poorly maintained and had bugs.
- Judy (6/5): - The price was great.
- Heather (8/5): - Easy checking service nobody bothered us but the housekeeping don't do much checking on you when it comes to Bringing clean items matter of fact they skip over you you have to get a hold of them
- Francisco (2/5): Worse management EVER - The manager kicked us out because we kept paying through hotel.com and he wanted us to pay up in the office which was 10 dollars more. He was rude and won't ever stay there EVER AGAIN. There was cockroaches and poop on light switch by bathroom. Out of 3 weeks, we got no room service even though I asked for it.
- Charlie (8/5): - For the price it was excellent...
- Brandon (8/5): - Wasn’t looking for anything fancy. I feel that I got what I paid for. Best price without resorting to staying at a crackhead motel.
- Natalie Faith (2/5): - We made the reservation early Thursday morning and got to that hotel at about 11 that night went to check in and they couldn’t find the name that the reservation was under didn’t wanna see paper work or anything. They also charged us for the stay and we didn’t even check in to that hotel so we had to go stay in a whole other hotel.
- Alyssa (2/5): - Me and my fiancé only stayed one night, it was the cheapest hotel in Fayetteville even though they upped the price because of the events that weekend we chose to stay there because there were no other available hotels that night and it was the worst experience we have had at a hotel. It started off with us getting to our room and it had a weird smell immediately, the air/heat had holes punched in it, there was dog poop under the bed against the wall, the tiles were shifted showing exposed floors, the floor didn’t look swept at all, I BARELY trusted using the pillows and bed that night. Then we returned from our event around 1:30am, they came to our room at 2-3am trying to use their own key card to enter the room without letting us know. My finance answered the door and they immediately started telling us we never checked in they didn’t know who we were or why we were there then later found out it’s all because the man at the front didn’t properly check us into the system when we arrived at check in. Then they proceeded to call our room asking more and more questions because they didn’t believe us so we did not sleep at all that night because I thought they were just gonna walk in unannounced again. 0/10 I will never stay at this hotel or a motel 6 ever again
- Robin (10/5): - It's quiet, clean
- Jamian (2/5): Poor - Tv didn’t work. We checked in at 6:30 at night and had to wait an hour to get in our room because they were cleaning it. Check started at 3. Outlets were missing covers.
- David (10/5): - Great
- Kim (6/5): - Some of the rooms don’t have any microwaves if you get soup on a cold night & sometimes the tv’s don’t work.
- Kimberly (2/5): - The room smelled of mold. The floors were weak, the light switch by the door didn't work, and the bathroom floor had water all over it. We left as soon as we walked in the room. My son is allergic to mold and we couldn't stay there. There were people smoking marijuana close to our room, as well. Unfortunately, we couldn't get our money back because the date for a refund had passed.
- Elizabeth (8/5): No frills but clean and comfortable - Clean and reasonably priced.
- CODY (6/5): - Easy
- Cody (8/5): - Easy.
- Blake (6/5): - Easy
- Haley (10/5): Comfortable on a budget - Good place to stay if you’re traveling and want to save money. Nothing fancy but it is always a comfortable stay when in Fayettville
- Wayne (4/5): - Got there at 4 pm but was told it would be 30 minutes before room was ready. 30 minutes turned into 1 hour. Found out later bathtub faucet was being replaced. Cable tv didn't work most of the time. Basically just a port in a storm.
- Darren (2/5): - We checked tv didn’t work phone didn’t work. We found a different hotel.
- James (2/5): It is what it is - You get what you pay for. I wasn’t trying to spend money, I got what I paid for.
- Cody (10/5): - Good place. Great prices
- Jeff (10/5): - Dirty
- Scott (8/5): - Old
- Trent (6/5): - nothing
- Verified traveler (2/5): Hotel.com is secretly storimg card info - Motel was not satisfactory. Went and returned keys and told manager/owner we would not be staying and that they had forgot to charge me at check in. They said no problem. Get home 2 days later and they magically charged a card i never gave them.
- Lindsay (10/5): - It was quiey
- Sourikhan (10/5): - Great
- mathew (4/5): - Killed a roach the first night and saw a few more by the mini fridge.Killed a bedbug and also have bites on me, wouldn’t recommend this place if you don't have to.
- Elva (2/5): - It was run down ...
- Eric (4/5): Dingy - Just very dingy and your could see stains on the wall
- Frank (8/5): - All lights didn't work minus the rear sink and bathroom lights. This is why I gave it a less than excellent rating.
- Shauna (4/5): - Tv wouldn't work, cigarette burns in sheets, bed uncomfortable, flat pillow, room smelled really bad, showerhead was horrible, tub was dirty. Worst part was the maid trying to kick us out before it was even check out time.
- Shawn (10/5): Resident - Very friendly staff love the place very comfortable stay
- Phillip (10/5): - Can I extend my stay?
- Kanji (4/5): - I had room wanna to change cause I thought I was fell unsafe so I ask room that get people close to me but the room was dirty
- Maria (8/5): - Good service
- Regina (4/5): - Room was not ready at check in time. Bathtub was dirty.
- Marian Denise (6/5): - The room was fine for what I wanted. I just needed a comfortable bed and a functioning bathroom for the night. Plus, it didn’t cost a lot.
- amanda (4/5): - The room served its purpose for what we needed. The king size bed had 3 flat pillows, the bed covers are very thin so if you are cold natured consider bringing a blanket and more pillows. The toilet and shower was all in one area, just a tiled floor and walls with shower fixture and a toilet. The water did not get hot or even warm, and the water from the shower will come out on the floor in other part of room. This was the only available place to stay last minute due to all others being booked due to ball game, which is why we were there. It was $200 for one night.
- Sam (2/5): - Couldn’t check in on time
Room not ready
Dirty room
Tv didn’t work.
Don’t use this hotel
- John K (2/5): - TV did not work, bathtub leaking, walls and ceiling dirty. Killed two roaches. They came in our room while we were gone. They took bath towels and did not replace them.
- Angela (4/5): - The TV didn't work, the front desk struggled with the reservation process, the bathroom ceiling had major water damage
- Ashley (10/5): - Amazing staff. Thank you for all you did to make this a success. We had a wedding to attend and check in and arrangements were easy!
- Stacy (6/5): - The place seemed clean, but there were roaches. This is probably due to the big gap on the outside door. There was also a big gap on the bathroom door. Shower had very slick floor.
- Matthew (2/5): - Booked two nights and left after the first. It was pretty bad.
- Linda (2/5): - We weren't able to get into our room until 8:00 pm because 4 out of 8 cleaning personnel didn't come to work.
- Fred (10/5): Great hotel - Ot was clean and very nice
- Shawn (2/5): - It was ok but there were flaws the TV didn't work after 9pm the shower kept leaking all over the place and I mentioned it to them
- JOE WADE (2/5): - I didn't like the place checked in and then left the room was nasty and roaches crawling everywhere including the bed the door was broken and the floors were soft and nasty from where it was flooded at one time would not recommend this place to stay at
- David (2/5): Worst Motel 6 I ever stayed in. - This is by far the worst Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed in. It’s sad that the owners are struggling and can’t afford to rebuild this dilapidated, bug infested, filthy, smelly motel. When we arrived no rooms were cleaned and there was a line to get in and all of the people were upset and that was the best part of the stay. The clean room wasn’t clean but the trash was emptied and the bed was made that’s it. We even had a view of the neighboring junkyard.
- Daniel Lind (10/5): - Decently clean. Not too terrible. Wouldnt bring my family of course. More for traveling work types.
- Christopher (4/5): Just good enough! - This place is basic. Motel 5.5 instead of Motel 6...lol. It's just an old place. Got what I paid for, nothing fancy at all, but it was a place to lay my head for the night.
- April (10/5): - Was very clean and quiet
- steven (2/5): Beware of Motel - Tried to check in an hour early and was told we couldn't and when we returned after the Razorback game, we're told they didn't have a reservation for us so charged us for another room, so I was charged for two rooms at a very old run-down Motel 6.
- BRIAN (2/5): - The main bedroom of our room was usable however the bathroom/shower was the worst I have ever seen. The shower in our room was not only in need of significant repairs, it was filthy. It looked as if someone tried to paint over parts of the tub/shower. The paint is now peeling and flaking. The towel rack was crooked and would have fallen off the wall if I touched it. There was a smear of an unknown substance on the wall next to the sink. Honestly, they should not even be allowed to offer this room.
- Carlos (4/5): Nothing else was available - It served the purpose, but just not good at all.
- Stacie (6/5): - The motel is very old and is in need of work. The worst part is that is is located at a very busy intersection.
- Jermikia (6/5): - Too much going on there
- Jane (10/5): - Very clean and friendly staff. Great place for the price!!!
- Jonathan (2/5): - Dirty bathrooms hairs everywhere dusty all over the place the Ac was broken
- Robert (4/5): - It was a good value, but you do get what you paid for. The rooms look like they've had a few upgrades, simple room but the bathroom was needing some things fixed in it.
- Michelle (2/5): - We left as soon as we walked in the room. The smell of mildew hit us first, then the floors were vinyl and uneven while walking around, the bathtub drain was corroded, the entry door frame and door was bent as if someone had kicked it in. The bathroom door was in the same shape. I would not recommend this hotel at all. They need to demolish it and rebuild it!
- Gary (10/5): - Incredible For A Two Star Motel. Expected A lot Worse And It Was Honestly Amazing Compared To Expectations. Definitely Would Book Again.
- Debra (10/5): - I like the location of the Motel and the kindness of the staff.
- Timothy (2/5): - No one was at the office and I couldn’t check in. Police were present. I booked another room on Expedia.
- Chad (6/5): - They don't care about their customers
- Ryder (10/5): - 👍
- Jean (2/5): - This owner is so worries about theif, no lamps, cleanix, shampoo and 1 tiny bar of soap. He was arrogant and dosent like people and man it showed!
- Kendall (2/5): - We walked in and there was roaches in the room and then the hotel wouldn’t give me a refund
- Scott (2/5): - Roaches everywhere it was disgusting
- Scott (2/5): - Dirty and roaches everywhere
- Stephanie (10/5): - Good
- Scott (6/5): - Lound and I saw a bunch of roaches
- Andrew (6/5): - Decent place to stay for a couple of nights. No amenities but you get what you pay for. They need to remodel the rooms and stop trying to patch/plug/cover damage or holes. AC was cold. Plenty of dining in area.
Cleaning ladies could do better in general clean. Don’t turn on too many lights if you are a clean freak.
- Brandi (10/5): - It's a trap motel
- Kelly (2/5): - You get what you pay for. It was a last minute trip.
- Jessica (2/5): - Booked through Expedia in May.. called to confirm with the hotel 2 days prior to check in-good to go. Arrive to check in and my reservation was cancelled due to the hotel overbooked. Staff very rude and unaccommodating. Overbooked but I could go online and rebook for double the price.. no thank you. Never again.
- Jason (2/5): - The room was not clean it had roaches the tv didn't work the plugs in the walls didn't work it just was a nasty place another person went to his room and he had roaches in his room to.we went up to front desk and asked for a refund and said good luck you have to get with expedia. This hotel doesn't need to be open any more
- Kelly (2/5): - Do not recommend plan ahead don’t stay here. Not worth the money at all. Rather sleep in the dumpster out back.
- Jhemari (4/5): - There was only smoking rooms left, $200 for one night and it was absolutely disgusting. Yellow stuff all over the walls, the bath tub was falling apart, roaches were on the wall when we woke up.
- Darrel (10/5): - Excellent
- Scott (6/5): - Saw a few roaches
- Joel (8/5): - Close to where i needed to be , alawys has vacant rooms, kinda wish they turned somenoutside lights off when sleeping
- Scott (10/5): - 👍
- Scott (8/5): - 😀
- Teah (8/5): - I had no issues during my stay. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Housekeeping was also very efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. I could hear everything going on outside my room. Fortunately, no one was hanging out there late at night. There was a major drip from the bathtub faucet.
