Guest Reviews
- Elizabeth L (2/5): Wouldn’t Stay Here Again! - The front desk clerk was helpful. The room had trash on one of the night stands, there was a brown sticky stain on the bathroom sink countertop, and the hallway carpeting looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in many days. There was dirt of all kinds throughout the carpeted hallways and steps.
- Cathy (10/5): My stay was with 2 adults and 4 kids and we enjoyed our time their - Easy on and off highway No pool

- Belliveau (2/5): We got what we paid for, low quality motel. - The accommodation price and location was OK. Overall, we did not like our stay and won’t stay at this location again.
TV was not working. Call room service, they offered us to change room but we had settled in for the night. He said that he would go get another TV but never showed up.
The office chair was broken.
The continental breakfast was terrible, No coffee in the coffee dispenser and the juice machine was out of order, the breakfast area was not clean.

- harryw675 (6/5): Place to stay - The wife and I were driving home after the flight home from Florida and it was getting late so we decided to stop so we would get home in daylight, it was clean enough in the rooms, the hallway had a musty smell.
The breakfast was ok the muffins were a little dry but the waffles were good.
- Jeffrey (5/5): - Smokers right outside ny window smell came through
- Ashlee (1/5): -
- Nakkiah (7/5): -
- Yvan (1/5): - Waited 10 mins before check in for someone to come out just for him to tell me i couldn’t check in. I had to go back in a few times to make sure he gave me a refund

- Welcome (7/5): It was amazing until i got a call to say that im doing something im not - I Didint have breakfast i left in a hurry One of the guys at the front desk gave out information about me to a stranger to them someone called asking about my booking and they gave them a lot of information about me which i don't appreciate.
- Robert (2/5): Disappointed. - Spacious. Bathroom was disgusting, rug/carpet was not properly cleaned, laundry vent and other fumes from the room AC venting through the room. Garbage and trash around the property with also room was not cleaned properly. Microwave had leftover residue, food, and gunk from previous individuals. Bedding was inside out with stains. Leftover trash from prior individuals was found in the room.
- Paula (7/5): -
- RICHARD (8/5): A good nites rest - All good.
- Raheela (3/5): -
- Gabrielle (1/5): Never staying there again. - Bathroom toilet was clogged, tv and alarm clock not functioning. Very loud, could hear everyone through the walls. Not a clean environment.
- Joanne (5/5): -
- Cynthia (5/5): - This is a very Old Hotel, and I am sure you will never accept this, But you need to Clean it up. Not much for a breakfast. Very Old and needs to be Updated. Since this summer, on some of our trips, This seem to be the Norm of some of the Wyndham Properties. You Purchase OLD property and you do not up date them. This is the second one we have tried and the Other one was an old Quality Inn with no Breakfast but a Grab and Go.
- Samantha (1/5): Won't return. Too much money for a dirty hotel - Didn't dare eat the breakfast, friend said milk was warm Mold everywhere.
- Madison (1/5): Gross - Sheets had makeup on them. Hair in sink and tub. Mold in a.c. vacuuming not done. Rooms and hall ways smelled like piss. Microwave not cleaned. Fan in bathroom was holding on by tape and was falling down. Lock on door was broken
- Weeks (3/5): I got ripped off. I booked the stay with Booking.com. They never booked the room so I had to pay again at the hotel. The -
- Jacie (1/5): -
- Ogden (4/5): Barley slept on this brick of a matress - The room was clean The bed was harder than the floor
- jacob (1/5): -
- Kelly (5/5): - Beds Lack of personality of staff and the smell on the building
- Kathleen (6/5): N/A - Left before breakfast No reply
- Lori-Ann (8/5): -
- Laura (10/5): The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. 10 out of 10. Which is a big deal because I am v - The property was clean and had everything I needed. Not anything
- Karen (1/5): - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING - STAFF IS DEPLORABLE & LACKING ETHICS AND MORALS Didnt like a single bit of this place. It is a 100% a rip off. They tried charging me $500 on top of already having them pull 184.21 for the 1st night. Tried to charge extra money & asked repeatedly if other fees were needed like the pet fee (3x i was solicited for that same question id already said no to). & then refused to work with the reservation holder in any sort of customer service trained capacity. Will neverrrrrrrrrrr reserve again. One of the absolute worst hotels in all of Maine. Place should be closed.

- Laurie (6/5): 1 overnight visiting family. Dirty, used damp wash cloth found on clean bath towel. No coffee available in lobby early m - Convenient Housekeeping
- Tina (7/5): Basic, comfortable stay. - The location was on our road trip route and was priced reasonably hence why we chose it.
Free parking on site.
Staff were welcoming and pleasant.
Rooms were basic but clean. The corridor carpets were quite dirty and dated and there were some steps down to the room which were hard to navigate with heavy suitcases.
The breakfast was ok.
Quiet nights sleep.
- 637luker (8/5): Visit - Nice place to stay. Convenient to interstate. Quiet. Well lighted parking lot. Security guard at night, but never had any reason for concern. Clean. Coffee at breakfast didn’t work either day. Peanut butter would be great addition to breakfast
- Jessica (4/5): Budget motel.... not budget cost! - It was a great location for the wedding i was attending. The bed skirts and bed toppers both had multiple stains on them. The bathroom looked like every corner had black mold and smelled musty. All the carpet in the hallway and room was covered in stains. The guy that checked me in didnt say more than 2 words to me. The whole place could use a renovation OR dont charge almost $200 a night for a barely 1 star hotel.
- Shel (2/5): - Location Staff was unfriendly, room was not clean…I had to ask for my room to be vacuumed and I’m sure the floor had not been washed recently.
- A7048UVpeterw (6/5): It was average - It was a solo stay. Overpriced in my opinion. The continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The staff was ok. Just an average place for this neck of the wooods
- OnAir618308 (8/5): Comfortable stay at a reasonable price - We stayed one night. Check in was easy. It was a very basic room with a small dorm size fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable. We were never t too pleased in the morning when I found that my ‘clean’ bath towel was wet and discovered that there was a dirty, used wash cloth had been hung on the towel by housekeeping. The towel appeared to have a clean one, but the wash cloth was obviously used, smelled and was damp. My husband has to request clean towels from the front desk. He also attempt to get us some coffee but was told they were out of coffee but did have decaf. I know it was just after a holiday weekend, but how does a hotel not prepare for that, when they advertise coffee available in the morning. We were told that the in-room coffee makers were available, but we know that those are not usually very good. Overall it is comfortable for a short-stay but those 2 mishaps contributed to a somewhat frustrating morning.
- Terry (8/5): - Everything was good
- Burkholder (9/5): -
- Stacey (2/5): - Old facility, room permeated with a stuffy odor, bathroom tub was moldy in the corners, walls were dirty. Ended up leaving after 30 minutes of being in the room.
- margaret (5/5): - Beds weren’t bad.The location wasn’t bad No maid service really.Had to ask for towels. The people were good .The hotel is in need of some remodeling. The price seemed high for the quality.
- Rich (10/5): Saturday evening - Our tv would not work. Texted with front desk who told us what to try. Still did not work and when notified they came up and fixed it! Well done!
Quiet stay- would stay again!
Didn’t care much for the continental breakfast offered so we passed and stopped elsewhere
- ShawnMarie (4/5): - 1st room super dirty asked for new room was better but it was not cleaned well at all, especially the bathroom floors gross. And the shower metal was gross. I won’t be staying here again when I go up to Augusta
- Holly (4/5): - will not go to a Days Inn in the near future
- Bill (8/5): - We had a pleasant even̈ìng.
- NANETTE (10/5): - Staff wonderfully friendly and pleasant. Property is close to shopping, Restaurants and I-95
- John (8/5): - Rooms are up-to-date and clean, with a fridge and microwave. It's quiet on the backside of the hotel where my room was. It very affordable. I would say that really the only thing they should do is change the carpet in the hallways. It's the first thing you see, and it's old, and needs refreshed.
- David (1/5): The last time I stay at this or possibly other Days Inn. - Not much. Although the night attendant did help me to get to my room from the lobby since there were a number of steps to get to my 1st floor room! I could have parked at the back of the building to use an exit door at floor level, except the door would not unlock with the programed card key. The cleanliness of the room. The room smelled like a wet dog or smelly gym shoes. I found dirt in the corners of the room and the bed sheeting looked worn.
- Elizabeth (2/5): - The second we walked into the hotel it smelled like cigarettes. And the room was beyond filthy. And also smelled .
- juan (6/5): -
- James (2/5): $150 incidentals hold - This hotel is horrible. We arrived and while checking in my husband noticed a sign that said they require $150 hold on your card for incidentals. That is ridiculous!! And no where was this stated in booking the room. We left.
- Denise (1/5): - Facility smelled nasty. I couldn't and didn't stay there.
- Richard (8/5): No working tv - TV did not work.
- Ed (2/5): - When we arrived in the dark, there was no sign of the hotel as their hotel name wasn't even lighted. The hallway and room carpets were musty. There was a weird smell in the hallway. The bathroom had stained tiles. The bathroom sink was outside the bathroom. Disappointed.
- Amanda (2/5): Stay away!!! Hotel of horrors - This place was a place of horrors!! Dirty dirty dirty! Black mold all over the place, nothing was cleaned, and many night time noises coming from other rooms close to me. I went with a volleyball team and I was scared all night for what they were all going to catch! The ac units and fridges are FULL of black mold. TV didn’t work, phones didn’t have any cords. The rugs are absolutely disgusting. This place is like a by the hour hotel. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and never have I felt that I couldn’t sleep out of fear but this one did it! Avoid this hotel at all costs.
- Christine (6/5): - Quiet
- Kurt (10/5): - What we needed
- Keith Robert (2/5): - Was.rather disappointed as first room i was in it had no ceiling in bathroom and drywall all in the bathtub. Then was moved to another room and they wanted to charge me extra because it was a double queen and i said i was only moved because of the issues in the bathroom of the room they put me in. Had traveled 10 hours to the meeting so was tired and this was just not what i hoped for on arrival. Checked my bill and 40 was added and called a room upgrade. Not exceptable in my opinion
- Glen (5/5): - In the bathroom, ladies panty’s behind the door. Gross. The king size bed sheets were not put on correctly. The top flat sheet was on top, then the comforter on the bottom. We told the morning clerk.
- Francis (4/5): - The bathtub was filthy with black mold in the corners of the shower/tub stall.....
- George (8/5): - For the record I don't like surveys. It was an ok place to stay, the price was right.
- Nicholas (2/5): - Places was absolutely disgusting
3 people came downstairs to yhe desk and said they had no hot water... while i was waitng to check in.
First room had stains on bed and sheets
Lamp shade which were originally white were black and saw 3 roaches in the fiest 3 minutes of the being there ,plus the whole first floor in t he rooms and hallways an overwhelming dirty wet dog smell.
Had been show 2 more rooms after that because the first was terrible the next 2 rooms were equally as bad. Ended up going to a different hotel
Waitng to see if ill actually get the refund i was promised. We shall see
Stay far away from augusta days inn
- William (8/5): - Staff was very pleasant...room was clean and comfortable.
All very good for the rate.
- joanne (1/5): Never again!!!! - Not much. It was dirty and not taken care of. Everything! There was cobwebs hanging by the doors, the tub was full of pubic hairs, sink full of toothpaste, drains didn’t work. Smelt like urine in the bathroom, the beds had stains. Empty cans by the microwave. Dirty trash cans.
- Yauheni (10/5): - Stuff
- Edward (2/5): -
- Natalie (1/5): bad place to sleep - It was close to the highway It was weird and very unclean, our room had dirty tissues near the shower and hair, there was a missing ceiling tile which was very creepy and the whole place smelled very strange. it was supposed to be a quick spot to sleep but there is absolutely no way they should be charging $150 for a room here it’s not even worth $80. find somewhere else to stay it’s not worth it.
- David (10/5): -
- Leigh (2/5): Unacceptable - Are you kidding. Look at this photo. A sink that isn't connected to a vanity. And it leaks all over if you try to use it
- loretta (6/5): - Over night accommodations for a concert.
- Elisenda (5/5): -
- Suzie (10/5): - Please overall
- Evelyn (10/5): - An excellent property, clean and well kept. The night I stayed the Expedia was literally 1/3 of the major chain across the street where I usually stay. There was a little computer glitch which threatened to delay the checkins of myself and another guest. But when the other guest mentioned he needed sleep for an early morning job, the host managed a work around to check us in expeditiously, even though it meant extra work for him to follow up with our paper work. I will definitely choose this property on my next trip!
- Ron (10/5): Good stay - The stay was fine. No issues. Slept well.
- Michelle (4/5): - There was no food
- Donna (6/5): -
- Silvia (5/5): -
- Jessica (6/5): -
- Jen (2/5): - I was charged and was never given a room. $150 to sleep in the parking lot. Sketchy people, sketchy place. If you love mosquitoes Maine is awesome.
- Nicole (2/5): - Very dirty, smells and our bed is broken
- Tiffany (2/5): Absolutely disgusting. No hot water. No working TV - This hotel was absolutely disgusting. There were literal dirt stains, and marks all over the walls. You could see a handprint on the wall of dirt. There were stains all over the carpet. The electrical looked like a fire hazard. The TV could not get a signal. There was no hot water in the shower. There were cracked tiles in the shower, rips in the bedsheets, the lobby and hallway Thermostats at 79°. It was stifling hot with a bit of an odor. The mini fridge did not get cold at all. The first room they placed us in did not have locks on the doors. I mean anything and everything that could be wrong with a hotel, was wrong with this one. I paid almost $200 for one night and it wasn’t even worth a $50 stay.
- Alberto (8/5): - Good
- Shelby (1/5): Bad -
- Darcey (8/5): - Dated rooms but clean and comfortable. My shower was broken and they quickly fixed it- so great service.
- Katherine (6/5): - The beds are comfy but the room stunk and the bathroom has a torn shower curtain and the tub has grime and hair. Some of the surfaces on the wall in the bathroom are dirty too. Will never stay here again but we'll suffer it out for one night
- Carla (2/5): Disappointing - I booked the stay last minute. It was a Thursday not busy hotel. I found the carpets in the whole building need to be cleaned up. The building looked poorly maintained. My room smelled like mold like if someone had forgotten a wet towel and got rotten. A/c boxes were really loud and I don’t think had clean filters because the air smelled also like mold. I couldn’t trust the cleaningness of the towels because one looked yellow. The shower curtain also smelled. I wish I didn’t stay.
- Dawn (10/5): Staff was great. Room was clean bed was comfortable breakfast was decent - Staff was amazing I used booking to reserve the room and it didn’t say anything about the $150 deposit that was needed
