Charles (8/5): Great hotel! - Great staff, perfect location and amazing breakfast. No toiletries provided in room - only shower. Definitely need a couple of complimentary bottles of water in room.
Jordan (8/5): Good hotel - The staff, location, and facilities were all great. A very strange man and “service” dog accessed the pool without a card by reaching over the gate. He was odd and his dog was barking. It was scary. We later saw him walking on the other side of the city down a road.

Although I didn’t drink, just watching the sunset was great and very peaceful. The one complaint that I would have is I had to pay for parking. The rate was a little high at $30 per night no matter if you self park or valet. And I did not know that until I checked out.

Jennifer (9/5): Quiet comfortable hotel, located close to the heart of Santa Fe. - The Drury Plaza Hotel is located close to the Plaza, the cathedral, restaurants, shops and museums in the heart of Santa Fe - all within walking distance. The hotel is very attractive. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed. I cannot think of much that was wrong with the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was fine, nothing special considering the cost of staying at the hotel.

General manager for food service was actually in the breakfast area and we chatted for 10 minutes (I own 9 restaurants and have been in the business for over 50 years). PostVacationAdvice (10/5): Kickback in Santa Fe - Such a great place for a family to stay to visit Santa Fe. Nightly rates were comparable with other hotels in the central area but the heated rooftop pool and breakfast/happy hour food and beverage service made it a great value for us. Valet parking was extra as well but the service was quick and responsive. Staff was also helpful and friendly. We would stay there again and recommend to family and friends.

divenuts (8/5): The staff makes all the difference - I should preface this review by saying that we would never book this type of hotel for ourselves. That said, this was booked for us by a family member we were traveling with, so we tried to have an open mind. The valets offered a warm welcome that set the tone for our entire stay and the front desk check in was friendly and efficient. In fact, every single staff member we came into contact with was an absolute delight. From the manager who we encountered each afternoon and always took the time to engage with us, to the awesome lady with the funky makeup who served the complimentary afternoon drinks. Everyone we came into contact with was lovely, even the lady bussing tables was a delight. Our room on the 2nd floor was ok, it was very long and narrow and despite having plenty of sq ft, the layout made it feel small. The bathroom was decent and the linens, towels and amenities were a good quality. Each day at 5.30pm the hotel offers complimentary drinks and snacks. We checked it out once; the cocktails, although served with a big smile, were cheap and sugary (as expected). The food (pasta and baked potatoes with fixings, hot dogs and popcorn), wasn't to our taste but many of the guests with children appeared to be making a full dinner out of them, so that is definitely a great feature for families on a budget. The location is really good, no more than a 7 min stroll from everything in the historic center of Santa Fe. I would recommend this hotel for family road trips and business travelers on a tight budget. The staff make this hotel a place you should consider if you're ever coming to Santa Fe.

mneiblum (10/5): Anniversary stay in the Land of Enchantment - My husband and I went to the Drury Inn for two nights, March 20-23rd, 2026. We were celebrating our anniversary, which I had noted in our reservation. Due to the increased rates during Spring Break I only booked a standard room. When I checked in at the front desk I asked if any upgrades were availble for our anniversary stay, Ethan replied, "I"m sorry, I can't do that," pause, "because that upgrade has alerady been made for you!". Instead of a standard room were were given a fourth floor room with a balcony and a bottle of red wine/anniversary card were waiting for us. Wow! I can't promise that this will happen for everyone, and I don't know if booking directly with the hotel (opposed to a 3rd party online site) made any difference, but this was our experience. The hotel was well maintained, including the roof top pool and hot tub, and the breakfast buffet and 5:30 appetizers and drinks were ample and well attended by guest. The front desk staff (shout-out to Ethan) and housekeeping were very helpful and curteous. We will be back!

Nancy (10/5): The only place to stay in Santa Fe - We have stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel on several different occasions and always choose this hotel when we happen to travel between Colorado and Arizona. Its location in Santa Fe can't be beat, walking distance to so many different galleries, restaurants, historical interests.

Richard (10/5): The best hotel in Santa Fe. - Rooms are big and have 2x TV's, good little lounge area, good heating / air con, comfortable beds with nice plentiful pillows. The reception were amazing on checkin, and also one day I sprained my wrist and they gave me directions to the drugstore a 15 min walk away. There is a free food buffet which is actually really good, and they give you 3 free complimentary drinks per night - house drinks but included, red wine, white wine, Tom Collins, some cocktails. The hotel location is great for local sightseeing. The Cross of the Martyrs is just a ten min walk away, Railroad museum and shops 20 min walk, the main plaza is about 5 mins walk where all the bars and restaurants are. One other thing we enjoyed every day is the rooftop pool and Jacuzzi. We went in February so it was cold out, but the Jacuzzi was warm and nobody else around. Free towels are available just inside. There are also various "reading areas" in the hotel, with nice seats and books, and fireplaces you can switch on, and just sit there and read by the fire for a couple of hours. In the main reception is a large fireplace and seating area, I sat there every evening building a Lego car! I also used the Launderette. Its on the 5th floor and is $2.00 for a full wash, $2.00 for a full dry and it was $1.25 for a laundry tablet. So $5.25 for a full wash load and dry. Hour each cycle. Parking was also great, there is valet parking and a person is there ALL THE TIME waiting for customers! or you can just park yourself there is plenty of space Nothing everything was great

Linda (10/5): It was a fantastic stay! - When we arrived they upgraded our room from a std king to a large king with fireplace, jetted tub with separate walk-in shower! The bathroom was huge and the bath products were spa like. Included with the room was a full hot breakfast and 5:30-7PM Happy Hour with "Munchies". These "Munchies" ended up being DINNER for most guests. Even though the per night stay was higher than normal, Santa Fe, NM is an expensive town for any meal or snack. In the long run, this actually saved us money!!! Valet parking was provided at an extra $30/night. Nothing! We will stay there on our next trip to Santa Fe.
jane713 (10/5): Off-the-chart amazing! Yes, it was that good! - I thought the price was high when I booked the rooms. I was concerned that I might not feel that I received the value I expected for the price. I was WRONG! This hotel surpassed my expectations significantly in every category. Fabulous location next door to the Cathedral/near the Plaza. View from the rooftop patio was so worth it at night-the stars were stunning, Santa Fe and it had a large fire pit with comfortable seating. The rooftop large pool/hot tub area was excellent looking west for the sunset with plenty of seating on a Saturday night during Spring Break. I thought for sure noise would be an issue, I was wrong again. Slept great. Room was perfect. Bathroom absolutely beautiful, large w/a beautiful tub and shower. I thought breakfast would be very basic, wrong again. Beautiful fresh cut up fruit, many choices of whole fruit, breads, jellies w/little sugar, freshly scrambled eggs and pancakes off the griddle, breakfast potatoes, sausage, excellent biscuits, oatmeal + many other choices. Coffee/tea/cereal choices were excellent. Happy Hour food and drinks was dinner for some in our group and a snack for others. One night it was chicken fajitas and the next was pulled pork. Sides were excellent both nights black beans, street corn, lettuce tomatoes freshly shredded cheddar cheese plus several sauces to go with the fajitas. Fresh and perfect coleslaw the next evening, delicious baked potatoes again with FRESH cheddar cheese plus butter and sour cream. Truly above my high expectations. The BEST part of our stay were the employees! Every single one was authentic, kind, caring and went above and beyond when seeing us no matter the setting. From Kiele and Ethan at the front desk, Angela at Happy Hour, the very kind and engaging soul at the bar, Seth the manager and Isaac with valet parking. Truly hard to imagine that our stay was this amazing but it was. May others feel so welcomed.

Hart (7/5): We have previously stayed at Drury Hotels & find them generally comfortable & well run. - location We were a little disappointed with the quality of the food at breakfast.....most of it was fairly good but the breakfast potatoes were tough and rubbery. In general the food that had to be cooked (unlike dry cereal and such) was not very good. We did not like the " barn door" for the bathroom. It did not provide enough privacy and it was very noisy in the middle of the night when the other person is sleeping.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the room was very cozy and comfortable with a separate seating area. Staff members are very friendly and very professional. The location was fantastic. Even in the cold and snow, we were able to quickly walk to the plaza and restaurants. We also enjoyed the morning breakfasts and evening kickbacks.
