Lokacija uz samu šetnicu i more daje savršen spoj opuštanja i ljepote, dok je sam hotel moderno uređen, ali s mjerom – nenametljiv, ugodan i vrlo profinjen. Ono što ovaj hotel čini zaista iznimnim je osoblje. Njihova toplina, profesionalnost i prirodna ljubaznost stvaraju atmosferu u kojoj se ne osjećate kao gost, nego kao netko tko se vraća na poznato i drago mjesto. Hrana je izvrsna – svježa, ukusna i estetski lijepo servirana, s pažnjom prema detaljima. Poseban dojam ostavlja rooftop bar koji daje modernu, gotovo “city vibe” notu odmoru na otoku, dok su bazen i saune savršeno uklopljeni i dodatno podižu cijelo iskustvo. Rijetko gdje se spoje ovakva lokacija, atmosfera i ljudi – zato se ovdje ne dolazi samo jednom.

• Rain (9/5): Wonderful stay! - The view from the roof top is gorgeous! The pool and sauna experience is exceptional. I loved the layout of this hotel and all it had to offer. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast and dinners were delicious and definitely worthwhile. The only thing I did not love about this experience was the push a button self-serve espresso machine at breakfast. I prefer an espresso machine and barista.

• David (10/5): Our stay was very enjoyable and made more so by the quality of the hotel room and it's facilities. - Breakfast was superb,from 7.30am. Bean to cup coffee,vast selection of cereals grains,fresh & dried fruits,yoghurt, fresh breads,pastries,pancakes,cold meats and cheeses..Hot..eggs,boiled scrambled or fried,bacon vegetables. All taken in the lovely garden terraced area. Location of Hotel was excellent being able to access Supetar harbour very easily. Unfortunately roof bar did not have a coffee machine so we could not make use of it after evening meal service.The restaurant service closed at 9.30pm so not available after that. Orders at the table for dinner unfortunately are not taken electronically as many now do.So mistakes were made. One food item that was disappointing was inferior fries being served with evening meals,where home cut fries would have been preferred and indeed expected with such good food.

• Benoit (8/5): Hôtel très confortable avec vue magnifique - C'est la seconde fois que je retourne à l'hôtel Osam, tout à fait remarquable à beaucoup de points de vues. Il est très bien situé (juste à côté de la vieille ville de Supetar, pas loin non plus des ferrys), et les chambres ont une vue magnifique sur la mer et sur les montagnes de la côte, et sont confortables, bien équipées, et belles, avec de beaux balcons. Il y a une piscine couverte petite mais très belle (et avec une vue magnifique). Le séjour est très relaxant. A la belle saison (ce n'était plus le cas) on petit-déjeune sous de magnifiques oliviers. L'île elle-même est une des plus belles de la Dalmatie. La gestionnaire de l'hôtel est charmante, très efficace et très serviable. Si je mets 8 et pas 10, c'est uniquement parce que nous avons eu une arrivée un peu compliquée, avec un enregistrement qui a duré 25 minutes. Le jeune réceptionniste, probablement nouveau, avait beaucoup de difficulté avec le système et n'arrivait pas à enregistrer les clients précédents. Il s'est excusé aimablement, mais c'était long. Le même jeune réceptionniste n'a pas été capable de nous indiquer clairement les horaires de la piscine quand nous les lui avons demandés, ce qui nous a empêché d'en profiter (nous nous sommes présentés trop tard le soir suivant). Je suis sûr que c'est parce qu'il n'était pas là depuis longtemps... Et un peu bizarrement, la chambre n'a pas été faite entre le premier et le second jour. Problèmes mineurs, qui ne m'empêchent pas d'apprécier l'hôtel Osam et d'avoir la ferme intention d'y retourner! Pour remettre un 10/10 la prochaine fois !

• Angela (10/5): Beautiful rooms and staff - Beautiful location and stunning rooms. Quiet Quite expensive without the touches of an exceptional hotel, robes, bathroom amenities, iron, provide yea and coffee no milk..just small attention to detail
• Derek (10/5): Had a very pleasant relaxing few days in a scenic location. - Good location. Upgraded to suite with lovely view. Staff very pleasant & helpful. All facilities excellent. Food very good. Nothing. All good.

• Dawn (5/5): Great location and fantastic restaurant but not adults only and should not be advertised as such. - The location was fantastic, the pool was great and the rooms spacious and comfy. The restaurant was wonderful, the menu and food was brilliant and the service exceptional. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. So we paid a premium for this 'adults only' hotel however there were children in the restaurant, the rooftop bar, the pool in fact everywehere except in our room! We did raise this with the receptionist however they were not prepared to do anything about it and we just had to put up with it, other guests also complained. One child was in the pool splashing about all the time. Don't mind children have one of my own but don't expect them at an adults only hotel which charges a premium Also felt there should have been help available with the luggage from the hotel to the ferry but again when we asked there was none even though the hotel has a golf buggy available.
