Guest Reviews
- Jeffrey (9/5): Very nice room, had all the capability of an apartment if you had to live there. - No meals available at facility but had a meal preparation capability in the room such as a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, 2 burner stovetop, and dishes etc. key cards didn't work well on outside door intermittently
- Walter (7/5): -
- Tiffany (10/5): Will definitely stay here again! - Our room was huge! I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door. I wish we had more time to spend in the room. We arrived later than we expected but it was a great room for our family! The beds were a little lumpy.
- Leonard (10/5): -
- King (10/5): Nice staff , clean and tidy. Needs updating , our room was quiet - The front desk clerk was amazing ! And the room was so clean !! These people need a bonus for how clean they are keeping this hotel . Needs updating .
- Josh (6/5): - Card keys kept deactivating and the staff leaves in the evening so very tricky to get into room when this happened.
- Kim (6/5): - We enjoyed the space and the staff was friendly. The toilet had a hard time flushing, and the beds weren't very comfortable.
- Michael (8/5): -
- Jim (10/5): One of my all time favorites - Beautiful facility and room.
Nice staff. Very helpful
Beautiful location. Nothing
- Amy (10/5): A lovely, clean, safe place to stay with the most-personable staff on hand!! - My stay here exceeded my expectations. The mountain views are stunning. The staff obviously loves people and their jobs as they are so friendly and personable. This Inn is definitely customer service driven and cares about the employees and guests. My room was so spacious that I felt like I was home. I had plenty of room for my belongings and to relax and enjoy the surrounding areas. The room was clean, fresh and fully stocked in the restroom as well as the kitchen. Anything I needed was only a question away. I will definitely stay here again!! N/A
- Teresa (10/5): -
- Donna (8/5): - Staff is very accommodating and friendly.
- stephen (10/5): Highly Recommend - Super clean, organized, fresh
- Raymond (9/5): - It was clean and comfortable! No breakfast and the coffee was awful!
- Stephen (6/5): - hotel.com booked us a handicap accessible room, hotel only has one handicap accessible room which was already booked but hotel.com said we had one reserved.
Hotel better suited for construction workers than for famlies
- Monica (10/5): - We stayed 2 nights while in town for family reunions. The accomodations were perfect for what we needed. Not really close to much but we knew this going in. We got 2 good nights sleep and hot showers and were completely happy with our stay for the price.
- KiaEra (9/5): -
- Paweł (8/5): -
- Charles Watson (10/5): Wonderful. - Price for what you get
- Krystal (9/5): -
- Craig (9/5): Clean, comfortable overnight stay - Excellent value, friendly staff Nothing
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peirce (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brad (8/5): Great place, but would be perfect if the mattress wasn’t worn out - Clean, large, newer The mattress sunk in the middle, so far that you had to sleep on your back only
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - Have stayed with them several times and will continue to stay there. Very clean and accommodating.
- Rimma (9/5): Will def recommend - I like the small private family like vibe. Very Nice homey feel. I like that the couch pullout was already made and ready for our arrival. The fan sound in the room was a bit loud. It bothered the person that had that room a little. not such a big deal.
- Roderick (10/5): Charity who checked us in was so helpful. She was so kind. - We loved the room. The bedroom was separate from the living area. That was very nice. The bed was so comfortable. Nothing
- Ryan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jessica (8/5): - My parents stayed at this location for an overnight trip in the mountains and it was their first staying there. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay and loved the feature of the balcony/patio in the room and the view of the mountains was spectacular and having a full-size refrigerator was convenient to have since you could store more drinks in it compared to other hotels. Yes, the kitchenette had some wear and tear dust but nothing major to report when it comes to things they did not like about the propety. They will think of this place the next time they are in the area.
- Gerald (9/5): Superb -
- Denis (8/5): Very good - The hotel, like most others, has a good price/quality ratio
- Jeffrey (7/5): not too bad, there was no breakfast provided, room was good size - nice room, beautiful view from balcony from about 8pm to 10pm sounded as if someone was doing construction work in a nearby room
- Piper (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent hotel and staff. Breakfast would be nice though due to location but the price is very good even without breakfast
- Krishna (10/5): Exceptional - An exceptional place.
- Jessica (9/5): Superb -
- Christine (10/5): Very nice stop over - Lovely spacious room with kitchenette and sitting room with balcony. Traffic noise a bit bad when in the balcony but if you shut the door it’s quiet and you can still enjoy the view.
- Michele (1/5): Bad -
- Muhammad (9/5): The location is so beautiful, but should mattresses need to be charged - Everything good Location
- Kelly (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptional value..very large rooms
- Krishna (10/5): Exceptional - Post COVID the idea of American hospitality took a nose dive. Most of the hotels weve been in the east cost were out to rip off the weary traveler. The hotel chains are the worst in this act, where they cut corners everywhere including quality. This is seen in everything they provide, the bed to amenities.Bottom line, they increased their price and reduced quality and service, clients have become a proces.
This hotel I stayed yesterday, Crystal Spring, still maintains the no nonsense American hospitality and have not compromised on anything. It's affordable, clean, and felt like home. Everything is good.
- Lyn (10/5): Excellent property - Clean and friendly hotel, all staff was very nice and clean! There was nothing we didn’t like
- Tina (7/5): Good -
- Debbie (6/5): It was ok for one night - Beds weren’t comfortable Mattress was old
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vivek (10/5): Fantastic stay at this cost - Everything Nothing
- David (10/5): Excellant - Staff was great !! I couldn't stay longer
- Phil33936 (8/5): Very nice place - Very nice room, very comfortable and clean with a beautiful view overlooking the mountains. The staff was very friendly and professional, very nice! I will definitely recommend. Great location Beside the fact some people seems to be living or staying long term in this hotel, and smoke weed on their balconny next to ours, everything was ok
- Gerard (10/5): - I loved the view from the balcony: green rolling hills and fields. Caught sight of eagles fishing in the river which was hidden by the trees. Also, very helpful staff!
- Edwin (6/5): - The Mattresses in both beds and including the sofa bed were very soft, almost too soft. Under the sofa bet was a suck from previous guest and finally the air conditioning was not able to shut off making the room extremely cold.
The bathroom toilet needs an upgrade, it is scratch so looks like is dirty.
- Jonine (10/5): Great stay - Very clean
- Susan (10/5): Gem of a Hotel - What a gem in the middle of "nowhere". We were not expecting to find such a nice hotel in the middle of farm country, but it was super clean, super friendly, very spacious, and the views from the balcony were amazing. If you're on the fence, just book here. Wonderful place.
- Melinda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alona (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic stay! The hotel was spotless, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious. Highly recommended for a comfortable visit!
- Anne (10/5): - This property is cared for and all the staff was friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. And what a shower!! Best pressure in Pennsylvania
- Jordain (10/5): Exceptional - The room was bigger than I expected! Very nice and comfortable. The shower was small, and the shower curtain was too short. The floor got soaked.
- Frank (10/5): - This was my fiancee and mine 2 nd time going there such a beautiful place we will be going every 4 years .
- Monica (10/5): - I liked big room with attached room and kitchen.
- Becca (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing that we had a suite and a view for an affordable price.
- Jeffers (7/5): Good -
- Jeevak (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mike (10/5): Awesome - This was a great location everyone was really nice and friendly Nothing
- Candee' (1/5): DISASTROUS 63rd BIRTHDAY 😞 - The desk clerk is the ONLY thing that gets a positive review. Bobbi was AMAZING! ... EVERYTHING else! The balcony view is terrible . The air conditioner only worked in the living room, not the bedroom. The 🚽 toilet was broken. You can only watch one channel on the living room t.v. You could watch multiple channels in the bedroom but, NO volume. It wouldn't have been a total bust if we could've changed the channel in the living room and watched it in the bedroom ( just having the sound from that t.v and picture from the other). Such a total DISAPPOINTMENT for my birthday!! I deserve a total refund. Nice way to spend my 63rd birthday!!!!
- Debbie (7/5): Good for a short stay with limited cooking facilities. - Staff was super nice and very responsive, especially when we got into room and discovered no shower curtain. One was brought up right away. Also needed a few extra towels and were able to get those quickly. Couch was a pull out sleeper, which we didn't need/use. As a couch, it was extremely uncomfortable to sit or lay on. One easy chair in the room wasn't any better. Had to use the dining chairs as footstools. Nice view from balcony, but no screen door so you could let in fresh air without bugs, especially at night. Coffee maker was a joke; disgusting coffee. Microwave was small and low wattage (700). Limited utensils and cookware; plates & bowls were small. A bathmat for the shower would have been nice so we didn't have to use one of the towels to step out onto. Pillows for bed were plentiful, but half standard size - we called them pillow bites!
- Mcintyre (10/5): Exceptional - Size, cleanliness, affordability, staff Pull out sofa bed extremely uncomfortable
- Elaine (10/5): What a gem!! - Everything! The fact we would only stay one night:(
- Dan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicky (8/5): It was okay - Quiet and calm Small shower, no breakfast.
- Helen (8/5): - The hotel over all was very nice. They couldn’t offer a late checkout without adding another night. And it was tight because we accidentally slept in. Also there was no breakfast so it was a little pricey for the area.
- Vladimir (9/5): Superb -
- Verified traveler (10/5): Labor Day Weekend trip - A great property for the money compared to other places we stayed on this trip.
- A. (10/5): We had a fantastic time can’t wait to go back - It was so quiet and very comfortable
The staff were great Nothing
- Jianzhong (8/5): Very good -
- Nancy (8/5): Very good - great service, friendly staff. Hotel was clean throughout. Room was very spacious with a nice kitchen area and a beautiful mountain view. Our only complete was an uncomfortable mattress. Overall great value for cost of room!
- Adam (10/5): - We arrived much later than we anticipated but check in was quick and easy and extremely friendly.
- Beatriz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rodney (1/5): It was the worst family vacation experience we ever had. - I like that they had a room available at the last minute but after staying there just one night, I can see why no one is going there. I only booked a one night stay. After I checked out, an updated request for two more nights appeared. I already had booked a different hotel for those nights so there was no reason for the amended request. I contacted the hotel staff who confirm I never checked back in. They referred me to the manager who just hung up on me. I have sent email receipts and bank statements to the manager who will not reply. I submit the charges to the credit card company as fraudulent charges. I'm very disappointed with this whole experience. I would recommend removing this hotel from your list of hotels.
- Anil (10/5): Excellent location and helpful staff - The location is very peaceful. Sunshine through your window early morning. Sofa bed could be better; we were six people, so two had to sleep on the sofabed. The orher beds were just fine.
- Donya (10/5): A must have mini vacation !!!!! - This place is amazing ! Hannah is sweet and very professional ! I wish I would’ve taken pictures , next time as we are going back ! 15 min from the fair and demolition derby ! We had so much fun ! This hotel is more like a Condo with patio so u can open up the room even park your vehicle right up to it huge laying back chairs !
Price was great way under what we budgeted❤️kitchen and living room coffee maker and blow dryer lol Big win ! Thank y’all for making our weekend wonderful /memorable !
One more great perk ….Of u arrive after 10 pm no worries Hannah put our keys paperwork you pick your code for the safe ! I love simple and stress free!
This is one of my longest reviews because if you miss going here you’ve missed great memories 🥰 N/a
- Marcin (8/5): Very good -
- Brian (8/5): Very good -
- Terry (8/5): - Nice clean room, no daily service so after the first day I had go to lobby and get coffee, not a big deal.
- Crandell (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Jeffrey (7/5): Good - Nice quiet location and the view was nice. The bed was extremely soft. Felt like a taco when laid in middle.
- Wonki (8/5): Very good -
- Geo (8/5): Very good - Great location Need a complete stove with oven and upgrade on pots
- A. (10/5): Very relaxing - It was very comfortable and peaceful, a great getaway to unwind and relax.

- Donald (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lorie (7/5): Okay to stay here! - Price was reasonable but not great.Very Clean, I would stay again. No pool, no coffee till 7pm, Only in room. No breakfast. Not much to do within 10 miles.
- Tina (7/5): Good -
- Kyle (8/5): Fantastic, except for the pillows. - Loved how the bedroom was separate from the rest of the suite. Everything seemed very clean. It was nice that the kitchen was stocked with some basic essentials. The pillows were terribly uncomfortable.
- King (3/5): Poor - No breakfast as advertised, was tea and watered down coffee yuck . Good tea . It's in Towanda, PA . Methheads work there and probably stole the food. A employee there was recently charged with fraud for stealing credit card info.
- Tandy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Leigh (10/5): I was extremely pleased both times I stayed. - I loved the balcony. That was my main reason to stay there. I’ve been there twice now. Very pleased. Wi-Fi can be spotty, that is ok with me but others might want to know this. The unavoidable sound of traffic.
- Hudson (7/5): Good -
- Pattyoak24 (8/5): Awesome view! - The view was awesome! Most of the restaurants that were close to the inn were closed.
- Annette (10/5): - This was a very nice property. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was large plenty of room for the three adults to eat, sleep and watch television
- Hanjra (10/5): Exceptional -
