• Bianca (10/5): - The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool and play area were perfect for our toddler and family. It’s also wonderful that it is self-catering, especially when you have picky eaters like me. The actual apartment is a bit outdated but nothing to really complain about. Only thing I didn’t like was that there were no sharp knives and not enough cooking stuff for a self-catering place

• Jason (8/5): - The staff were excellent. The buffet breakfast was not included but was really good. The beds were not that comfortable compared to similar priced hotels and there was alot of noise from the main road below but it is similar across major cities in Vietnam. Not the hotel's fault.

• Steven (5/5): It’s a lovely buffet, with a fantastic pool. Inside the room is 1960 original which is not very gooo - The door had a key lock and we only got one, which effectively made it one person had the key. This is an inconvenience. I had to pay a cash deposit because I only have debit card, and I didn’t have much cash. I wasn’t aware I would have to. Thankfully they lowered the deposit.

The self contain apartment is clean and spacious with all appliance needed for your stay. You have access to the pool , gym and it even have a golf driving corner. It is on a very busy street therefore it can be hard to cross teh street.

• Bryan (9/5): Great pool, excellent location. - The swimming pool is amazing, we stayed 3 days when we arrived in Hanoi in a 3 bedroom apartment and then stayed 3 days at the end of our holiday in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartments supply the basic requirements in the kitchen but the apartments are clean and worth the money. There is a big supermarket straight across the road with anything you need. Many restaurants in the area. If we return to Hanoi, we will definitely stay here again. Nothing, not to like in our opinion.

• Bryan (9/5): Great Location, pool is amazing. - Excellent location in the centre of the city, Lotte mall and supermarket straight across the road. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment, it was spacious and clean. The swimming pool is excellent. We have booked to stay for another 3 days on our return to Hanoi. Not many kitchen utensils supplied.

They are very unfriendly, unprofessional and disrespectful people. They make me feel so unwelcome. Specially one staff ( a woman) was argued with me on my booking in a very disrespectful way. I booked 3 bedrooms apartment for 4 people me, my two kids and my mom who lives near by, will stay with us only sometimes. When my mother arrived at the lobby, the receptionist stopped my kid and my mom. She asked my kid that we have to pay more 10$ for my mom stay. My kid was panicked by the way they talk and almost cry when she repeated with me. I talked with them over phone and solved the issue at that moment so my mom and kid could be in the room. Next day I had a talk with them about my booking but she continued to argued with me about that was just my booking( only for 3 people) but it wasn’t true. I showed her the picture of my booking choice so she could see there was the only option but she didn’t care about it. I told her should check again with booking.com and we will see. Later on I was so busy with my work and I didn’t have time to call booking.com. The issue was disturbed me for a week. And I still want to talk with booking.com. I really feel bad about it.

• Abbas (10/5): The good old days of hospitality - This option was the best value for money I have found in a long while. Very responsive staff, quick to solve my early check-in problem. Location is excellent for business travellers and holiday makers alike. Close proximity to several supermarkets, upmarket and downmarket food options, and shopping. And the added bonus was an old-school style sauna, steam room with cold and hot bath and other fitness amenities.

• Ly (7/5): Easy access, Large apartment, nice staff. An option to consider if you travel for work - Quite convenient location, easy to access for cars/bikes. The hotel staff is very well-trained and pleasant. The receptionists are very helpful to help set up my extra bed. The room is large and comfortable with full facilities. The toilet ran into trouble and the nob just fell off. The drainage of the bath is quite slow, so if I stay too long in the shower, the water might be stuck there for a while. And lastly, the price is quite high.

• Helen (9/5): Superb - The rooms are spacious and the living area is large and perfect for a large group of family travelling together. The use of the swimming pool and gym and lobby, cafe, restaurant ect of the hotel next door is a very good bonus. Big shopping complexes over the road, Lotte, Vincom Our son had a medical emergency and needed a coke - it cost VND120,000 which is about A$7.5. You have to walk a bit to get to local restaurants. The grab app forces the address of the hotel next door instead of the apartment, which has caused us a bit of headaches. The price is a bit high relatively to other similar options in the area.

Entrance to the hotel closed off as painting and repairs were taking place. Pool and ground facilities were not available for the entirety of our stay.

• Steven (10/5): Great very clean big apartment - The apartment was extremely clean and nice and big. The beds were comfortable. There was a big supermarket across the road in the shopping centre. The fridge was excellent and very cold. The apartment was a lot further out from the Old Quarter than we thought but it was okay, we just got a Grab in and it was very cheap. The shower curtains in the showers were not good.

The pool and gardens are legendary, absolutely top quality. Outstanding dining facilities, and the bar is brilliant, I felt pampered the whole time I was here. My preference would be for another set of keys for the room.one key is not enough between 4 adults.

Staff very hospitable,friendly and helpful. The areas that need attention are - (i) house keeping - particularly cleaning should be more thorough, often looked rushed and tentative; (ii) bath tub; and (iii) fully operating land telephone system.

• YONG WOON (8/5): 사전 안내 부족 - 1 Room을 예약을 했는데 별도 안내 없이 3 Room 객실을 주었습니다. 개인적으로 별 불만은 없지만, 예약한 객실과 다른 객실을 제공할 때는 사전에 별도 안내를 해주어야 하지 않을까 하고 생각이 드네요..
