- Leanne (8/5): Great location & considering that it was very quiet & had parking on site. - Location & comfortable bed. Difficult to get in the door especially when carrying bags as the unit that had the fridge under it was very close. It took the staff a while to locate my room key even though I showed them my received instructions.
- Jo (8/5): Good value room for a one night stay. - Great location. Good spot for a quick stop in Bunbury. It was a bit noisy but small price to pay for being in the heart of town.

- Jashanpreet kaur (6/5): -
- Roger (9/5): - Very comfortable room in a good location
- Erica (4/5): Probably manageable for a night. Wouldn’t stay any longer. - Close to town so no need for a taxi. Parking off the street which is good. No hand towels or face washers provided. Curtains barely block out the car park lighting. Bin truck coming past very early in the morning to take bins full of glass bottles and beer cans away so it was very noisy. Mattress was very firm
- Nitin (6/5): Decent location but average value for money facilities. - Location Parking issues, no lift so if heavy bags to carry it will break your back.

Had a meal in the restaurant in the hotel, very good food and excellent service. Parking was a bit tricky at times. Couldn't always park close to our room.
- Jenny (9/5): - Food at hotel
Location
The fact we could have 3 adults in one room Nothing

- David (8/5): -
- Mark (8/5): -
- Paul (7/5): - Good location, easy check in and check out during national holiday. Very noisy at night due to some activity from the neighbouring cleaning company
- George (7/5): -
- Rabia (9/5): -
- Carol (8/5): - Location Parking was hard some days . People who used the pub would park in hotel area.
- Anderson (7/5): Good - No breakfast Maybe better takeaway menu
- Olena (6/5): - The location was good The room was quite small, and the bathroom felt very old and was noticeably noisy. The TV screen was difficult to see without sitting very close, so having glasses felt necessary. It was also the first hotel on our trip where the hair dryer wasn’t provided in the room and had to be requested separately. These details made the stay less comfortable than expected.
- Chris (8/5): - Location and room
- Jeannette (8/5): Good accommodation and very clean. - The location was good as it was very convenient for us. The room was very clean. I would have liked a hair dryer in the room as it was listed on the website. Also the carpark was quite full and not many spaces left to park.
- Debdeb (9/5): It was good except having to clamber over some staff members car - We had dinner in the hotel and it was huge and lovely One of the staff parked their car outside my room and only left about eight inches to get to my door, so I couldn’t use my walking aid to get through as had to clamber over the white Nissan pulsar which left after 9 pm or just after.
- Bradley (9/5): -
- Jonas (8/5): -
- Kevin (9/5): - Food was great, and it was fantastic to come to a clean room afterward. Easiest check-in I've had in years at a hotel.
- Sandra (8/5): Great - Great location, easy walking to different places in the centre of town, great hotel I had the front room on Wellington St, so was a bit noisy.
- Craig (8/5): -
- Derek (8/5): Comfortable and good location. - The room was comfortable and the bed was surprising good. I had the chicken burger at the restaurant which was fantastic. Pillows were a bit soft and had to double them up.
- Nikki (5/5): Fair - Was no breakfast The basin tap was broken. The fridge door got stuck on the carpet when opening it. Extremely hard to watch the tvfrom the bed. There wereno instructions on how to use it.
- Ray (10/5): very pleasant - booking in was a pleasure the reception staff were excellent and the bar staff very good
- Julie (8/5): - The dinner at night was beautiful thanks
- Michael (7/5): -
- Henry (8/5): Very happy with our stay -
- IMMACULATE (8/5): - I liked everything about the room. However it would be better if some plates and microwave oven can be provided.
- tanya (9/5): Great value, comfy and clean. Fab place to stay , walking distance to night-life. - Location was great , really comfy bed. Everything I needed for the stay. Really clean and tidy. Very quiet as well which i was surprised at. Nothing
- Pam (10/5): For my first stay at the Rose Motel, it was very convenient and will definitely stay there again. - It was very clean and big enough for 2 people for one night stay. It is really close to the venue that I was going which was walking distance.
- John (7/5): A good place to start our tour. - Quirky and genuinely historic. Good steak special in the restaurant. Location. Hauling suitcases up the external staircase.
- Wayne (8/5): -
- Sheryl (8/5): -
- narelle (7/5): Stay but comfortable - Location and the food was amazing at the hotel The pillows were dreadful. And I never received my $25 voucher for the restaurant 😢
- Michael (7/5): Value for money, great central location, clean/simple, a basic room, some minor gripes but 7/10 - Room was large and clean. We had QS and a SB in the room. Aircon worked fine. Parking on a Saturday afternoon after 5pm was already full (probably punters at the pub). Due to limited spaces some drivers parked preventing access around the horseshoe shaped accessway between 2 road entries. Parking over the road was fine/easy.
Light gets into the room in summer at 4:30am due to the curtains having no pelmet, so if you are easily woken by light - you'll get woken up.
There was some late night noise from pub (bottles being emptied into bins).
- Margaret (3/5): All a bit too shoddy!!! - Location The lack of contact. Without any WiFi, a msg came in to let me know to collect keys from an off licence before 9pm otherwise it would be too late. Luckily we arrived on time or we would have had to sleep in our car with a 3 & 1 year old. There was no parking as this was full of diners from restaurant up the street. We were told to park up the street and to not worry about police or meter maids...
- Seb (9/5): We had an excellent short stay in the Rose hotel/ motel in lovely Bunbury - Simple, perhaps a tat outdated but it has everything you need! nice shower and good bed. It was clean and very comfortable. Check in was well organised too. Location was excellent with downtown restaurants and shops on your doorstep and the beach nearby; everything walking distance really. Added bonus free parking on site! Very little
- Ramon (10/5): - Great location.
- Mark (7/5): Apart from the early morning service vehicle noise very happy with our stay. - Close to the city centre walking distance to cafes and local restaurants and take aways. Noise from garbage and delivery trucks servicing motel.
- Loy (8/5): A night in Bunbury - The location was great and it was relatively quiet considering it was the Friday night before Christmas.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The parking was very tight and I suspect that there were cars parked that didn't belong there.
- Nicholas (10/5): Really good stay in Bunbury. - Location was close to buses and cafes/restaurants, staff were good and also room was clean and so was the bathroom. Curtains were brilliant, kept it cool in the room. I didn't get vouchers to spend at the restaurant and bed was springy, but adequate.
- Amy (8/5): Serviceable room. - Great location.
Comfortable bed, huge bathroom
- Nicola (8/5): -
- Hayley (7/5): -
- Corng Ern (8/5): Good location, friendly staff and smooth check-in process - Friendly receptionist, ample free parking and located in the city centre The TV was small and off-centre, which means you can't really see it from one of the beds
- bec (8/5): Will stay again - Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect as centre of town yet still quiet. Bottle shop next door, the rose serves amazing meals also.
Friends were in a 2nd room and also enjoyed their stay
- Leeanne (10/5): -
- Christine (8/5): Very enjoyable, great location and good value - Location, central Bunbury
Great stay next to hotel for drinks snd meals, nice walk down to coast. No Hair dryer in room
