johnnyraymond (2/5): Unacceptable Experience - This is my second visit to this hotel, and I recently stayed there. Room #625 was assigned to me; however, the condition was unexpectedly worrisome. Hairs on the bed, a spot on the bed linen, and, even more troubling, hairs all throughout the floor. I directly called the reception, and they told me to send someone to check, and after making a second call, the reception lady offered me to move rooms. Long after, an HK staff came while bringing a new bedsheet with the intention to change the whole sheet, which I refused, and I showed him my findings. Eventually someone brought me a new key for #723, with the expectation that the room should be double-checked before I move in. Unfortunately, the condition was the same. My question: - Did your staff actually inspect the room prior to selling it to the guest? - Was the correct cleaning procedure carried out? - How can you guarantee the cleanliness of the room if it looks like that? - Or is it normal at your hotel? Feedback: Mineral water should be placed in a visible spot for guests to easily find. During checkout, there was not even a courtesy from the hotel; I can assume this is normal. A guest raising a concern is for the hotel to pay serious attention and quickly follow up.

Jin (9/5): A Great Place to Stay in the centre of Palembang - I was very happy with the location of the hotel, it was central yet quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast selection at the hotel as well. Staff were very helpful and attentive. My bed was comfortable and I slept well. I had some issues with connecting on my device on my last night. It appeared that the password had changed but I had to go down to reception for assistance to find that out.
Boy (6/5): Pleasant - friendly staff and convenient location! Many of the facilities are outdated and in clear need of repair or renovation, which significantly impacted the comfort and overall experience. The quality of amenities doesn’t match the 5 stars standard the hotel aims to promote. Parking was particularly frustrating, spaces were very limited and often marked as reserved, making it difficult to find a spot in hotel building area. The room layout also lacked thoughtful design and functionality. On top of that, cleanliness was noticeably below expectations, with several areas not properly maintained. While this hotel may have potential, it needs serious attention and upgrades. After giving it a second chance, I’ll be looking elsewhere for future visits!

AndriL87 (2/5): Disappointed Stupid Services and Disaster. - I stay at April 15, 2024. This hotel is disaster. One person only to handle long queue customers check in. I hate to wait over 14.00 check in time. And no compensation. It’s totally unprofessional service and lack of readiness. This hotel does not know how run hotel business and deliver the best services. 5 ⭐️ but overall same like 3 ✨ I just put whole of my family in single room, to wait the key without estimation time. Overall is disaster and nightmare. The beat advice, JUST FIRED STUPID HOTEL MANAGER. He/She did not there all of the time during peak time.

9511110937080 (9/5): Superb - Staff was friendly, response time for requests was very quick. They carried my bags but didn't take them to the room. Food was good, pool and gym was clean, - We booked non smoking and were given smoking, - There were cob webs in our room. -The room slippers were worn out. - I was turned away from breakfast due to full capacity, would be nice if two locations for breakfast were made available. - There's no information next to the phone about which numbers to dial. - Only one card is issued for two people and you use it in the lift. - There was an issue with the Netflix
Ridwan (6/5): 3 nights stay with full enjoyed stay at 5 start staff and 5 starts service as well - very closed with all local food favorites almost nothing - all perfect - really I am highly to recommended to come and stay here like in your home sweet home

Malvin (8/5): Cheap cozy room with so-so service - Check-in was slow, hotel was hot, breakfast staff weren't attentive, but room is nice and cozy, so overall it was ok considering the low price.
Verified traveler (10/5): - previously not sure to book this hotel because previous review give bad experience due to construction at night. however during my stay there was no constructions works at night, so we had good sleep. I think the management give attention to guest suggestions. The only thing i don't like is the shower, sometimes it isn't warm.

joseph (8/5): Under Renovation - When I checked in, I found the hotel was very noisy caused the renovation activities, and I asked to the front desk official at what time the activity will be stopped in the evening, I got the answere...till night, so I called the support team of the Expedia about the matter, and ask for move to other hotel if the renovation activity could not end at 9-10 pm. I told the staff who was incharge, that I will ask for moving to other hotel IF the activity could not end at 9-10, and They agree to end the noisy activity at 9pm. I appreciate the hotel to end the noisy work at 9pm, and I cancel my intention to move to other hotel. Thank you for mutual understanding

Verified traveler (10/5): Close to everything I wanted to do. - I was in Palembang to research my fathers time as a Japanese POW. This was not easy as no one rememberes anything about that time. As an English speaker it was very difficult to make people understand what I was trying to do. The hotel staff tried their best.
