- norma (1/5): - First of all when we got to the hotel I think a guy from the front desk named Luis was rude we stayed there like for 5 days and every day it smells like marijuana people fighting in the lobby and the police was called they would smoke weed outside the lobby door and in the hallways.. we also found a bed bug in the room on the towel when we left the hotel I had to put all my stuff in black bags just to sword everything when we got home because I didn't want any bed bugs inside my house they serve breakfast the same thing every day there was no parking at all because there's cars there for a long time they were very Dusty they look abandoned and I don't know how they could charge for parking and if we can even find parking it's so terrible we also had to clean our own table for breakfast because nobody seem to care and clean the tables we were so unhappy in this hotel and very scared at the same time because there were people coming in and out of the hotel looked like they were drug dealers I also have the picture of the bed bug with the date and the dirty cars that were abandoned or that haven't moved for a while

- Price (3/5): Bad due to service from receptionist. - It was clean, room was big, AC was nice. They offered breakfast. Well I drove from out of state. When I arrived I had to wait two to three hours for the front desk to get back so I can check in from a LONG road trip. After that when I got there I had to pay a deposit fee which wasn’t the issue. The issue was none of their card machines were working and the staff on duty was so rude. AFTER WAITING FOR TWO HOURS TO CHECK IN! The staff kept telling me my card declined (when I had the money) didn’t give any other options for me to pay. I had to think of it myself and asf the worker could he put my card numbers in on the computer and run it that way which worked but it’s the principle on why am I doing your job for you. Also this took about a hour as well. I feel I didn’t get my moneys worth of the room because I barely was there. I think I was there for about 6 hours in total. Complete waste of money. Breakfast is disgusting too.

- mario (1/5): no respetar la reservación, ya que al reservar claramente en el método de pago, seria al alojar - no respetar la reservación, ya que al reservar claramente en el método de pago, mismo que seria al momento del alojamiento, y al llegar me hicieron saber que mi reservación estaba cancelada, ya que la tarjeta que se utilizó únicamente para reservar como requisito, el hotel hizo indebidamente el cobro y este no se realizó, motivo por el cual mi reserva se cancelo, cuando al momento de hacer la reserva claramente señalaba que el cobro se realizaría al momento de alojarme, lo cual es una falta de respeto, ya que procedía con mi familia desde la ciudad de ensenada, baja california, teniendo que regresarnos por tal motivo. Así también, es absurdo que cobren únicamente con tarjeta, cuando en las opciones a reservar refiere diversas formas de pago entre estas efectivo.
