The air conditioner was not pumping out 16 degree air and we were hot all night. It was NOT restful and I needed rest

• Melissa (10/5): Palm Springs in heart of Moorabbin - A really cute fit-out on this room, giving it an almost Palm Springs feel but with modern renovated bathroom and shower. A complimentary drink at the bistro was included as were water and softies in the bar fridge. Really exceptional flare and touches for a suburban motel.

• Nicholas (8/5): Nightcap is a home away from home. - Nightcap never disappoints. We have stayed in a few different locations now and whoever came up with the concept is a genius! Absolutely love you guys, Nightcap is like a home away from home. Great facilities, comfortable beds, well appointed etc. Just please get a cobweb broom and knock down the webs on the rafters but that's all!

If pre registering online prior to arrival a $100 Bond is deducted from your Visa card - Not clearly communicated during the process - Takes 2-3 days to get it refunded back to you 2. Due to bistro staff shortages we had to wait 1 hour for our meals - No warning given at time of ordering nor any updates - My partner has experience in hospitality and requested a free drink & floor manager obliged 3. Ample parking but no designated parking spot for each unit 4. Room had a musty smell due to lack of ventilation

Staff were friendly and helpful and handy that it’s right next door to a restaurant so you don’t have to go far for a meal It would be great for stays maybe longer than two nights to have a toaster and basic cutlery or even a microwave if that’s possible. Just so you’re able to make some simple breakfasts in the room.

A few assisting in the main dining room were not fully informed when I asked questions. Their work mate stepped in to cover. Then the others were very friendly and helpful. Bar people great None really. Just that management maybe I firm sone of the restaurant staff when questions were asked. I did mistake security by asking where to order he said he didn’t know. Not really a complaint. Then maybe it was security for the function. Not for general diners
• Andrew (8/5): Pleasant, convenient stay, especially for those with cars. - Rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious and very convenient for us as we could park our car right outside our rooms. The rooms were fitted with smart TVs so we could watch Netflix on them. Location was spot on for us: very close to the golf courses we wanted to play on. Pub right next door serving a good selection of F&B. Restaurant didn't open until around midday so couldn't have breakfast there. A few eateries nearby where we could grab a bite to eat, thankfully.

I ended up getting burnt. It could've had a freezer in the fridge as well

Honestly, the TV and internet here are terrible. If you want to watch anything, the internet just keeps cutting out. Otherwise, no issues!

• Leonie (5/5): Pretty average stay - The location was convenientr and the bed comfortable I don't like having to pay a higher amount for parking and internet especially when there are hundreds of car parking spaces next to the hotel. We even had to use those free parking spaces on three occasions because the one assigned to our hotel unit was full.

• Emily (10/5): Will be back for sure! - I recently had a last minute booking and needed to be close to the hospital. The price was good and I wasn’t expecting much for it being on the cheaper end. However, Josie and her team made me feel welcome, the room was immaculately cleaned and full of amenities. Complimentary drinks were an unexpected surprise. 5⭐️for the comfort of the bed and the sweet sofa in the room. The shower was also notable with its fantastic pressure, temperature and HUGE shower head! Will definitely be booking again if the need arises!
