Vi fick tex checka in tidigare än tänkt.

- Dawn (10/5): Great holiday, fabulous hotel! - This hotel is beatifully presented with lovely gardens and 2 big pools. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by warm and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The food is lovely, not as big a selection as with other AI hotels but much better quality and tastier dishes to offer. Great entertainment The water temperature for the shower in the rooms was not as warm as we would have liked.
- W6625MPstephanies (4/5): Avoid !!! - Location was not great, had to get a bus everywhere, you weren't able to walk anywhere apart from down to the beach which took 35 minutes.
Was very busy, you could never find anywhere to sit to eat, even when trying to go down later at 8pm.
The pools were great and the water park was great for the children. You could get a sun bed and there was plenty to choose from, so no worries there.
The food 😬 great for people that want to try different food. No flavour to any of the food tho and it was the same most nights. Pasta and sauce or a fillo pie with vegetables. Again great for adults not so much for fussy children.
I was happy with the hotel but The pictures on the website ARE NOT even remotely the same.
The entertainment was pretty poor not sure if it was because it was coming to the end of the season.
The cats!! endless amounts of cats that beg at the table not very nice, ok if your a cat lovely.
The snack bar staff were lovely and always happy to serve you.
The cleaners came everyday sometimes forgot to replace the towels. Pointless putting the don't disturb sign up as they still come in.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel with small children.
- KeiGor (9/5): A very reasonable and quiet rest by the pool - The sea is in 10 min walk, nice swimming pool (2 for kids, 1 for elders plus lazy river and water slides). Staff is pretty welcoming and helpful. There are activities for children. Food is good as in a canteen, small barbecues at evening, always plenty of everything. Free beer and wine are somewhat drinkable, but evening bar is a way better option considering the prices there are very reasonable. No crazy evening parties, which is good for me, only Abba cover band or national music at evenings. Only the emergency light in the room too bright at night, so I put cloth over it. Coffee quality is very basic.

- 634wiktoriap (4/5): EVA AT THE A LA CART BAR MADE OUR HOLIDAY! - We booked this holiday as a last minute break for 10 nights away.
The hotel overall is okay, but the staff within the hotel in particular the evening bar let the establishment down massively.
The hotel rooms are not sound proof in the main hotel building, so if you’re planning a lie in you won’t be getting one, we could hear people next to us above and below as well as cleaners in the corridors talking late at night middle of the middle & morning , the mattresses aren’t the most comfortable but they are a bed to sleep in. The rooms are fairly outdated and bring your own blanket!
The food was average either under or over cooked, there isn’t much a variety in the evenings in particular if you or kids are fussy eaters. The hotel does have very good sized and depth pools which is a huge benefit!
The reception staff are welcoming enough, the restaurant and pool bar staff are also pleasant however the evening barmen are awful, they are miserable, slow, and prefer to drink alcohol themselves rather than be serving it! Be prepared to be queuing for 15 mins for 2 small plastic cupped drinks - this includes hot drinks! We were really put off by this and did not use the all inclusive bar, the staff here made us feel unwelcome and were rude at times. On the other hand we cannot recommend the A La Cart bar enough in particular one lovely lady named Eva, she is an absolute assets to the hotel and a start of the show, she puts time and effort as well as passion into her job and has kept us far more entertained than the awful ’entertainment’ in the evening. Alex from the entertainment team, is the only member that we felt puts time a day into his job, we enjoyed his company around the pool and the times he joined us at the A La cart bar.
Location of the hotel is average as there isn’t much around but on the other hand the bus stop into the old town is right outside and airport is less than 20 mins drive.
There is a car hire company right opposite which is reasonably priced. There is also a shop at front of the hotel ran by Julia - a lovely lady always has a smile on her face.
Over all we will not be returning nor recommending the hotel , as if it wasn’t for Eva, Alex & Julia our holiday would have been ruined.
I hope that hotel owners take these reviews onboard as this hotel has so much more potential.

- 648stefi (10/5): Best Solo Trip Ever! - This is my first time in Rhodes, my first solo trip and I can’t express how amazing it was! The al a carte bar was my favourite, stand out of the whole hotel! IVA was amazing , made me feel such at home, with drinks and it was my birthday she made it even more special! What an amazing atmosphere, attentive service and such a friendly / warming environment. Thank you for a trip I’ll never forget!!
- 292rjs (10/5): Outstanding - First of all, I'd like to mention the al a carte bar, the lady named eva was absolutely fabulous, welcoming and warming woman, she could not do enough for you, always happy, definitely recommend, big up eva, Michael at reception greeted me on arrival a very lovely man, and went above and beyond to make sure I was perfectly accommodated more than I expected, thanks guys. 🥰

- 127dannyj (10/5): Fantastic and true - This is the most honest review you will find. This place is great! We went as a family of 4 with a 16yro and 7yro. We stayed in a family comfort room. The room is set as the single beds in what will be the lounge area, and there is a double room with a sliding door and normal bedroom door. The beds are a bit hard, but are adequate(no complaints). Only downside, not enough sockets.
The location is good, about 10 mins to beach, 15 to shops in either direction. Bus stop outside to Rhodes old Town, ship on site is ok and friendly staff. I know other reviews slate the food but, The AI food is fine. Always something to eat and the kids haven't complained once.
Rooms cleaned everyday(just put your door tag out to ask). Reception staff are great, friendly and helpful. As for the pools, they are great, not green or mouldy as some have said in reviews, also managed to find a sunbed everytime. The water park is ok, not massive but again the kids enjoyed it as did I.
One of the best attractions is the A LA carte bar, although you have to pay, but it's a good price. IVA is fantastic, helpful and very talkative, which helps you relax and enjoy your time spent here. She has great knowledge of the area, and recommends some great places to visit. She also makes the best cocktails(so the wife said and had🤣) oh and she will also put on the football for you if you ask👍⚒️
Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone.
- H1978PPsamm (6/5): Your holiday is what you make it - The hotel itself has some really awful rooms, firstly we got different rooms to the ones we were put in which were awful. They are old with rough walls, a really small dirty cracked shower, nails poking out of the bathroom floor, mould in the fridge, lights that didn't work, got water barely got warm, the food wasnt the greatest and was salty.....the list goes on!
We asked multiple times to ne moved rooms as this was not what we booked, firstly we were told to come back tomorrow, which we did, then was told to wait for the next day and we will ne moved and refunded some money also, and then the following day we were told we will ne charged. We finally managed to have one of the rooms moved due to rhe state of the bathroom however it was just an equivalent room without the nails and a better shower- still not what we booked. By this time we gave up keeping asking to be moved once again. If it wasn't for the 2 lovely ladies on reception having to keep calling someone to have us moved in the first place we would still be in the filthy room.
Michael the night receptionist was a very grumpy man and a holiday killjoy ....the moment you made any noise at night time he was at your door! Live a little Michael- dont be so uptight and passive aggressive ✌🏼
On the other hand Maria the receptionist is absolutely lovely as is the short lady (didnt catch her name) but they were both really helpful and so nice.
The ladies that work in the restaurant were lovely too especially the short blond lady who came to say goodbye to us when we were leaving, such a nice lady.
The entertainment wasnt great for adults in all honesty there was hardly any and could be much better. We met a lovely beautiful young lady called Allegra , she was the star of the entertainment team! She was so outgoing and friendly and stands out a mile from the rest. My friend had a fall and hurt her wrist and she advised us to go to reception and have the dr called out to the hotel, which we did and he was there within the hour 🫶
Overall the hotel is pretty basic but your holiday is what you make it so we sucked up all of the rubbish bits and still had an amazing time regardless of the rooms or Michael the holiday grinch
- klaudiawA7902NH (4/5): Don't expect too much - The hotel does NOT deserve 4⭐, the food is not fresh, it's not clean everywhere, the deck chairs at the main pool were... In not good state, the rooms are okay, at least mine was, clean, honestly if not people and entertainment i would hate it, i met this girl Allegra, she was doing almost everything (she works in entertainment in the hotel), when she was sick for two days it wasn't so fun there, she's giving the vibe, always smiling, talking with guests, if not the people i would leave the hotel asap
- gilp768 (10/5): Great holiday - Close to the airport and a bus journey to the old town (bus stop directly outside hotel).
The hotel was very family friendly, and the hotel staff were likewise.
The animation team were especially great - very hard working, extremely friendly, and enthusiastic!!
It was a great holiday!
- sab1na-2025 (6/5): Shocked This Resort is Still Open - Management is Non-Existent - I am writing this review with a sense of disbelief, as I am genuinely shocked that the Filerimos Village Hotel is still operational. The only reason it probably is, is thanks to the diligent cleaning staff and the hard-working catering team. Behind the scenes, management appears to be completely non-existent.
Our experience was severely marred by the appalling lack of customer service. A particular low point was our interactions with Roberta in the evenings. She barely cracked a smile the entire week. I'm not quite sure why she works in a customer-facing role; the lack of basic hospitality was horrific. It was a relief, therefore, on our last morning to check out with Maria, who was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to see a pleasant face, but it's a shame we didn't encounter her more during our stay.
Regarding the hotel itself, it's a very traditional building with some character. The rooms were spacious, but be warned there are very limited sockets, which is inconvenient in this day and age. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the time to use their pool facilities as we made a getaway every day during our stay to escape the hotel atmosphere. I would highly recommend exploring the area – both the Old Town and New Town are lovely, and we also did some excellent boat trips from the main port.
The food was a letdown. The lunch and dinner buffets had extremely limited choices and were very repetitive. If anyone is considering staying here, just know that the breakfast is plentiful – that's the only positive thing I can say about the dining. Without the decent breakfast, I'm not sure what we would have done.
I was surprised by how busy the resort was, but I suppose it being a budget option is the main draw. That was certainly the reason I chose it. The pictures online look amazing, but the actual service and management were very dire.
In summary, based on the terrible service and poor management, I would not recommend this resort at all, ever.
- terrysL5952PY (4/5): Understaffed - The complex itself is really good. Evening entertainment was awful, run by young inexperienced people. Every bar had massive queues due to lack of staffing. Food was adequate but majority of times there was shortage of plates and cutlery so you had to wait for it to arrive before you could eat.all inclusive finishes at 11pm so because you spend so much time queuing you then only have the pay bar to use.
Water park was great for the kids but water in lazy river was very murky.
Not a lot around the area as you a long way from local shops. At the end of the holiday we had to settle a bar bill and their card machine didn’t work so they wanted cash, the card machine was not working when we used the bar at the beginning of the week so very poor.
This could be a very good complex if they employed more staff. Would never go back.
- 516pawe_l (10/5): Nic lepszego nie mogło mi sie trafić - The hotel is very welcoming, the best thing in my opinion was the atmosphere because Allegra and Jenna entertain tourists at every step and are the best of the best.
- Icemanbanjo (2/5): Do not come to this hotel - Where do I start with this hotel, it’s the worst I have ever stayed in! There are a few good things about the hotel however. The cleaners are great and the snack bar staff are nice. Also the water park is good, shame there isn’t a lifeguard mind. The breakfast is also good when you can get cutlery. The garden is well maintained.
Ok, this is very far from a 4 star hotel I don’t even know how this place is still open. We stayed at 4 hotels on our visit to Rhodes. 1, 5 star hotel, and 3, 4 stars hotel. The difference between this one and the 2 other 4 star hotels is crazy.
There is hardly any staff. The bar is manned by 1 barman who isn’t even there half the time. It opens at 6.30pm yet he’s wondering around counting money or just doing as he pleases. Then when he does serve you it’s in a tiny plastic cup. He also can’t make drinks. I asked for a rum and coke and he filled 3/4 of the plastic cup with rum. I like it strong but come on. The red wine looks like blackcurrant cordial. They don’t give a crap what they’re giving you, there is no quality anywhere. They’re just taking your money. I get local stuff is used but it’s watered down or just horrible. The menu is also shocking, there’s about 10 items available. But they do have an Ala Carte bar which is always manned. Since you have to pay extra.
The main restaurant is shocking. We couldn’t get a fork for 2 meals out of the 3 we dinned here. The choice is bad and the quality of the food is very bad. The grill is of decent quality however. There are no chips for kids or just anything really for kids.
Nobody to help with suitcases, our room was right at the back of the resort and we were really struggling. I sent a request to reception 2 days before we arrived, about early check in. To which they replied “Ok” but that reply came 2 days after we checked out and were back in England. This place has no idea what it is doing. I don’t get how they can still function. They’re absolutely clueless and couldn’t care less.
Don’t come here there’s plenty of better 4 star hotels out there. In fact there’s plenty of better 3 star hotels out there.
- Sightseer47348110368 (4/5): Not 4 stars!!! - Definitely not a 4 star hotel. We had to stay there for 3 nights as we were waiting for an air ambulance so it was a last minute booking and we couldn’t be choosy. First of all, the rooms were clean and spacious which was nice and the gardens were well maintained. BUT. The main bar? 1 man working behind it and he was barely there, I think he was managing two rooms (understaffed?) so we had to wait a long time and when we got our drinks they came in those little children plastic cups. They have cheap fakes of drinks, a weird soda brand with awful “cola clavour”. No actual proper soft drinks. The wine was watered down. The pool was big and nice but very slippy sides, dangerous! There was no lifeguard that we could see it was like an accident waiting to happen with all the kids pushing each other in the pool. Breakfast was nice to be fair but they never set tables so cutlery runs out and they don’t realise until there’s a big queue of people waiting for someone to pass by to ask for forks. The chairs were filthy. The main office wasn’t very welcoming and she wanted to keep our passports and we had to come back for them later which made us uncomfortable. Nobody there to help with bags etc. I had to buy my own glass to drink from because they didn’t even have any apart from at breakfast but the drinks were cheap cordial or water. The cleaners were very polite and seemed nice but they knocked at our door and before we even had a chance to reply they opened our door with their key whilst we were in bed, luckily we weren’t doing anything private! It wasn’t the absolute worst place, it was clean in the rooms etc. but I wouldn’t even give it 3 stars. It probably was a lovely resort at one point but it’s run down now.
- Eleanor (5/5): Probably won’t stay there ever again and wouldn’t recommend. - It was close to the airport The beds were uncomfortable, not enough pillows and the shower had mold and breaks in the tile
- Vriggo2 (2/5): Beautiful Location, Poor Experience – Would Not Return unless some improvements in management. - This resort has so much potential, but unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. The location is beautiful, but the overall service and quality clearly suffer from cost-cutting measures.
Food & Drinks
The food was consistently disappointing. Many dishes were left sitting too long and were not replenished in time, which made them look and taste unappetizing. Several buffet trays were often completely empty, leaving very few options – unless you’re happy with undercooked rice or pasta. The snack bar was similar: fries were old, lukewarm, and tasted reheated.
Cocktails included in the all-inclusive package were essentially syrup with a splash of alcohol. For a proper cocktail, you must pay extra or go to the paid bar.
Meal & Bar Schedule
Breakfast: 07:00–10:00
Lunch: 12:30–14:30
Dinner: 18:30–21:00
All-inclusive bar: 17:00–22:55
After that, you are directed to another bar where drinks are charged at full price – which feels contrary to the “all-inclusive” concept.
Staff & Service
Most of the staff do their best under difficult conditions but felt disengaged and impersonal due to poor management, which affected the atmosphere. Evi was a shining exception: warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Staff like her make guests feel valued and even encourage ordering extra drinks, which benefits the hotel. Unfortunately, one excellent employee cannot compensate for the overall lack of hospitality.
The man running the all-inclusive bar was somewhat unusual – at times openly complaining about his salary to guests – which created an awkward atmosphere. This highlights that management issues, rather than the staff, are at the core of the problems.
Entertainment
The “Greek Night” advertised by the resort did not take place at all. Overall entertainment was extremely limited, which was disappointing. It was also evident that the resort is understaffed and staff morale is low – likely due to underpayment – which clearly impacts the guest experience.
Conclusion
This resort focuses too heavily on cutting costs and not enough on creating a quality holiday experience. Despite the beautiful setting, the poor food, limited service, and lack of entertainment mean I would not return and cannot recommend it to others.
- nyström (5/5): -
- Nuala (7/5): good value but need more staff and plastic glasses were not good but better than the paper ones when the plastic ran out - It was a fair price for what you paid ! the room was big and spacious! the entertainment was really nonexistent! because it was away from the bar and it was always smelly around that area the staff shortage! the staff were fantastic but not enough to serve the bar or clean the room properly
- lindsaymW2495QN (8/5): Wouldn’t return - Just back from a 4 night stay, rooms were lovely and clean and so was the hotel itself
Kids had great fun in the pools and we were always able to find sun beds
Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful but there is a fair few that are rude and management talk about you and make you feel uncomfortable
2 drinks per person so it was struggle with a large family when there is a limit like this
The food was not nice and not much selection for kids they serve chips at breakfast but not for dinner it’s probably been the worst all inclusive I’ve been to
There was not a great selection of drink
The mini market on site was great and very helpful staff
But if you want to venture out be prepared for a long walk to the shops and restaurants
All in all we made the most of it.
We booked the lounge at the airport coming home we were worried about taking 4 kids in different ages but the staff were amazing and so accommodating
- Tia (7/5): -
- joseaZ4637ME (10/5): Relaxing and fun - My stay here was very good. The staff Kinga, Roberta, and Maria was very helpful and understanding of my handicap and made my stay here comfortable and pleasurable. The room was spacious and the views from the balcony overlooking one of 3 pools was outstanding. I spent my evenings at the bar located at the front entrance and Eva the bartender was charming, witty, and very good mixologist.
- R7856MZrobf (4/5): Don’t come here, a lot nicer hotels about - Arrived at 10:45pm and was met on reception by a very jolly man who gave us our wristbands straight away so we could get a drink before the bar shut.
First breakfast and every item of a “Full English” was stone cold as if it had been sat on your plate for 30 mins.
Food was very poor, not a huge selection to choose from, no traditional Greek food. Even though we paid for all inclusive we ate out most nights after that.
Evening entertainment was extremely poor every night, and where the stage was absolutely stank of raw sewage.
Had to queue all the time for drinks in the evening and you get met with a “yes” from a moody bar man.
Snack bar in the day wasn’t too bad.
Rooms were big and had a traditional Greek feel to them, the shower had no curtain to it so your bathroom got soaked. One day the cleaners had taken our towels and not replaced them. I went to reception to tell them and just got told “1st floor” in which I had to go hunting to find a room that had a few towels and bedsheets on a worktop.
Not enough sun beds around the pool either.
The lady on the A La Carte bar - 10/10
Don’t come here, there are a lot nicer hotels about
Also man braucht aufjedenfall ein Auto.
- ethangQ7834RW (10/5): Summer 2025 - Excellent family hotel, hotel could do with a bit of a facelift in certain areas and room for some improvement on the food and variety but all in all a great week. Exceptional entertainments staff who go above and beyond including the lifeguards who could not be more engaged and involved with all guests, from assisting round the pool to entertaining the children whist they supervise they do an excellent job. All with a smile on their face, the kids really loved them all as did the adults! Your staff truly make the hotel, the external teams at least. Definitely some management aspects to fix including reception and the issue of strict check out times when you have arrived and leave late, they should take a leaf out the external staff book. all in all a great week.
- Kristine (5/5): Noe positivt, en del negativt. Dessverre.

- Mr Girault (8/5): Good for families - A nice place with clean, well-equipped rooms. The all-inclusive package is great, with a varied buffet, and the pools are clean. It’s ideal for families with young children thanks to the water park with slides and the kids club. The water park hours are too limited (11am–5pm) and there were unpleasant odors from the shower drains.
- heatherdG172OZ (8/5): Rating out stay - We enjoyed our stay here but found some staff members to be a bit rude and one even a little creepy. There was a lady at the a la carte who was terrific, always smiling and happy to chat. Drinks were amazing too. More staff should have her energy as she was wonderful to be around! Our room was good and the balcony was even better, we had an amazing view! Food was very repetitive but edible. The waterslide that is covered bruised and cut my arm when going down but the other two were good :)
- J3978UMjustinc (2/5): Get what you pay for - This hotel was cheap and as soon as we arrived we saw why it was so cheap.
The staff are all very rude and over worked, there are only 2 bars on the resort one at the pool and one at the reception in the evening both never have enough staff and the ques take a good 15/20 mins in the evening, the bar staff also tell you that there is no vodka left every single at 9 but the truth is they stop serving it to you as they say you some people get too drunk, also you can only 2 drinks at any time and that is for soft drinks and alcohol, so for my family of four I could not go up and get myself, my partner and the kids a drink at once if I wanted more I would then have to join the back of the que, and for the very rare occasion you might find yourself the only on in the queue they will still not give you more than 2, and the same goes for the snack bar when getting pizza you can only get 2 slices at one time.
When it comes to check out you have to check out by 11 am and when you do that they will cut your wristbands off and you won’t be able to eat or drink at the hotel unless you pay, it was a pain for us as we didn’t get picked up until 12 midnight and they charges us €220 to keep the room and wrist bands for the family, also they only accept cash which screams corruption they even state that the room tax must be paid in cash but that is not true, luckily we went with friends and we had a great time with friends other wise we would have struggled very much,
Hotel needs keeping care of one of our glass doors in the room had been smashed before we arrived and was glass everywhere still looked like it was just swept under the bed and definitely some improvements. The entertainment area stinks of sewage and the pools are filthy, beware people don’t be fooled by the pictures. I 100% would never go back to this hotel, Rhodes was very beautiful tho we would definitely go back to the island
- Steve (9/5): -
Monotonnie. W hotelu widać mankamenty zaniedbania i zużycia.
- Juan Carlos (8/5): - Personal sehr freundlich
- lewis (3/5): - Friendly reception staff – Always willing to help, particularly Michael on check-in, who was polite, informative, and efficient.
Working air conditioning – Stayed in a standard family room in the main building for 8 nights; air con worked perfectly throughout.
Iva at the à la carte bar – Located at the front of the hotel (paid drinks), Iva was kind, friendly, and served the best draft beer I had all holiday.
Three pool areas – Water park with slides (kept the kids happy), a large pool with snacks available, and a quieter pool by the main food area.
Good pizza at the snack bar – Made fresh in a pizza stove, decent quality.
Mini fridge in room
Tv in room (only has 13 channels no radio Bathroom light didn’t work on arrival night (fixed next day).
No kettle in room
Bed bugs found in one of the single beds in the living room on three separate days – filmed as proof.
All-inclusive food very poor quality – budget, repetitive, and often lacking kid-friendly options.
Bars at main pool and near reception severely understaffed – long waits for flat beer or overly sweet soft drinks, and drinking water was only ever lukewarm.
Mattresses are extremely firm – some may like this, but not comfortable for everyone.
Limited plug sockets in odd locations
Very isolated location – nothing nearby except an overpriced shop that knows it’s the only option.
- HuibanAnca (6/5): Not a great experience - The hotel is okay, the food so and so , not to many choices
Really disappointed about the seaside
There is nothing
Only rocks
I will attach a picture
If you come here to stay to swimming pool it’s great otherwise I do not recommend
- Emmahartley81 (4/5): Basic - 3 star at best
Pools green and smell, staff so over worked. Tables don’t get cleared and long queues for drinks. Rooms don’t get cleaned daily.
Food is good and fresh. Room was dated but large and air con worked perfect.
Most issues would be fixed if they had enough staff.

- Justroma631 (6/5): An honest review and helpful advice for anyone who’s booked this hotel - Before our visit to filermos village I read a lot of the reviews on here for useful info. I was a little nervous about our stay as there are a lot of bad reviews, so I’m going to try and be as thorough as possible to try and help others who have booked this hotel.
It’s hard to know where to start, I’ll start with the complex as a whole. There are 3 pools including the water park, the small pool at the front is nice, (deep) it’s quiet and mainly for the adults. The main pool is nice and that’s where everyone seems to go in the day. They have the bar and snack bar at the main pool and also all the daily activities such as aqua aerobics and other games. There are signs everywhere telling you not to reserve sun beds but everyone does and if you don’t, you won’t get any. I went down at around 6.30 every morning to get our sun beds. The water park was really good, it’s gets really busy so we just went for the last hour of the day 4-5.
Now for the room, our room was 102 and was very spacious. There is no kettle or iron and the shower was the worst shower I’ve ever used. Towels weren’t changed all holiday and I had to ask for more toilet roll. We did have a mini fridge which was helpful.
Food wasn’t great but I think they try and cater for all nationalities. We went for breakfast around 7.30 most mornings and it was quiet. We also went out for dinner 2 nights at Antonis down the road, I would highly recommend there if you are struggling with the food.
Most of the staff are friendly, there is a lady that works at the main pool bar, she was very nice and works so hard. She deserves recognition. They are very short staffed and looked as though they all work every day. We heard that the lifeguard was working 3 weeks straight with no day off. Some of them are not friendly but I think they are all tired with having to work every day from morning until night.
It’s claims it’s a 4 star hotel but I would say it’s a 3, I think the water park that makes it a 4 star. If I was to return to Rhodes, I wouldn’t go back to filermos village, however we did have an amazing holiday.
- I9300QAnoahb (8/5): Filermos village hotel - At the start of this month me, my sister and parents went here and it was a good hoilday. The food was decent but at times a bit too similar but still pretty nice. The pools were lovely and so was the lifeguard who was nice and funny. Iva at the bar ala carte was lovely and always smiling although most of the other staff weren't. Our room not an expensive one had an massive balcony and pretty comfortable mattresses. It was also quite spacious. The entertainment staff also worked hard and seemed nice. There are also lots of cats and a few dogs who hanged about around there were cute and friendly. Finally there is the arcade at the hotel which was nice and fun. All together this was a good hoilday and hotel which I would rate 7/10
- riannao907 (10/5): Amazing staff member - This isn’t 5 stars for the hotel , it’s for the amazing bar lady Iva , in the Ala Carte bar which is at the entrance of the hotel .
The highlight of the hotel !
I could not praise her enough since the day we got here and we came in here the first time we knew we’d return
(Which we have every day since )
Her amazing professional communication skills , her amazing quick service ( and she does it alone )
The best member of staff that works here !
Unfortunately all the other staff struggle to even crack a smile at you but Iva is brilliant ! The best member of staff here without fail ! ( and the best cocktail maker 😉 ❤️😃
- tosias588 (10/5): I recommend this hotel - The staff and especially the animators team were amazing and so sweet! I really enjoyed my stay there and I would definitely go back again :)
- richardhI9303ME (4/5): Not a 4 star hotel - avoid! - Not a 4-star hotel – avoid.
This was a thoroughly disappointing experience. On arrival, I was told that the safety deposit box was not in the room, but instead had to be rented daily from reception – located in a separate building some distance away. Inconvenient and unacceptable for storing valuables securely.
Passports were demanded at check-in and only returned later after being “entered into the system”. When I asked for a receipt, I was told they could check the CCTV if anything went wrong. Not reassuring.
The evening entertainment was uninviting, situated next to an open sewage pipe – the stench was unbearable. I didn’t stay to find out more.
Food quality was poor and repetitive – more like school dinners than anything remotely 4-star. Spaghetti seemed to be on offer every day.
Toiletries were only provided on the first night. When I asked for more shower gel, I was refused and directed to an overpriced mini-market across the road. Basic hospitality was lacking throughout.
Sunbeds were “reserved” with towels as early as 6:30am despite prominent signs against this. Pool opens at 10am, but staff did nothing to enforce their own policy. Unless you’re prepared to rise before dawn, don’t expect to get a sun lounger.
The self-service beer pump in the main restaurant barely worked – just foam and frustration. One of the two water machines was also out of order, so queues were inevitable.
Some restaurant staff were outright rude – one woman in black uniform repeatedly pushed in front of guests at the buffet. Once is forgivable, but this was daily.
My room was not properly cleaned, very dated, and poorly maintained. The sofa bed hadn’t been put back from the previous guests, the chair was broken, curtains were worn out, and the sheets didn’t cover the bed fully – meaning you were directly on the mattress. The ‘clean my room’ sign wouldn’t stay on the handle properly, which may explain the lack of service. Towels were not changed once during my 6-night stay.
There were glasses in the room but no tea, coffee, or even water. No kettle. No nearby fountains. The only sources were the restaurant or pool bar, which closed at 6pm – not helpful when staying ‘all inclusive’.
Only one key was provided per room – two should be standard. The second bar was closed for the duration of the stay, leaving the pool and lobby bar with just one staff member each and long queues all day.
Cicadas were extremely loud and constant – not the hotel’s fault, but worth noting. Worse, they drop urine on you if you sit under trees.
Tourist tax was an eye-watering €10 per room per night – excessive.
Sunbeds were metal-framed and uncomfortable, and there were very few umbrellas for shade. Those that did exist were fixed and couldn’t be adjusted.
The poolside toilets were filthy. One urinal and one toilet for all male guests, and never cleaned during the day – floors were soaked in urine. The pool itself was dirty, with cloudy water and green grime around the edges.
Cats were everywhere, including around the restaurant. Flies were frequently seen on uncovered food.
I came for my birthday – no acknowledgement whatsoever. No message, no token gesture – nothing. Most hotels make the effort. This one didn’t.
The only positive was the sunshine and a friendly female lifeguard (tall, with long brown hair) who was personable and engaging.
Sadly, this was a poor first impression of Greece and its islands. I’ll think twice before returning.
- RWB-RANGER2 (6/5): 3* Max - I don't usually write reviews on places I go to, just because I feel everybody's expectations may differ, but thought I should write one for this hotel after my stay.
I was travelling with my partner and 2 kids, aged 13 and 15.
Landing at Rhodes Airport was a bit of a farce and had long ques, this was annoying as it was a late landing flight and we just wanted to get to our hotel and settled.
After passing security we got outside and now was time to find a taxi, we chose not to use the transfer bus as we normally find it quicker to grab a taxi. To be honest this was really easy, taxi rank just outside the airport exit door and plenty of taxis on offer, took us about 2 mins to get into one.
Taxi journey was about 10-15 mins and cost us €19 which I thought was a fair price.
Check in
Upon arrival at the hotel there was no food open, we arrived around 10.45pm and the restaurant closed at 9pm, luckily we brought some snacks.
Check in was fine apart from the €10 euro/day tourist tax, we thought this was high and was told it would only be €7/day. The receptionist ( John or Michael ) who checked us in took our passports and suggested we go get a drink from the only all inclusive bar that was open, so we headed over while he processed our details.
I wish I never now, we were greeted by a very angry barman, if you go to this hotel you will know who I'm on about, a small dark haired Greek who has severe customer service issues. There was a queue of around 15 guests and while we waited in the queue he was shouting at the quests at the front, telling them to have their order ready and to stop wasting time. In my opinion this guy should not work with the public, I had many encounters with him during my stay and none of them positive, he just seemed to hate his job and dislike foreigners. He only seemed to crack a smile if girls were being served, anyway, we got to the front of the queue and asked for water, he gave me a small plastic cup with ice in it and told me to go to a water dispenser, these are dotted around the hotel, far and few between and dispense warm water, same temperature as the air 🤮.
We then went upto our room and to be honest we were happy with the size of the room, room 211, with a massive balcony, we began unpacking and the heat was raging so went to turn on the A/C, couldn't get this to work so had to go and get John from reception, he came upand after getting his life story he couldn't get it to work, suggested we leave the balcony doors open and gave us mosquito spray 😫🔥, we tried this but it was still roasting so I started googling the A/C unit and found the remote control had been reset, so I reprogrammed it and it worked... for a bit. Next morning at 9am it was just broken, went to reception and told them, they sent a maintenance man up and he looked at it and scratched his head for a while and said he would be back in 10 mins, half past 4 and still hadn't heard from them so went to reception and told them, very grumpy lady told me yes yes we know, I said well what's happening it roasting, it was 35oC.. we went out and came back in about 5.30, when we went back in it was working and worked for the rest of our stay.
The food at the main restaurant was ok at best for adults and non existent for kids, when I say ok I mean just ok and barely found something to eat each day, I lived of salad and oranges and the puddings were always some jelly or custard cakes and were disgusting and repetitive. 8m sure they use the left overs from breakfast to mix into lunch dishes, and the left overs from lunch to mix into some dinner dishes. Staff in the restaurant were doing their best to keep up but always lack of dishes and glasses to drink and eat from, I found myself standing waiting for plates most of the time and glasses for a drink, when these came out they were roasting after just been in a dish washer, so no chance of getting a cold drink from the limited drinks at the machine.
Back to the staff, the restaurant staff did do their best and tried to smile but were constantly being overlooked by the restaurant manager, any time staff tried to engage with guests the manager would start shouting at them in front of all the guests, this was really uncomfortable and totally unprofessional, he should have kept this for staff meetings, I like to engage with staff and learn a bit about the area but on multiple occasions when I tried he would come storming over and start shouting at them and telling them to get on with work.
One member of staff in particular who tried to give us information was really nice guy from Croatia, his name is Bruno. It seemed that he was there every minute of the day, cleaning the restaurant outside sitting area in the morning, working in tye restaurant all through the day and then having to spend the evening working in the main bar with tye grumpy old barman, at least he served with a smile and interacted with us when he could, but you could tell he was nervous and ready to be shouted at, so big thanks to Bruno and all restaurant staff, seriously over worked and under staffed.
Food at the snack bar at the top of the complex was bad, fish nuggets that were like small stones, chips and fly infested salad.. they did do Pizza every day but even this was a joke, we were down at the restaurant pool most days and it's a 5 min walk up to the top pool and 5 min back in 35 degrees ☀️, so I done this most days days to get my kids some pizza... but you are only allowed 2 small slices per person, they are really strict on this and I was refused many times and told them its for my kids down at the other pool, she said we'll they need to come up and get it themselves 🤔🤔. I ended up getting 2 slices, putting it on a table and joining the mile long queue again to get 2 more and again to get 2 more, by this time it took about 30 mins to get a few slices of pizza, I couldn't even get a drink in between because the drinks queue was even longer up at the top pool.
The waterpark, we only went here 2 days, mainly because its so far away from where we need to go to get drinks, no facilities over there at all and again have to walk all the way up to the snack bar at the top pool where we could only get 2 drinks per person, a family of 4 and we all need to treck up if we want a drink. This was one of the biggest downsides for me, how limited we were with snacks and drinks and I couldn't go and get us all a drink or a snack easily.
So to summarise...
Hotel was ok but needs attention.
Food, terrible and no restaurants outside the complex so stuck in here
Staff mixed, Restaurant manager and old bar man shouldn't work with guests but the rest were good and done the best under stressful conditions.
No way is this a 4* hotel, I would honestly say 3 at best but has potential to be 4* with a bit of investment in staff and food.
- V2736IVjessicab (6/5): Average - The hotek itself is nice but it definitely needs improvements. The food variation is very poor 11 options mostly all the same every dinner time. Drinks menu is awful only 3 cocktails which aren’t enjoyable at all and you have to pay for most drinks and cocktails. The entertainment is next to sewage so it’s awful to sit and watch. The cut your wristband off at 11am so you can’t use anything all day so you lose a day off all inclusive especially if your flight is late like us at 11pm. Overall wouldn’t recommend for an all inclusive
- leemF9132DJ (6/5): Not a 4* hotel - Ill give a honest review the hotel and grounds a lovely in most parts. The amphitheatre has a awful smell round it like seweage. The food is repetitive they change the meat and deserts it's ok for what it is. The beer in the all inclusive bar is foam and served in a paper cup in the snack bar and small glasses with limited options for pop for the kids no juice. The snack bar has limited choice chicken nuggets i wouldn't feed the 500 cats that roam the hotel. This hotel doesn't cater for the british public i felt out of place as did my wife and kids. I pad for 7 nights stay we didnt arrive till 12.30 am so lost a day's worth of food i was told if I was thirsty there's some fresh water dispensers around the hotel as the all inclusive bar finishes at 11pm. Al a carte bar is just expensive cocktails that are ours alcohol although the barmaid is lovely. The entertainment staff are great especially the lifeguard she was lovely with my son when he was upset cause he was getting splashed of older kids. The water park opens at 11am and closes at 4pm sun beds are gone by 11:02 in the water park once it's closed there only 1 pool that is shallow enough for younger kids who cant swim in the really deep pools but at around 4:15 they play water polo with all the aggressive eastern Europeans so the kids have no option but to sit and watch them fight over a ball for 45 mins. The mini market on site is expensive but not much choice unless your willing to walk 25 mins to the super market the beach is 20 mins walk but I wouldn't waste the steps it's awful I wouldn't come back to this hotel I felt out of place and looked down upon by other guests for being English was ready to come home after the third day also the pools are murky and need a proper clean. And dont expect food after checking out they remove your wristbands so stocknup on snacks.
- catherinesV5211PW (6/5): Average stay. Nice hotel but definitely needs some TLC. Wouldn't stay again - Average stay. Stayed in room 206 looked nothing like any pictures I saw, very out dated and needed a freshen up which was a shame as the balcony overlooked pool and sea, and the Turkish mountains. Main pool could of done with a clean, the water looked green/murky. Stayed at the front pool most days which was a lot cleaner but no bar open throughout day so had to walk right up to the main pool everytime for a beer, which was half froth half beer every time. Only 3 cocktails on menu which were like rocket fuel but not in a nice enjoyable way. Food was OK you get what you pay for, we ended up eating out most of the time, a good 15 minute walk away from the main town of Ialysos so id recommend decent shoes. Hotel didn't really cater for English think we noticed about 3 other couples/ families that were English throughout our stay. Another bug bear was that when we checked out at 11am on day of leaving they cut our wristbands so had no use of the all inclusive even though we weren't flying till 9pm at night, even more so annoying we didn't arrive until late on our first day, so kind of feel we were robbed of 2 days. Other than that the hotel is nice, staff were lovely and its well kept. Just needs some more TLC.
- 104tedm (10/5): Fun, relaxing, poolplay - We lived in a bungalow 30 metres from the pool area and was very happy with the accomodation and the staff and lifeguards, they are very good with kids. We didn’t know much about the hotel before arrival but noticed allready at the entrance that this was gonna be a good week. We did not book transfer we took a taxi for 20€ instead of paying 80 € for bus transfer. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport
- CleeveL (6/5): NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!! - Just spent a week here & have to say, this is NOT a 4* hotel - more like 3*.
Compared to other 4* hotels we have stayed in, this one is quite run down in places. The rooms are a good size and cleaned everyday but no kettle etc, only a fridge. The AI food is just ‘ok’, nothing special. Food at the pool bar was more to my daughter’s liking - pizza, chips etc. The pools & waterpark are a great size but could be doing with being cleaned more often - green scum around the edges. The staff are all friendly, especially Eva the barmaid.
The location isn’t great as not in a built up area so no restaurants & shops near by. The closest supermarket is 10 min walk away.
If you go all inclusive, it finishes at 11am on day of check out even if your flight isn’t until later that night which would be ok if it was in a better location for restaurants/shops as we had to go all day without food which is not great if you’ve kids. The reception staff cut off your AI band to ensure you can’t continue eating & drinking.
The staff are what make this hotel but I would not return here.
- harmonye243 (8/5): 10/10 Staff - We stayed as a couple for 5 nights. Our room was wonderful. Quiet. Comfortable and clean. Throughout our stay we saw pretty much the same staff day in day out. They all work so hard it’s admirable! Much to say also about the lady that works the A La Carte Bar, she was super friendly and helpful and the cocktails were beautiful! A few things I would note; the food is very same same each day, and it would have been nice if things like coffee and soft drinks were available 24/7 in the lounge area rather than queuing at the snack bar just for a coffee in the day. Over all it was a pleasant stay and well located for exploring.
- arturbF8111WY (10/5): Great! - Very nice and clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great variety of food! 10-15 min from the airport and 10-15 min from Rhodes town. The kids loved it!
- 437jamiet (8/5): Quick break - Here at the hotel now and must say overall pleased with the hotel. Food is of a good choice but not always hot. Pool areas kept very clean and pool bar staff are very good. There are only too bar staff on an evening so can wait awhile to get served. Even though arrived after10 at night so no food or drink bands cut off at 11 on checkout so can't use facilities even when flying home late.
- C1851WSaleksandraw (10/5): Amazing place. - It was a lovely time with my family in this hotel, such a lovely place with lots of activities for adults and children as well. The staff working there was amazing, massive shoutout for Iva she is really amazing human being, very kind and understanding for my daughter special needs 😊 right person on right place, drinks was amazing she put effort into everything she did and have a smile all the time. Hotel was very clean, all staff was really helpful, rooms was cleaned every day and housekeepers was very kind. Food was delicious! This greek yoghurt and feta cheese was out of this world. Great place for families. Highly recommend and definitely will visit again.
- S9194WCbenc (8/5): Beautiful Stay - Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Their English was very good. Massive shoutout to Iva at the outside bar, she made our stay so enjoyable, she was always smiling, interacting with us, making high quality drinks. She maintained professionalism while also offering a fun bar experience. We will return one day!
- Angelo (7/5): Good -
- F7553SQphilipr (10/5): No 1 waitress IVA - THIS HOTEL IS AMAZING. IVA is a treasure to have working for you on the bar. Pushing her services to the very end of her abilities. To make it the perfect stay. She was soo caring and i would definately come again because of her service. Rooms are clean and comfy. Pools were always clean and invitable. All the staff were noce and helpful just IVA went above and beyond. The bar at the front of the hotel was definately the best with just IVA working there. The manager were close by but also very nice caring and generous people. Hopefully see you again IVA. And the hotel.
- G1264VLeg (10/5): Incredible service from Iva - Absolutely loved my stay at Filerimos Village Hotel, and I have to highlight how incredible Iva was! She was such a bright light during my trip—super professional, kind, and genuinely caring. From the moment I checked in, she made me feel right at home.
Iva went above and beyond every single day, always ready with a smile, helpful tips, and just the best energy. You can tell she really loves what she does and cares about making guests feel special.
Huge thanks to Iva for making my stay extra memorable—she’s a total gem! Can’t wait to come back!
Make sure to speak to Iva when you visit! She is amazing and made our holiday unforgettable! Her cocktails are the best I have ever had too!!
- P3089IVnaomih (10/5): A fantastic holiday - Just had the best holiday here! The Food was amazing with lots of different options each day, all staff were friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. I will definitely be coming back again soon! My son loved that there were cats around the hotel and the odd visit from next doors dog :)
- 243aleksandrao (10/5): Lovely place, - Very clean and pleasant place for families with children. Very helpful service. I would especially like to pay attention to Mrs. Eve who with heart and a smile on her face prepared us wonderfully colorful drinks and served us. Staff who leading games by the pools and in the evening very cheerful, full of ideas and always smiling. Food very diverse and delicious, everyone will find something for themselves. Location close to the airport not far from the city of Rhodes and you can have 5 min walkto the sea. Thank you for a wonderful time
- naomijbmaria (2/5): Awful - I have travelled a lot and stayed in places ranging from 2* to 5* and even the 2* have been much better. I wish I could say one nice thing but the whole experience was dreadful apart from the days we got out of the hotel! . I got very sick which we think was from the pool! They were filthy! We brought our drinks and food mainly from the shop! Rooms were dirty and run down! Our shower never worked and the bath was grimey! The whole week was depressing spent at the hotel. No one there was happy and spent the whole time out of the rooms listening to people complaining! Lady on reception was rude but I imagine she’s fed up of complaints!
Please avoid as I’d rather have lost my money and stayed at home, not sure where the reviews are coming from that are good!!!
- vickicolecox (2/5): Filthy Hotel!! - Discussing hotel! Filthy, unhygienic and not a 4 star!! Food is contaminated with flies. Snack bar food was left outside for 8 hours each day uncovered! 40 odd wild cats roaming the outdoor restaurant at any meal time. No kids buffet, just chips, no kids club, no tennis or outdoor activities. Pools were never cleaned whole 7 days we were there and have green grime around the edge. Photos on site are over 10 years old as they do not Match mine at all. We were all ill with gasterinteritas due to the contaminated food and probably pool! One woman was even sick in the restaurant to which they just mopped it and carried on allowing guests to eat their rank, reheated over and over, left out for hours at a time, bug infested buffet !! Do not go here! Weirdly my last review was removed. Funny that !!
- Steven (8/5): Great holiday nice hotel , good food . - Great hotel friendly staff . Lack of sun beds around the pool areas , always snapped up by the early birds and left with towels on , should not be allowed when there’s not enough to go around .
- jeast123421 (2/5): Change your hotel before you come here. - I want to give an honest review as a Brit, and all I can say is. CHANGE YOUR HOTEL BEFORE ITS TOO LATE! I am on day three of my holiday, with my family of three. If the flights wasn’t so expensive we would be going home.
We’ve been on a lot of all inclusive holidays, and we’re fully aware of “you get what you pay for” but this place…well I don’t know where to start.
In its prime I can only imagine this hotel was thriving! The complex is set out so well, with lots of space and big rooms and beautiful grounds. Unfortunately it’s not thriving anymore, it’s in need of a bloody good clean throughout! Or in my opinion a full renovation. The gardens are over grown and swamped most mornings by sprinklers being left on for too long.
Staff; The staff are over worked and grumpy. For example, One bar man on to serve all evening, equaling him being tired, stressed and not want to give good customer service. The animation team are non-existent, truly nowhere to be seen. I’ve only seen them when they bring a laptop and put music on aound the pool and to do the kids mini disco in the evening. They can’t even do either of these things with motivation! No entertainment, stage gets shut after mini disco so all you are left with is a bit of bar music playing. Not even a crappy show or a bit of karaoke. Honestly I’ve never had such a poor animation team.
The rooms; Filthy. I have been out and brought a cleaning spray to give the bathroom a wipe round before we used it. Beds are literally on concrete basis, the lights are dull, and the air conditioning STINKS when you put it on.
The dining area - situated next to the adult pool, the outside area is filthy. The floor needs a good mop, or a jet wash! The inside isn’t much better… enough to put you off your food! Not enough tables for guest, waited 1.5 hours this evening to get a table to eat dinner, not that it was even worth waiting for.
The food; so far the food has been awful, again, I’ve been to a lot of all inclusives and I understand you get what you pay for. But honestly apart from chips, pasta and salad everything else is unidentifiable and looks very unappetising to say the least. The breakfast has been the best meal so far. Nothing for the kids to eat at dinner, not even chicken nuggets!
Drinks; drinks are typical all inclusive, nothing wrong with them to be honest. Nice beer, and wine. Lots of other reviews say about one drink per person and small cups. But the cups are large, and I’ve been served more than one per time. No issues with drinks.
The pool area; OH MY CHRIST!!!!! I have never, NEVER, been to a pool that is GREEN! Yes, GREEN! I Have attached photos to prove it. Clearly no chemical in this pool. No one comes to tidy up the pool area at the end of the day. Loungers are left all over the place, cigarette ends and fag ash just left to blow around. Most other places I’ve stayed have the pool areas hosed down at the end of each day, or at least tidied and organised ready for the next day!
I know everyone else will have their own opinion, but this is mine. And I really just want to be a good person and let people know to change before they arrive. Yes I read the previous reviews and still came with my family, but I didn’t expect it to be like this. The hotel clearly lacks management and funding to keep it even at a reasonable standard. I mean, a green pool? That is not even a 2* hotel standard and this place has 4*.
Good luck if you choose to come, but we cannot wait to get home.
- Melissa (6/5): Pleasant - good location and nice pools and water park all the towels that we got were dirty and one even had a big hole in it. The bed sheets were tirdy aswell. Place is very outdated
- John (8/5): Enjoyed the stay and so did the family but would appreciate equal treatment for half board stayers - The property was good value for money , the property is becoming slightly aged but with the pool and happy faces of the workers it makes the stay toleratable Didn’t like that when the half board customers arrived for dinner that the staff would allow them priority over the all inclusive stayers due to the financial gain from them having to pay for drinks , having to wait excessive amounts of time each night for a table due to the half board stayers being welcomed to stay longer for more drinks for more profits.
I would recommend allocating an area for all inclusive customers as well as half board so the rotation is equal .
- Michael (10/5): - From the moment we arrived from reception to bar staff extremely friendly and polite at all times nothing was to much trouble all in all a lovely hotel a d lovely frie staff
- Helen Elizabeth (4/5): - The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. However, the food was poor quality and i had items of jewlery taken from my room by the cleaning staff.
The pool areas were nice and kept clean.
- Clint (5/5): Passable -
- Marge (6/5): Locations is not very good - Lot of space, good animators At the restaurant there is not inaf forks, spoons and glasses. We had all inclusive, and it was every day a problem with tables and spoons and forks
- Explorer09329897972 (2/5): VerY poor quality of service 🥵 1 ☆ Hotel 👎 - Very very poor !!!😢 We are very sorry we went there. These four stars of the hotel mislead people a lot, as even 1 star is too much. You have to pay extra €30 for Cleaning Service. 🥴 The most of the staff were unwelcoming and as if they were being forced to work, especially the two elderly bartenders who demonstratively turned their backs to drink alcohol while serving guests. 😵 Super disrespectful!!! Breakfast is always the same without much variety, lunch extremely poor, dinners are everything else of the day chopped and scrambled. In the hot summer days there wasn't even a single ice cream, only creams and mousses again scarce 🤮.
The most disappointing thing that left us speechless was when we checked out and they cut off our wristbands and told us that we could no longer use the pool or the restaurant, which put us in a very awkward situation because our flight was at 10pm and we had to spend the whole day there. 🤐😡😤
As guests of the hotel, I find this extremely disrespectful and incorrect. The hotel management is out of control and leaves guests feeling unwelcome and neglected.
- Johnny (8/5): Very good -
- fforestw (2/5): Avoid !!!!! - Absolutely shocking, this hotel is supposed to be all inclusive, but once you check out on your last day and have 10 hours to wait for your pick up, they refuse point blank to offer you anything and if you want anything to eat or drink you need to pay…
- Adam (2/5): Marmite. You’ll like or hate it. Fair to say we won’t be back - The pool when clean was nice room was comfortable. Long queues for bars. Stayed 7 days and our towels were changed once on our last day.
Sun bed wars..enough said. Contacted before arrival about my partners gluten allergy and whilst the sous chef was amazing with it. The rest of the kitchen and maitre were not as helpful and were quite dismissive in nature. So much so that we had to eat out at a local restaurant who were so much better with it 3 nights out of the 7! Not what you want when you’ve paid all inclusive.
Often served the previous evenings leftovers as lunch the following day and no signs for any allergy of any kind.
There’s not much you can do about the cicadas but be warned they are loud.
Pool had a lot of chemicals in it so my partners hair started to turn green.
Music v loud near the pool so much so we could hear it from our balcony. Good for kids but not so much adults. Last picture is from the local restaurant by comparison
- Robert (8/5): Very good -
- Nikolett (10/5): Exceptional - This is a family friendly hotel with a lovely garden, good sized pool area and a water park great for kids. The food was plenty and excellent. The location is great if you are seaking for a remote, yet well connected place to be. To the seaside you have to take a short walk (10 min) to the beach -which is well needed after the food you had- though lovely fields with olive trees, goats and a little church. It is like a little adventure.
The public transport is on your doorstep and it half way between the airport and Rhodes city. Tickets can be purchased is from the great Mini Market (you can find everything in it) next to the hotel entrance. Alternatively you can rent a car/take private transfer depending on your wallet and needs. As there are many families a new kids playground would be great.
