Guest Reviews
- Albrando (10/5): - Metro Centre - WOW!
Five Stars isn’t enough. This was truly the best experience a traveler, tourist, guest should get while staying in a Hotel.
Staff was amazing, very friendly, very accommodating. The one concierge, Ivan was the best. Resolved any issues not in minutes, seconds and was able to coordinate a smooth transition that enhanced my family’s vacation while in the Philippines.
I can’t recommend any higher than Metro Centre. 5 Stars? The highest I can give, the best I received.
God Bless
- Juliana (8/5): - This hotel is within the city, markets, malls church restaurants are walking distance and if you prefer to ride, transportation are just outside the hotel doors. Parking is alright. I stayed in the newly built building, more space, nice beddings, clean white towels, the old hotel building wasn’t as spacious. They have buffet the food are delicious and different dish every other day. Check in was easy, staff kind polite and hospitable. The price of the hotel is descent.
- Julian (10/5): - Great
- Chalice2020 (4/5): Avoid at All Costs – Overpriced, Dysfunctional, and Mismanaged - Stayed 5 nights at MetroCentre Hotel Bohol in a premium deluxe room on a business trip. I’ve travelled extensively — this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
Over the course of my stay, I had to return to reception six separate times because my room key stopped working. Six. Times. No apology, no urgency — just eye-roll service.
Rooms are noisy and disruptive — roosters at dawn, dogs barking, loud music at night. If you’re expecting rest, don’t book here.
Restaurant: Total letdown. Staff outnumber the customers, but still no one takes your order. Food is overpriced and bland. Honestly, you’ll eat better at the nearby McDonald’s.
Breakfast buffet: Pathetic. The omelette station is the only salvageable part. Everything else looks like leftovers from a boarding school cafeteria.
Laundry disaster: I handed in some business shirts to be washed — they came back shrunken by three sizes. Completely destroyed. I’m in the garment business, and I had to explain to the manager, Rex, that re-washing them (his brilliant solution) won’t fix heat damage. Took three days before he even showed his face, then blamed his staff, brushed it off, and said, “We won’t charge you.” As if that was some kind of favour.
The front desk staff seem decent — but they’re being let down by weak, unprofessional management that hides from problems, takes no ownership, and treats business guests like a nuisance.
This isn’t a business hotel. It’s a cautionary tale. Noisy, rooms, broken systems, and disgraceful leadership. I won’t be back — and if you value your time and sanity, neither should you.
- Rosaminda (10/5): - Everyone were very friendly. I love having the hotel so close to the shopping places.
- Sasmo17 (8/5): Very lovely dining/restaurant - I chose to enjoy 2 pints 🍺 and the pulled pork sliders.
I found the barbecue sauce to be subtle within the pork and with melted cheese and a few shoestring chips ( fries ) a satisfying meal.
It was indeed very tasty, the service from the staff was exceptional
- Max (10/5): Perfecto - Very nice location and very clean overall , great staff
- Dwayne (8/5): - It was ok but rooms were rather small
- Doug (8/5): No Pool - We booked this for the POOl
It has not had a pool for a long time and will have the pool fixed for a long time!
- anthonyhH6673ZU (10/5): Highly recommend in Bohol Hotel - The Metrocentre Hotel exceeded y expectations. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to shops. Enjoyed my stay in Bohol. Great location too. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was very affordable for that it offered.
- James (6/5): - The old wing is worn out with poor decoration. Also, it is close to the Main Street and is noisy at night.
I stayed in the new wing before and was much better.
Overall, it is over priced.
- Cecilia (8/5): - The lobby and staff are amazing and attentive. The gym equipment is rusty. Swimming pool is under renovation.
- Riley (10/5): - Nice
- H5152LEdianeb (6/5): Almost great but I got scared of my safety and security - Traveling here for work about 16nights, we were a big group.
Pros: Room in the new wing is perfect. Breakfast is great for me. We had wifi trouble and they were ready with a repeater. When we requested for a new room, we were easily given, perhaps because it was more expensive.
Cons: upon check in we were advised we could use the pool and gym upon request so they could have someone "guard" the vicinity. Lies. Not once in the over 2 weeks were we able to use the facility. Then, I was driving a car. Had to wait for some odd minutes for the car to be picked up. The guards refused to let me wait in the lobby area. When we asked if we could wait in the parking area, manned or unmanned, guards say no not acceptable. We are guests they could easily call us up to move cars but no. When asked where we could wait then, they asked us to wait by the main road. MAIN ROAD. I dont think thats snart. When i refused (cause hello), the guards (by this time there were 2) started their drama about losing their jobs and having mouths to feed, because it's hotel policy to not let anyone wait in their car by the lobby. Later on, another female guard let me park in a smaller area at the end of the parking lot, thank goodness someone had brains. Takeaway from this is they care about the security of the hotel and security of their jobs, but not about the clients. Subsequent to this, as in days after, my friends were saying the guards were looking at me unkindly. I thought long and hard about my security and safety and decided to hold it and not complain anymore, one more night I sai. It will never be ok to ask your clients to wait by the main road cause its not smart. So no, as much as possible, i would rather never stay here again.
- Gloria (10/5): - nice hotel
- Lucy (8/5): - It’s pleasant,,, highly recommended…
- 533jonasn (6/5): Good hotel - In the middle of the city of Tagbilaran we have Metro Centre Hotel.
A good hotel, me and my family slept well in a two bed room with a quite big toilet.
We took a dinner the evening we arrived and they had a lot of choices to select from.
Very serviceminded employees.
It was also one guy playing fantastic piano songs during the dinner which gave the dinner one extra touch of elegance.
Breakfast, filipino breakfast + chef who did omelettes. It was good and our family was happy and ready for a new day to explore the philippines.
- W9703JZronaldoc (10/5): big improvement - been here from this hotel couple of times already, and boom! was shocked and at the same time happy when i saw the buffet area was full of food! because the last time i was here, it was okay but the food is limited. but now it has a lot to choose from. from the pancakes, congee station and egg station. yes! egg station! they have it now, i can finally choose what kind of egg dish should i have.
the hotel itself is good and improving, they are still under construction but they are getting there.
Food in the resto, something is new also. i ordered rice bowls and some of the asian food choices. it was really good! i ordered soup birds nest my favorite since before and some indian dishes.
I will be back with some friends! nice improvement!
- CHRISTINE (4/5): Awful. - Room was dark and small, even tho it had window, outside was dark dirty walls. Construction gg on everywhere. Pool and gym closed. Cockroaches in my toilet every day coming up from drains. Fridge had stains from previous user.
- Rigo (8/5): - Accessible to everything. Very courteous staff and the rates are reasonable. Just a little noise with construction going on. WIFI/Internet can be tricky:(
- David (8/5): - Clean, comfortable and affordable.
- David (8/5): - Clean and affordable rooms.
- David (8/5): - To much noise with the remodel going on
- David (8/5): - Nice and comfortable stay. Only issue were the ants and mosquitos.
Air conditioner was very noisy.
- David (8/5): - Comfortable stay
- Brian (8/5): - Stayed right after typhoon Odette. The hotel had a generator and we were able to have water for a shower and electricity before going back home to our neighborhood.
- richdg23 (4/5): Old hotel under renovation - Booked this hotel through agoda. And reason why i use these booking platforms is because i can see the pictures of my desired room. Instead of calling them and booking directly to them. When we arrived, though they allowed us to check in at 12nn, they have given us an entirely different room from the one in the picture. I booked a twin room and they’ve given us 1 double bed room. I booked a room with a window and they’ve given us a very dark lit room. When i complained, they allowed us to do a show room of the twin room. But because we’re all tired of the very early morning flight and we’re all hungry (past lunchtime), we rather chose to settle with the 1st one they’ve given us as we’re too tired to transfer all of our things again.
The hotel was very near malls, convenient stores and fastfood chains. I had no problems choosing what to eat for my picky eater 5yr old son. It was along the highway, so we can also ride tricycles right in front of our hotel. It was near the St. Joseph the worker Cathedral. We went on a Sunday and my husband’s birthday so we were able to hear mass that day.
At first, When i booked them, i messaged the hotel if they can provide a little something for my husband’s birthday like a mini cupcake will do and i will just have to pay for it. But they did not reply to my request. When i got to the hotel i understood why. It’s just not that kind of hotel. For me, this is just a 1-2 stars hotel.
It’s a very old hotel. They’re doing renovations though.
I had no problems with my airport transfer, as when we landed their van is already there. But we had to pay 600 pesos for the transfer which is i think is way too much. We could have booked a taxi instead and pay lesser.
They’re very accommodating too with our seaport transfer which is free. As we have decided to go to cebu after bohol.
There’s not enough legroom for the 3 of us, though the bathroom was big. Speaking of the bathroom, their hot and cold shower doesn’t work properly. I would have suggested for them to change it in a normal water heater instead of having a centralized one. You will end up showering with a very cold water.. that will suddenly be a too hot water after a few seconds then it will turn cold again. I had a hard time bathing my son because of this.
Their restaurant were under renovations so there’s no good ambiance while having your breakfast. Their free breakfast is just ok. It’s not good.. but it’s not that bad.
The staff were nice except for the ones in the reception area.
Overall i would rate this hotel a 2 stars only as it wasn’t really the one i’m expecting in the pictures. The pictures were misleading. I could have booked a much better hotel with the same rate.
- JOSE (8/5): - Staff was prompt and courteous. Room was clean. Hotel is old and has only one elevator that was out of service for a day. Location is excellent.
- melfootprints (6/5): Customer Service Needs Improvement - My arrival at the airport was disaster. I had to remind them for my shuttle service and waited an hour to pick up. There was no explanation or apology neither. Front desk / receptionist should attend customer service training however room attendant and other staffs were welcoming. The hotel is strategically situated near to the malls, restaurants, schools, church and other establishments. Wifi connection on the other hand was inconsistent.
- madowna (6/5): It was OK - I have known MetroCentre as famous hotel here in Bohol so when opportunity came that I get to stay in the hotel for overnight as a gift to myself i grabbed it.
Pros:
Within the city, walking distance to some malls here in Bohol.
Room space is enough for me and i liked that there are lots of mirror and how the room is designed.
Comfortable stay❤️
Free exercise, as during my stay there the elevator was under maintenance😊
Cons:
Since they are under renovation, please place someone to guide your guest especially on the way to the restaurant.
I was expecting that breakfast would be presentable, it wasn’t, for a hotel like this i was expecting more.
The food is ok. Just ok.🤭
- cielop2018 (6/5): Surprisingly fair. - I booked a de luxe room over the internet and got a really inexpensive rate. I attended the 80th birthday of my aunt. The room was tiny but new and clean. For the price, I cannot complain. Yes. I will be back!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It would have been perfect except for the poor housekeeping service and non-functioning elevator. 😀😀😀
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This place uses the wor "convention center" in the title to create an impression. It is a filthy hole. Shocking.
- Andrew (10/5): Wedding Anniversary - Overall is ok....cannot really said much cause the hotel still under renovation....staff is kind and friendly to meet all needs...
- Verified traveler (6/5): Just ok- but not completely - Check-in: Quick and efficient, was allowed to go to my room hours before the official check-in time
Service: Service is quick and nice
Room: Although looks ok, it’s really far from how it looks in the official photos
Bathroom: Had some funky smell, but tolerable
Insects: There were warning about sugar ants, but didn’t see any. However, there were two cockroaches which appeared on my first night- At first I wasn’t really really bothered, but then one started flying towards me- had to chase it around and put it to sleep so I could rest. Couldn’t sleep anymore though. The next morning, I told the reception, and they immediately got an insect spray to spray the room.
Food: You can choose from a dozen or more items in the menu- tasted ok
Location: Near a mall, and on the main street so you could catch a ride right away
- Nielioan (6/5): needs improvement - our room, although spacious, was reeking with cigarette smoke on the 2nd day of our stay. we did not bother to report.hoping the odor would go away upon our return. it did. shower gel was very limited so we did not hesitate to ask for added supply. they were prompt. we were told we could not check in early since our rooms were still occupied with guests. but upon our arrival at around 11 am, we were welcomed with our keys to our rooms. nice!
the hotel is old and renovations are ongoing. wifi connection was lacking inside our rooms. food is not something you can be proud of - nothing fancy about its taste nor the preparation. small lobby. small pool. audio system needs upgrading in their function room. what you see is what you get.
- Víc (6/5): - Property was closed to mall and shops and service staff at the door and front desk were amazing. Unfortunately hotel room was old and smelly.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - i liked the ambiance of the place, it is quiet room, nice to get rest but some room the AC is not so cold even the temperature setting is 18 degrees, i checked in metrocenter 4 times. hope my next check in, the room is cold much better to rest. thank you
- marialorien21 (2/5): Unbelievable Customer Service - Hotel staff don’t seem to have proper training in customer service. In the absence of the manager, hotel staff cannot seem to to make common sense decisions. No hotel manager available at 8:30 in the morning to answer. Very bad experience
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Close to everything. Best location. Affordable. Good staff
- Moonrock1962 (8/5): Metrocentre lounge restaurant - This review is specifically for the restaurant located at Metrocentre though I have previously stayed at the hotel. When we visited the hotel was undergoing a major renovation. And I mean major. Sadly the once lovely open and bright restaurant has been temporarily squashed into a small dark corner. Nevertheless it is testimony to the quality of the restaurant and staff that, despite this, we had a lovely meal here with great service. A very comprehensive menu with classic local dishes and good selection of western dishes. They also make one of the best Halo Halo desserts. It was a relaxed dining experience and I am sure the current dislocation is worth what is clearly going to be a significant renovation. I just hope the beautiful timber stair case is kept!
- 764shines (10/5): Good room, but noisy outside - The staff were helpful and the service was really good. They made sure we were comfortable and our needs were met. However, it was a little too noisy outside. We were on the fifth floor and it seemed that our room was a little bit close to the street. The shuttle bus that they said would take us to the port at 12:00 did not arrive as promised. We could not wait for it because we would get late if we had to, so we decided to take the tricycle going to the port. The malls also closed too early. Like around 8, it was too hard to find a good restaurant. We could not find a place to eat in the malls since most of them already closed, so we ended up eating at Shakey's which was pretty close to the hotel.Food there was good, so it was still a nice one.
- jajavalB (10/5): 3 days leisure time in City of friendship - This hotel is in the citycenter , within walkinh distance to Alturas mall, market, bus station and BQ plaza. The hotel has 7 floors, top floor is space for fitness center with small (10 meter long )swimming pool.on top on the west side , it faces sea and port of Tagbilaran with picturesque of sunset. The room facilities include Flat screened TV, air con, hot/cold shower, small fridge, free peanut snack of bohol. It's clean and quiet.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The construction going on next door was a nuisance. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean although no windows.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - They are clean, delicious breakfast. They are under construction and not fair to give a final evaluation but they were very good.
- ciom2018 (10/5): Very good stay - Had a very good stay here. Staffs are very accommodating. Clean room with nice amenities, have a small pool, gym, a nice breakfast and they got a free shuttle with your choice (airport or seaport). Value for money. Worth it.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The hotel staff are very kind
- Verified traveler (10/5): Wonderful staff - Truly amazing service given :) love the time there :)
Staff were pleasantly good - great to stay
- Experience800728 (10/5): Cozy and homey - Although the building is a bit old, I hear they’re doing renovations. The place is so cozy and homey. I love the accessibility to the central business district of the city and the fact that you can just walk around Tagbilaran. Very safe.
- Eddie (8/5): - Very nice to stay in. My only complaint was in the last two days of my stay the elevator broke down.
- Quin (8/5): - It’s ok but elevator need to fix
- Randy (8/5): - Very good transport to seaport.just some ants inside in the room
- Jehann (8/5): - Good location. Hotel is near the airport, malls, restaurants and etc.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall very good. Undergoing renovations art the moment so will be fantastic once done. Renovations did not affect the quality of our stay in any way.
- 172eds (8/5): Good location accommodation staff - Good location as its along the road, with pool, bidet , great taste food breakfast, nice staff, with gym, billiard and table tens.
Need to improve on elevator, room aisle and male cr at the 7th floor. Need renovation to cope up the current trends.
Need to i
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Very disappointing.
Avoid frustration by booking a different location. The problems are too numerous to detail.
- cath123414 (10/5): Excellent Service - The amenities are satisying. They have a gym and a mini pool which I so much like. The room is fully air-conditioned. They provide vanity kit and toiletries. There is a safety box available. There was a complimentary drinks and snacks. They clean the room daily especially that we booked a room 3 days straight. So far so good.
- Greg (10/5): - We wewre treated very good by all the staff, the restaurant crew were fantastic.
- TyroneWaugh (6/5): - I liked the friendliness of the staff at the front desk and the cleanliness of the room but the thing that really ticked me off was when I checked out and requested a ride to the Philippines Airport. I was picked up by an incompetent driver whom dropped me off at the boat drop off instead of the Philippines Airport. Because I am new in Bohol I did not realized and thought it was just another area of the airport but it was not. I called the hotel back in anger and they gave a lame excuse and hang up on me because I was getting load. It was a good thing that I was early because If I was running late and this happened I could have been in problems catching my flight on time. That incident right there ruined my whole experience at the Metro Center Hotel unfortunately. I will never use them again.
- Angelita (4/5): Needs improvement on coordination and speed - We were able to check-in early, which was a good thing, but other than that, we were disappointed. We scheduled seaport transfers for early in the morning to catch a day trip to Cebu, and we came down to the restaurant 30-45 minutes before 6am. First, the food service was very slow, and it was nearly 6am when the food arrived. At that point, one from our party already went to the front desk to ask if the transfer was ready. We were informed that the vehicle was not yet there, so we asked that they inform us once it arrives since we were at the restaurant waiting. After 15 minutes or so, a van arrives, and one of us asked again, and we were told that it was the airport transfer, so again, we reminded them to tell us once the seaport transfer is ready. At 630, we came to the front desk again only to be told that the next trip is 7am. We ended up not taking their transfer because we would miss our trip. We scheduled it a day before, yet there was no coordination for it at all. The front desk even asked us for the key card before we took off because she thought we were going to check out, when we were not, nor did we ask to check out. We also asked for water refill when we got back, and there was again miscommunication about how we asked for housekeeping in the morning and that they have already given it, which we didn't ask for in the morning. All in all, there needs to be a better system for these because the staff end up telling us different things, which was frustrating.
- Marissa (6/5): It was ok - The place is ok but the towels were old the staff were great
- R6570PGjohnw (2/5): Stay away from this place - Had a terrible experience with this hotel and Agoda when I had to cancel my bookings. I was traveling in the Philippines and had to rush home for a family emergency. After I changed my flight, which was before the check-in date for this hotel, I cancelled my booking to avoid getting charged for a 'no-show'. Once I cancelled I followed up with Agoda about getting a refund. They asked me for some kind of 'proof' so I sent them the change in my flight itinerary to show that I was not opting out of this hotel but had to go home. I did this, and this was some work to do, and they did not represent me at all. I felt quite cheated by both the hotel and Agoda, therefore I strongly advise to avoid this hotel and Agoda and find more reputable companies to do business with. Well, I was basically robbed by them, but I have learned my lesson that service really matters and it is strikingly missing here.
- Tae (8/5): - It’s not the cleanest hotel, but it’s very convenient. The front desk staff is not customer service oriented, but housekeeping is very accommodating. If you request a rollaway bed, it’s 675 pesos per night. If you have an extra person, it’s 675 pesos per person per night. The bathroom had some mold and mildew, but it wasn’t as bad as some of the other hotels in the area. Our room was very small. If you have two twin beds, plus the rollaway bed, it takes up most of the room, leaving you only a pathway from the entrance door to the bathroom.
- Chandy (10/5): Excellent Hotel great location. - Good location! Staff are very friendly, helpful and very respectful.
Restaurants and malls very close from the hotel. Very satisfied❤
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Clean rooms & friendly staff with gym & a pool to chill out on a summer heat..
- Verified traveler (8/5): Annual customer - A good place if u want to b in city center, other than this it’s a little worn out, specially their beddings. Breakfast is good though, Service, not so pleasant people in the front desk.
- S.Kim (8/5): - The staff were wonderful. Food was great. Not too pleased with all the sugar ants and termites in our room.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not much good to say - Inner rooms of hotel have no windows. Breakfast is very below average. Breakfast was included and doesn’t come with a juice. It’s a better of a bad selection to stay downtown. Go to a resort.
- Tony (8/5): - It was good clean and enjoyable would stay there again and the staff were all good and friendly and very helpful
- Floyd (8/5): Close to the Pier and Airport. - This hotel is unusual. The room is spacious with a good shower, but we did not have a window (except a small one that you would want to keep covered as it only showed hotel equipment). The outside of the hotel looks terrible, but inside is ok. I appreciated that there is a small gym, that there is a freee shuttle to the airport, and breakfast is goo, especially the eggs and corned beef. The stsff is pleasant and helpful. Don’t eat at the Dim Sum restaurant next door, but go to Al Fesco’s Bay Italian restaurant two blocks away for good Italian food.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel there is swimming pool and gym. - Its beyond expectations. Nice staff, delicious food, they are very accomodating and friendly. There are plenty of foreigners checked in.
- Alex Raul (8/5): Excellent staff and clean facilities - We were greeted by Claire, whose charming and wholesome personality made our stay extremely enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, Claire was very helpful and always served us with a pretty smile. She also gave us excellent dining suggestions. She is truly an asset of the hotel.
The room was clean and comfortable. Having a hot and cold shower was certainly the clincher.
- jojie (8/5): - My stay at the hotel was
pleasing and nice.staff was accommodating and courteous.
- mark (8/5): ok place ti stay over night - just ok to stay over night
just ok to stay over night
just ok to stay over night
- beth (10/5): - Nice hotel, staffs are approchable and the most, we feel comfortable with our stay along with my family.
- BENNIE (8/5): - Excellent front desk staf. Good service in the restaurants. Very poor wifi in the rooms...frequent disconnections from the wifi, and excruciatingly slow internet connection. Excellent and on time shuttle service to and from the port.
- Benjie Boy (10/5): Downtown location - Very convenient ;closeto the main road of CPG; so very easy to access the airport or sea port!
- Roderick (8/5): GREAT BUDGET HOTEL - The staff at this hotel are excellent. I booked an extra room for some friends who bailed at the last minute. The hotel manager M. Carmel, was gratious enough to refund the amount of the room back to me. I was treated by her and all staff menbers here at this hotel with great respect and accommodation. The hallways and rooms were very clean and modern looking. On the ground floor, the area around the elevator needed to be repainted badly. The inside of the elevator needed some serious reno's. The overhead panels needed to be cleaned. Some lights needed to be replaced. The elevator walls need to be panelled with mirrors, stainless steel, wood paneling etc to upgrade it. The carpet on the floor of the elevator was old a dirty. If the hotel does just these things it will greatly improve the appearance of the hotel and result in more guests re-booking.
- MARK (10/5): Accomodating Staff - All the staffs are very accomodating. They accept my request for an early check-in due to my early meeting.
- Arnie (6/5): - Good location if you want to stay close to city center. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. However I didn't like the restaurant staff. I ask our waiter to give me eggs over easy or fried egg. When he gave me the my order it was sunny side up, I reminded him I want over oeasy or fried. He came back and said this is over easy and all there eggs are fried in a sarcastic manner. The hotel need to train there cooks and staff what tourist want.
- Ernesto (6/5): Upgrade your rooms. - The people hanging around at night in the rooftop are very noisy. There is no internet in the room. There is no videy also.in the bathroom.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good place to stay. Very convenient with many restaurants nearby. Very easy access to stores, etc. nice staff and very helpful with directions and luggage. House keeping was good and efficient.
Water temperature in shower fluctuated slit.
- William (10/5): Great Hotel - Right down town. Shopping and restaurants very close. Room was great! Bed was very comfortable. The service was the best! We will definitely stay there again!
- merly (6/5): Nice Hotel it could be better. - Hotel was okay. Employees were very accommodating and the food was great. The Elevator was out of order 2weeks prior to my arrival in spite of they put me to 6th Floor. Glad I only stayed for 1 night.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Bryan from Golden State! - It was my second time to check in the hotel...first one was from March & second was June...Yes I do love the hotel a lot from great stuff & their food is excellent...I will highly recomend the hotel to those who travel all the way down to Bohol...everything is great except the elevator is need to upgrade...but it doesn't bother me anyways...but yah the hotel is very convenient & great staff and safe...
- Andre (6/5): irrispective of the good location, never again! - It was OK...but a no go was that I got a room without window!!
Additionally you have to enter the WIFI password as soon as you were disconnected...there was no automatic recognition.
- Ma. Lea (10/5): Good Stay - The place is clean, easy check in process and staff were helpful and friendly. conveniently located near the airport, sea port and city center. real value for money
- vence (10/5): Excellent - Awesome locations near to everything
- Matt (8/5): Great stay, excellent staff. Close to everything. - The staff are the best. Well trained, friendly, helpful and working as a team. Made it easy to stay and get things done. Safe and secure. Shuttle services available. Free parking if you have a rented motorcycle dropped off. They are being expanded. Very excited to see how they grow in the next couple years.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice hotel however there were many ants. - Hotel staff was nice however the rooms were not so clean. Good food
- Maddie (6/5): In the very heart of the city - Easy access to the malls and convenient to find a ride. Unfortunately, the shower is not good, it is either too hot or cold, no in between. The shower is like a sprinkle and all over the place. I didn't enjoy taking a shower at all and that was one of the reasons why I stayed in a Hotel instead of family to have a good shower after each day of outing. Anyhow, probably not the hotels fault just probably lack of water in the City of Tagbilaran. Overall, it wasn't too bad. I will still recommend the place.
- Gian (8/5): Satisfactory hotel at the heart of tagbilaran - The staff were very friendly and accommodating although the hotel is a bit outdated/old but its clean and well maintained.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Convenient and center to everything - Amazing
- Katherine (8/5): - Very friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel may be a little old already but the rooms were maintained well. Best part: it is walking distance from the hospital where my friends were admitted and the very reason why we went there.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Strategic Location - very near at Bohol Cultural Center and BQ mall. We have a restful night.
- Jesus (10/5): - Hotel is nice, staff are friendly and helpful. Location is easily accessible to the anemities needed to buy stuff.
Elevator needs upgrading, and the interior too.
Overall, we are satisfied with the place
- Verified traveler (8/5): - A perfect place accessible to malls, church, airport and seaport. The staff is polite towards the guest. The room needs a thorough cleanup lots of cockroaches in the bathroom and the big cockroach was cruelling in our bed and my husband was screaming in the middle of the night.
My husband got some mosquito bites on his arms and cheek. Hopefully this matter will be resolves
- Stan (8/5): Excellent staff - Could not have been more pleased with the staff. Friendly, helpful. Made our stay much nicer. Our room was smaller than it looked in the picture. Our only complaint. Definitely stay here.
- Darren (10/5): Nice hotel in Tagbilaran - Second time staying at this hotel. The hotel shuttle was already waiting for me at the airport when i arrived. Only a short distance to the hotel. About 5 minutes was all. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful. They helped me get my luggage to my room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
- lolong (8/5): Walking distance only to the mall. - all the staff is very polite and the place is quite overall I like this hotel.
