- Aryana (4/5): - First of all, DO NOT TRUST THE ADDRESS ON EXPEDIA. Use Google Maps for the correct address. We got lost late at night due to this error. When mentioned this to the staff, they did not seem to care that much. The location is good. There are lots of shopping and dining options around within a 10-minute walking range. However, the property itself has multiple issues. Our room was windowless and there was only a small window in the bathroom with a sign "Do not open!". The first morning when we woke up, we found the bathroom full of mosquitoes. Apparently, the window had issues and they could not close it completely. When I informed the staff, they taped around it which kind of solved most of the issue. The furniture was very old and had multiple stains on them. I did not feel good putting my clothes inside their closet. The safe was so small that I could not fit my 13-inch laptop and had to carry it around the city with me. The beds were uncomfortable. If the other person on the bed moved only a little bit, you could not sleep at all. We were three people and they offered a very small unstable bed for the third person which was placed right outside of the entrance of the bathroom. On the last night of our stay, around 2 AM, another room on our floor started to fight and they were shouting and screaming for almost an hour. I had to call the front desk three times before they finally decided to give them a warning. Overall, I would not stay at this place again.

Just one thing, the hotel is beside the main road so you can hear the sound of the cars. If this is a problem for sleeping, I recommend to prepair Earplugs.

- Goh (8/5): Budget Hotel with Good Locations - First time staying this hotel and the price and location is good. Easy access to Huay Kwang Station and lots of good food can be found at the Huay Kwang Market. The God Ganesha is just around the corner for devotees to make offerings and prayers. Big C, The Street is within walking distance from this hotel. Room is spacious with simple amenities. Wifi is good. Breakfast is very simple with American Breakfast with a few choices and Continental Breakfast. Coffee,Tea and Milo is self-service at the table. All in all, the breakfast Menu has only 8 choices to choose from but is fresh from the kitchen. The Lobby is small but cozy. Hotel is situated on the main road. Esplanade Mall is two stations away from Huay Kwang station whereby you can spend your afternoon at the 3D Paradise and when in the evenings from 6pm to Midnight, Train Night Market ( Talad Rod Fai ) is behind Esplanade Mall.
- Rebecca (8/5): Clean and handy to get train - If you are traveling for dental work in Thailand you can not beat the location. Also super close to the train station so a great base to get around Bangkok. Staff are lovely, very friendly and always available for any questions.
- Jem (8/5): Conveniently Accessible Hotel Near Main Road - Well firstly I don't hate the hotel, I believe you get what you paid for The staff were nice, the rooms were affordable, and it's along a main road, so I'd say if was good However, the bed was too hard and pillows were too soft, complimentary breakfast was underwhelming, and for my room the floor was very dirty along with the room having a smoke smell when I first entered Overall I would recommend this hotel to people that are on a budget and don't have too high expectations. As for the bed and pillows, it is subjective, might be I'm a bit sensitive as I have back problems.

It is adjacent to the international dental centre and very affordable for patients needing to stay a week or more. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Being on a major road, not all rooms are quiet, but convenience was a greater priority for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we were really pleased with the booking. Expedia has never let us down.

- lorraine (8/5): nice hotel close to BIDC Dental center - I really enjoyed my stay here. The new owner of the Hotel and his staff went out of their way to be availble and to help if needed. Beds were very comfortable. My stay was for 2 weeks and i will be returning next year for another 2 weeks.
- Shai (10/5): Fantastic little hotel in Ratchada - Stayed there for fantastic two weeks. Nice, clean and very friendly & helpful staff. I took the superior room at the back which is very quiet - Very large room with Modern design. You got there anything you need : Great WiFI connection, LCD TV and many channels, safe, MiniBar, Desk & chair where you can seat and use your laptop. The shower and huge and nice. The location of the Mini hotel is also great: 7-8 minutes walk to the MRT station, 7/11 just across the street, with 5 minutes walk you can find 24/7 Starbucks, Burger King, KFC and other western and local restaurants. Big C super market and Esplanade shopping mall are in walk distance. Currency Exchange booth is also near. Great value for money - I would defiantly stay there once again !

The mattress was very thin and hard, you can feel the spring in the mattress when you lay on it, we didnt sleep well because of that and it was noisy. The worst thing was the shower which was very weak makes it difficult to have shower. Overall this hotel was very bad value for money. We travel to bangkok two to three times a year, this was probably the worst value for money hotel we had stayed in. The only thing we liked was the location but for this price you can get much better value elsewhere. We definitely would not stay here again.

Some rooms need a bit of cosmetic work, but if you get a good room, its pretty comfortable. Water pressure non existant, but quickly forgotten whilst enjoying the fantastic a/c!

Plus, there's a new mall which is walkable. I would stay there again!

Staff Kiki and Ana and James were very friendly and fantastic to communicate in English with.Kiki was a wealth of knowledge and helped Me find markets to purchase gifts for relatives back home, she even went as far as taking me on to the train station and straight to the markets...without her help,patience and communication my stay would have been a disaster.It was a pleasure to stay at a hotel where staff are so helpful and I only have praise for all their efforts.

I came both times for dental work next door and would certainly strongly recommend it to others, especially since the March opening of the new indoor mall a block away.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice big room's, can be noisy if you are on the roads side of the hotel, while the one's at the back only have a window in the big bathroom.
- RITESHKUMAR (6/5): Good. - It was.good. but there.were.small.insects found.in.room.but.no.harm. the.morning receptionist was not.polite rest all.other people.good.I think 1000 baht is.enough for.per.night at.this hotel.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Disapointed - Old looking dated decor. staff very uninterested nothing like the reviews I read before booking .My feet were sticking to the wooden floor when I walked around had to wear flip flops 2 star hotel maximum.Not recommended
- angie (6/5): Not very convienent location. - The flow of the water in the shower is very slow and little. Never come back to stay in the hotel.
- Muhammad Faiz (8/5): Good value for money - Stayed here for a night on a stopover. Location in Ratchada was good. Easy to get taxi just in front of hotel. But walking to MRT quite far. Big and spacious room. Quiet surroundings. Good value for money. Wifi is also good
