- Karakas (10/5): Harika tavsiye ederim - Otelin yeri old town bölgesinde idi heryere yürüyerek gidiliyor. Biz 1+1 oda tipinde konaklama yaptık içerisi gayet temiz ve yeterince büyüktü. Kahvaltı da bir sürü meyve ve menüden istediğinizi seçip sıcak sunum yapıyorlardı. Ayrıca bize her konuda yardımcı olan wind hanıma ve bütün personele teşekkür ederiz.

Отель удобно расположен, недалеко от озера и трейн улицы, вокруг много кафе и магазинов. Достался номер с рабочим столом, было удобно поработать. Но интернет не очень, иногда раздавали вайфай с телефона. Мы выезжали рано утром, поэтому сотрудники разрешили взять завтрак с собой Вид из номера на ржавые крыши. И было сложно найти вход в отель, очень неприметная вывеска

The room is clean and comes with a fridge and coffee making facilities and the bed is fairly comfortable. Located near the lake and easy walking distance to everything.

La camera è risultata un po' datata nello stile, ma era dotata di ogni comfort necessario e, cosa fondamentale, era super pulita. Il vero valore aggiunto è stata la loro agenzia interna. Abbiamo affidato a loro l'organizzazione di: - trasferimento e il tour del Nord. - crociera (nella baia). Tutto è stato gestito in modo veramente perfetto, senza alcun intoppo logistico. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, ma un ringraziamento particolare va a Kevin. Grazie alla sua assistenza e professionalità, il nostro viaggio è stato organizzato nei minimi dettagli.

- Hong Hanh (7/5): - Location is very convenient, quiet room despite being in the center. Right next to the sword lake and very nice to stroll there in the weekend when the road is only for walkers. The staffs are kind and attentive. Everything in the room works. The room was not properly cleaned: dirt, dust, rust and mold are all over the (bath)room. Also the room has been hastily painted, with paint splashes all over the light fixtures and trim. Several holes in the wall, questionable electrical wiring and some of the lights flickered the entire time we were there. There are also a lot of mosquitos. The hotel should have provided mosquito net. Our son got a lot of bites.

Apesar de uma localização central os quartos são licenciosos. A cama é confortável, o quarto é bem espaçoso e limpo. Apesar da simplicidade do local, tudo funcionou bem, nada a reclamar.

La entrada desde la calle es muy estrecha por un callejón y un pasillo largo, hasta llegar a la recepción.

Le prix demandé pour une nuit est cher pour le confort qu'il donne. Sur Booking, vous mettez hotel fabuleux et une côte de 9 , se qui m'a conforté dans mon choix de le réserver et la réalité est tout autres. Je vous joins les photos de la cuisine et Toilettes. Je suis au Vietnam depuis 2 mois et le premier hôtel qui me déçois. Toutes mes autres réservations sur Booking, étaient à la hauteur.

Le personnel est extrêmement serviable, efficace et attentionné. C'est mon 3eme séjour dans cet hôtel et je prend les chambres en hauteur pour avoir une belle vue sur la ville.

- Luisa (10/5): Great accommodation and excellent staff!! - The hotel is in a very central location, walkable to many sights - St Joseph’s Cathedral, Thang Long Puppet Theatre, Dong Xuan Market, Hanoi Train Street, Hoan Kiem Lake, etc. The entrance to the hotel is through a small doorway and tunnel, so be careful not to miss it. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony and although it had a view of the city, it was very quiet. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and bright. Breakfasts were very good, with a few choices of western and Vietnamese food. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout. Tours, transportation and accommodations can be booked at the hotel. Kevin helped us arrange a 2 day/1 night Bai Tu Long Bay cruise at a very good price and we had an exceptional trip!! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

- Björn (9/5): Beste Wahl für Hanoi - Beste Lage und trotzdem ruhig, das ist in Hanoi sehr selten zu finden. Das Hotel hat drei Sterne verdient! Unser Zimmer hatte sogar vier Fenster, das ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Der Raum war sehr groß und alles entsprach im Großen und Ganzen der Beschreibung. Im Bad gab etwas zu viel Schimmel und das Bett war sehr hart.
