Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Good price. Nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The price reflects that. If you want a simple, clean place to crash overnite, this is it. No ice machine tho.

- 928loisc (10/5): Getting to your room after a long day and finding it cool in a hot day is the best! - Our stay at the cactus tree inn was almost excellent - I rated a 5 since I can’t do anything between the 4 and 5 The room was clean with everything we needed Location is quiet One amazing thing was the air conditioner was running ahead of time so the room was nice and cool - usually you get a warm room and hope it gets cooler at some point My only complaint is the actual air conditioning unit - there was a rattle somewhere that would wake us up - I’m assuming it’s something fixable I have seen those units before without the rattle Other than that everything was perfect

- Sarah (8/5): Good location! - I liked the ease of self check-in, the location and the value. The front wall offered no sound proofing. We(children included)were awakened early to people standing outside our door telling inappropriate stories quite loudly. Also the way the bathroom is laid out, the toilet is slightly in the way of the door. My daughter had to pull the door very hard to open it when inside. It hit her toe and bent the toenail back, very painful! Oh, also the parking spaces are tiny! Even for a car they are too small to get out comfortably.

- Sarah (10/5): I would definitely stay again - It was quiet. Location was good. Pretty clean. Basic but comfortable and felt safe. Pool was enjoyed. Beds were comfy. We all slept great. And self check in was honestly nice. I found dark long hair on the bed and in bathroom... under the stairs was honestly kind of gross with all the visible garbage and boxes. I also wished the designated smoking area was farther away from the stairs because you walk through a huge smoke cloud coming down and my kiddos have asthma.

Some wall switches were not working and neither did the lamps in the room, plus the room smelled like propane which was very strange. Overall our experience was good.
