• Janine (8/5): - Trotz wirkliche Verspätung bei der Anreise wurde uns kein Druck gemacht und sollten sicher Anreisen. Trotz dessen, dass beim Frühstück viel los war, wurde auf wünsche eingegangen. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit im Roomservice und eine wunderbare heiße Badewanne. Größe Zimmer und Bett

• Michael (9/5): Looked forward to our stay and we weren't disappointed, shame we couldn't stay longer. - Cosy atmosphere. Beautiful accommodation with additional items unexpectedly included. Good food both dinner and breakfast. All round an excellent experience. When we arrive to check-in, the man seemed a little pre-occupied with some Chinese customers, stressed out. We weren't in a rush so it didn't bother us too much, but it was noticeable.

• David (7/5): - Food was good, service was of a good standard. It was generally clean and tidy. Beds where comfortable. The property maintenance was not up to scratch. Bathroom window handle missing, bathroom door would not shut or lock. The shower cubical was not easy for older or less mobile people especially as the doors would not stay open to allow entry or exit. The toiletries were only just enough for one person not 2, only 1 small towel between 2 of us.

• Stefan (8/5): Leckeres Abendessen, großes Zimmer - Sehr freundlicher Empfang und es wurde trotz später Anreise noch etwas für uns in der Küche gekocht! Etwas kaltes Badezimmer, bzw. allgemein kalte Heizkörper. Elektrischer Heizkörper wurde aber zu Verfügung gestellt. :)

• David (8/5): We always stay at the Stronlosit and although there is new management this was the first experience with them. They were - We come up every 3-4 months to visit my aunt whom stays in Roy Bridge and this hotel is very close, which is perfect for us. As stated above and the property is very clean

• Tarancon (10/5): Acogedora habitación en medio de la naturaleza - La localización es perfecta, muy conveniente para hacer rutas por las highlands, y en una zona tranquila y preciosa. La habitación era muy acogedora y el desayuno increible! Muy buena calidad para el precio! Repetiremos!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la sympathie du personnel, la qualité des repas et la salle de bain de la chambre entièrement refaite. Pour le prix payé pour deux, c'est plus que raisonnable ! Le lit, de 1m40, absolument pas adapté pour deux personnes avec une couette qui n'était pas assez large pour deux...

Odsotnost osebja na recepciji ob check-out, niso pospravljali sobe in samodejno skrbeli za zaloge tuš gela, šampona, mila, wc papirja, kave oz. čaja... Majhna soba.

Bfast nice The road outside was closed from 7pm with limited access in or out, no information passed on by staff had to wait 1 hour in traffic to get to hotel, would have been nice to be informed. The room was ok but abit outdated but comfy bed and lovely big bathroom. The pond outside looked like a lake in their advertised pics but it was tiny, and inaccessible like a quad mire. One of the reasons I booked was because of the outlook. Feel disappointed 😞 but overall its an ok stay.

• Pauline (6/5): Expérience loufoque - Le lit etait confortable Isolation a refaire il faisait très froid Petit chauffage portable de fortune Matériel usé, cuvette des toilettes mal montée Hôtel inaccessible car isolé de tout et des travaux routiers en cours, nous avons été stoppés sur la route et contraints d'attendre 40 min à un feu de chantier. Arrivés apres 21h le parking etait inaccessible et nous avons du nous garer dans une école abandonnée pas loin de l'hôtel. Nous avons du traîner nos grosses valises en plus dans le goudron chaud dans la nuit au milieu des engins de chantier. Je ne vous parle pas du bruit la nuit, les murs de l'hôtel en tremblaient parfois, et encore heureusement que notre chambre etait située de l'autre côté. Les travaux ont duré toute la nuit de 19h a 6h pendant plusieurs jours. Alors oui ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel mais le manque de communication ca l'est. Ils auraient très bien pu prévenir leurs clients pour qu'ils prennent leur disposition.

• Lennaert (6/5): Not great for multiple nights, 1 night is OK. - Lots of difference in the rooms. 103 was much better than 102. Calm location, restaurant was pretty nice. Good hotel to stay when moving, not really for multiple nights. You’re deceptively far away from anything Fort William related. The inn is pretty old. Staff is OK. They don’t make you feel welcome, but they also don’t make you feel unwelcome. They just kind of make you feel nothing. As stated: decent for 1 night.

Badkamer en kamer ietwat verouderd en niet helemaal wat ik verwacht bij de prijzen die gevraagd worden: muffe geur in kamer wijst op schimmel en de badkamer is echt verouderd. Douche was brandwondheet als iemand anders eeneen kraan opendraaide en het bad was niet bruikbaar omdat de stop niet werkte.

• AS (4/5): Disappointing - Nothing. There was no availability of any food at the restaurant by the time were reached. We were group of 3 and had booked two rooms. we paid same price for the rooms. But I received a very small, dark and dinggy room in one corner for us two. They had kept one room for another guest who hadn't even checked in and were not willing to accomdate our request. For the price we paid it was a very disappointing experience.
