- Alice (8/5): -
- Cameron (8/5): - Good access to room Slippery shower floor
- Pople (10/5): We love the place and are planning to visit again. - Went with my friends in 2 cars. Have ample parking space and secured as well.
- Shantelle (8/5): Good value for money, but locals made it not worth the stay with kids - Big rooms, comfy beds The area is very rough, junkies outside leaving needles in gardens, it was unsafe for kids
- Martie (8/5): Convenient and relaxing place to stay for access to Townsville facilities. - Very clean, quiet, convenient location, large room, plenty of desk space. No microwave, but plenty of dining options on site and in the area.
- forman (9/5): - Wendy the housekeeper is a real asset to the hotel, she goes out of her way to make sure. Your stay is as comfortable as possible. Not much.
- Seaton (8/5): -
- David (10/5): My stay - The bed was comfortable, clean and tidy. Location is next to the Bristol and the bus stop. The gate was open due to the sensors on the gate not working or the gate is jammed which is unsafe or risky for gusts to stay if they have a family.
- Kris (1/5): -
- Mcclintock (10/5): -
- Wehrman (7/5): Safe and Sound - Staff were amazing and helpful. Parking and safety was top tier. The room was very clean and comfortable. Only the lack of things in the room like a kettle, utensils ect.
- Decinta (10/5): -
- judith (9/5): Very pleasant stay - Loved the fact that we could just walk over to the pub have a meal, it was really nice and we were able to park our car safely Nothing

- Eleasha (2/5): - Clean room friendly staff The beds were too soft, no support. Sunk into the bed and couldn't move freely. Worst nights sleep
- Michelle (1/5): - The bed was very comfortable The room had cob webs, was not looking like what advertised online.
Would have been better with Netflix or utube something to keep the little ones quite.
No movies on tv at all. ( Boring for the kids)
- Gillian (10/5): -
- Ahmat (8/5): Great meals ( perfect ) - Convenience Didn't know how to return key turns out you leave it in the room dah
- Gillian (10/5): -

- Everlyn (10/5): - Its a small hidden gem in Townsville and affordable
- Terry (7/5): - The meals at the Hotel are very well priced. The room was pretty basic but very clean overall. For the low price, I would certainly recommend the hotel.
- Szilagyi (8/5): The vale - Convenient location, good food and comfortable clean bed Under cover parking for my vehicle decent sized room
- Lee-Anne (5/5): -
- Liza (5/5): - Restaurant has good food. Staff are friendly. As a single traveler the location didn't feel good to me. Rooms outdated (fair enough for price) but mine wasn't too clean. Bathroom had hairs on floor. Check in was hard to find, it was in the pokies bar.
- willo wilson (7/5): - Comfy bed Bathroom door , coming away from inges
- Richard (1/5): Never again - Nothing Old, run down, dirty (disgusting)

- Shaun (9/5): -
- Sharryn (10/5): Clean, cheap overnighter. - Whilst room was a bit dated it was spacious, clean and quiet.
I love that the cars can be secured safely in a garage or within the locked compound.
Lovely meal at the pub too. Had trouble getting in through the security gates in the dark, we just used the roller door attached to our room but may have had an issue if our car park was out the back.

- Jeffrey (5/5): The food was very average. The bed was disgustingly disappointing as like i said it was like sleeping not even I couldn’ - Location The double bed was rock hard! It was nasty! I couldn’t sleep properly! It was like sleeping on concrete! Room number 4!

- Petrina (9/5): Was very comfortable the bed was great think I slept in most mornings - Quite. secured late at .night. This time I was upstairs forgot to ring and ask for ground floor room
- Carolyn (4/5): Na - The meals at the Steakhouse were delicious. The smell of Morten in the room and the live cockroaches that were running around.
- Ness (5/5): Stay - How close it was to the party i was in town for the lady that was on in the day was very nice and helpful and the skinny man on at the night was working hard The room and shower had a bad smell to it like it was not clean right and the carpet had marks over and the gate did not shut at all so if something did happen to my car I would of been put out the lady and security guard that was on at night coughing everywhere made me not want to get a drink after I seen it and the girl at night eating at the counter

- Michael (4/5): - Location WiFi not very good. Mould in the bathroom.
- Karen (8/5): Awesome.. Staff were great {all} and will book again. - The location and the price of the motel was great, a big draw car was that the car was locked in a garage, so appreciated that. Easy to walk to the hotel to have a meal a few drinks and if you didn't want to have a drink at the hotel Dan Murphy's was right there Being picky, the bed was a little to soft and it would have been nice to have a bed lamp.
- Tracey Olive (10/5): - Great host
- Henry (6/5): -
- Michael (4/5): -
- Keru (8/5): -
- Kimberley (9/5): -
- Curtis (8/5): - Central to everything that you need. The meal in the front bar was average. Had crumb steak and it was over cooked .

- Olaf (7/5): - the shower was fantastic, plenty of pressure and no needle sprays.
- Tim (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will definitely consider coming again! - It was clean, quiet & easy to find. There was no microwave and the coffee could have been better :)
- Catherine (9/5): -
- Richard (8/5): Very enjoyable. - Just the convenience of the location and no hassles with getting to me room. The people smoking on the walkway too close to my door, talking loud and on their phone.
- Henry (10/5): Very good nice an quiet - Only had dinner was very good I enjoyed my stay
- Francis (9/5): -
- Berkery (3/5): - People noisy talking and laughing until 5.00am
Could have mobile phone jacks in the room
- Lorraine (3/5): - That as a local who attended a function at the Vale and thought it was a good idea to book a room to prevent drink driving and when I went to collect the key was told I needed a $500 deposit which was not advertised on the website or thru this booking app.
Very disappointed 😞

- David (6/5): -
- Bronwyn (10/5): Fantastic - The staff were exceptional in their help to accommodate our wishes to be in a unit on the ground floor . No ceiling fans ..
Aircon is great for 95% of people
but the other 5% prefer fans

- Crossman (8/5): -
- sandra (10/5): -
- McIntyre (5/5): -
- Michael (6/5): Was ok. - Great meals and prices. Had a down stairs room plenty of parking but a noisy upstairs person staying the night, thin walls and floors.
- Lauren (8/5): - Meals were fantastic. Need to order in the restaurant and take meals back to the room yourself, but beautiful! Comfortable, clean and tidy. Airconditioning system was either struggling or was likely positioned in the wrong place for effectiveness.
- Sonya (9/5): Cosy relaxing. Very friendly staff. NOTHING IS A BOTHER. Tanya -in reception is absolutely lovely. - did not have breakfast Went to the Hotel for Lunch & dinner . Exceptional. nothing to complain about.
- Mark (3/5): Not a great experience - Proximity to where I wanted to visit Even though it was a non smoking room, there was a lingering smell of smoke possibly in the carpets. Also the a/c wasn’t cold and was noisy for a split system
- Green (9/5): -
- Justin (7/5): Was old school but all the comforts were there… - Air conditioning
Water pressure great
