• Corivee (7/5): Vermijd kamer aan de straatkant. - Netjes, alles wat op een kamer hoort is aanwezig en functioneert goed. Lawaaierig aan de straatkant. Bed knarste en kraakte waardoor je bij omdraaien steeds wakker wordt.

• Asmaa (9/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar! - Goede bedden, ruime kamer en badkamer. Erg schoon. Lekker ontbijt bij de banketbakkerij beneden. De buurt is lekker rustig, maar met genoeg cafés/restaurants/bars/supermarkten in de buurt. Het personeel was vriendelijk en deed altijd erg hun best om ons zo goed mogelijk te helpen. Dankjewel Antonio! Ontbijtplek was verrukkelijk! Maar het was er altijd (goed teken!) waardoor we elke ochtend besloten om het ontbijt mee te nemen naar onze kamer. Het balkon viel tegen en er was geen beveiligde ruimte om de bagage op te slaan.

• Michael (9/5): Excellent place to stay in Rome. I would recommend it to friends and family. - The location was amazing. We were within walking distance of the old city yet away from on the tourist fray. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff made everything easy and had great recommendations for local restaurants. The breakfast was in a cafe which had delicious coffee and pastries. Also, it was a 10 minute walk from the metro. And there is a train stain about a 15 minute walk that connects with the airport. It was so easy! The water pressure in the shower was a little low at times but manageable.

Ci è stato anche consentito lasciare i bagagli in struttura fino alla nostra partenza. La camera era dotata di tutto: phon, bollitore, bicchieri, frigo e quant’altro. Posizione ottima, a dieci minuti dalla metro Piramide e a 5 dalla fermata del bus. Consigliatissimo!

Il riscaldamento funziona molto bene, al mio arrivo la camera era caldissima, una vera coccola quando le temperature esterne sono basse. Buona anche la colazione resa disponibile dalla caffetteria che si trova giù al palazzo.

• VyDan (7/5): - L’établissement est bien situé, mais il ne s’agit ni d’hotel ni de résidence hôtelière. C’est un immeuble d’habitation dont une partie sert d’hébergement. De ce fait, la partie commune ne peut pas être classée à 4 étoiles. La chambre est petite mais confortable et propre. Cela reste cher et le rapport qualité/prix doit être revu. Le seul accueil humain que nous avons eu est le moment pour payer la taxe de séjour. Dans ce mode de location, l’accueil humain est quasiment inexistant.

• Peter (9/5): brilliant place to stay if you don't mind a short walk to all the 'sights' - The room was such a refuge after spending the day in the city and the staff were really helpful. There was a shop and cafe right next to the entrance to the apartment which was also very convenient. The area around the apartment block was a little rundown.

When we arrived we were greeted with a list of nearby recommendations which were delicious and appreciated!!! The restaurant downstairs was very cute and delicious, we enjoyed the included breakfast available each day there. We got locked out of our room once and were communicated with immediately as well. Cute neighborhood vibe and close enough to get to the main sites. Definitely recommend!

• Jeffrey (10/5): Unusual find - great stay - An unusual hotel with 7 suites taking up one floor of an apartment building. Clean, modern and comfortable- staff is nice too. The neighborhood is great as it isn’t just another tourist trap - fun to walk around and conveniently located near two train stations. The testavere area is full of trattorias and shops and be sure to walk up the hill to nice city views. The bakery on the ground floor is A+.

Alle, wirklich alle Mitarbeiter, angefangen beim Eigentümer, über die Service Mitarbeiter (Roberta und Marta), bis zu den Reinigungskräften, alle waren einfach top! Keinen einzigen negativen Aspekt, z.B. riechende Abflüsse oder hellhörige Zimmer, haben wir erlebt, alles war pikobello! Für uns war das Highlight der riesige Balkon, der es uns ermöglicht hat, dass wir uns als Touristen wie Römer, die in Testaccio wohnen, fühlten. Wir waren "Mittendrin statt nur dabei!" Es fehlte uns an nichts, ein fantastisches Frühstücks-Café, einen in Deutschland leider kaum noch anzutreffenden Lebensmittelmarkt, mit einer tollen Auswahl an frischen original italienischen Lebensmitteln, fußläufig unzählige Pizzerien, Trattorien und feineren Restaurants und die Nähe zu den klassischen Sehenswürdigkeiten Roms, die alle entweder zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Nahverkehrsmitteln in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind, besser und authentischer wird man Rom nicht erleben! Wir haben unsere 7 Tage Rom im Seven Suites, in Zimmer Nr.7 genossen und fliegen am 7. September zurück nach Hause. Ein größerer Fahrstuhl wäre für mich als Rollstuhlfahrer von Vorteil gewesen.

Sheets were okay but scratchy. Only had one Bfast coupon for two guests. Just okay. The neighborhood is nice and so was the service. Thank you!

We wanted to be in the Testaccio area, and this was in a perfect location! And we appreciated how the staff arranged our private transfer to the airport on our last day.

• Nike (8/5): For those looking for peace and simplicity, this is a great neighborhood, with an excellent indoor food market. - Simple and easy electronic check-in, basic new and clean room, even a small balcony, suited our needs - one night in Rome before a flight. We preferred to stay in Testaccio, a warm and pleasant neighborhood, not in the madness of the city center

We were definitely quite hesitant walking into the building but once you get up to the floor, you will be truthfully amazed. Staff is typically not there so it makes it a little nicer in a more private experience for sure! The soundproofing in this place is absolutely so good. We truly thought we were the only people staying there for the first night until we met a bunch of other travellers. This place is located slightly outside of the city center, which makes it perfect for getting local authentic food without paying high tourism prices. So many amazing restaurants and businesses in this neighbourhood it’ll be a breath of fresh air coming back after spending a busy day in Rome. I’d highly recommend the cute little sandwich shop across the street from the church their sandwiches are truly to die for and such a good price as well as the café directly under the suites is truthfully amazing I cannot stress how amazing this hotel was and truthfully if you were staying in Rome or anywhere near, add this to the places you need to stay because just wow!!
• SILVIA (6/5): - Al llegar, la primera impresión puede ser engañosa y parecer que se trata de un lugar poco atractivo, pero al abrir la puerta nos llevamos una grata sorpresa. La habitación resultó ser amplia, con un baño cómodo y una vista muy bonita hacia una iglesia, lo que hizo la estancia muy agradable y está arriba de una cafetería famosa. El self check-in fue sencillo y las instrucciones estaban bien explicadas. Además, la atención que recibimos fue buena. Sin embargo, tuvimos un inconveniente importante: viajando con un bebé, los elevadores resultaron ser un gran desafío. Son extremadamente pequeños, con puertas que se traban, lo que complicó mucho subir y bajar con carriola, bebé y equipaje. Este detalle, honestamente, nos haría reconsiderar hospedarnos aquí de nuevo en las mismas circunstancias. Dicho esto, si viajas ligero y sin niños, puede ser una opción bastante conveniente. Aunque no está en pleno centro, la ubicación es razonablemente cercana a los principales sitios.
• Timothy (5/5): Stayed before and it was fine for what it is, but I’m not sure whether I shall return in future - Ac worked Clean Room was ok for Rome Hot water didn’t work when I checked in. Some problem with a boiler apparently when I texted about it, a problem they suggested I go out into the hall and fix by pressing something (!). Said the temperature could thus be increased. A bizarre suggestion that a guest do this. Tone of texts was unfortunate.

• Delfgou (10/5): Would definitely stay here again! - Absolutely loved staying here! My room was beautiful and clean. I let them know that I was going to check in late, and that was no problem. The hotel is located a bit more on the outskirts of the city, but the tourist spots are only a short walk away (for a 26 year old 😉). A delicious breakfast is served in the café next door, you get tickets to fill in and give to the staff there. Not a gigantic breakfast, but delicious fresh baked pastries, which were very filling. (See photo 🤤) The mattress was quite hard, but not terribly uncomfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

• Ebru (7/5): good location, silent and away from touristic crowd - Bed was comfortable There was a strong toilet smell during 2 days, the hotel answer shortly and room is cleaned next day but unfortunaltely the smell continued, I think it is because of the plumming and infrastructure.
