• MAKOTO (4/5): 写真と違う - 1泊致しました。事前の口コミを読んでいなかったせいで入口が非常に分かりずらい。まさかあのごちゃついた狭い市場の中にあるとは。一方通行でない凄い喧騒のsoi19に入りファーストホテルの右手から狭い市場に突入、15mほど進むと右上に小さい看板がありますのでそこを右に行くとエレベーターがありますので2Fがフロントです。洋服やがいつも邪魔でした。狭いので。看板を見落とすと迷路になりしばらく市場から出られません。他は全て普通です。食事にも困りません。soi15にはマッサージ店が集中してます。BTSやARLの駅まではかなり遠いです。衣服の買い付けや、タクシー移動をメインとするならば良い立地でしょう。

Though right in the middle of Pratunam market, it is a quiet and comfortable guest house and provides all the necessary amenities for a basic passenger for my family and I. The staff is friendly and approachable. Definitely worth the price! The rooms are not totally sound proof, so it may be better for light sleepers to prepare earbuds.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Good location but poor room condition - Good location for shopping, in the alley of patunum market but not really comfortable to stay, condition of the room not good. but after all still clean. WiFi need to request from counter staff daily. Hot water dispenser only at reception counter not convenient.
• Marcia (8/5): Good for the price - It's a basic room and you will get what you pay for. The location is good for people that are shopping in Pratunam market since it is inside of the market. A little confused to find the location. The check-in was weird since the receptionist seems that was not happy to be there and asked me strange questions like "Why you check in so late?" and made faces when I said I'm living in Thailand "Ah... you are too familiar with Thailand hum?".... I didn't understand if it was a question or a sarcasm since everyone knows about Thailand time; however overall a good stay.
• Sally (2/5): Ebookers booking not recognised - Prepaid on Ebookers but was asked to pay again 800baht to check in, as my booking was not found. I was told the hotel “does not work with Ebookers”. Has been a week since I contacted customer service but no reply since then.

• azu (8/5): 立地最高 - 立地はプラチナムモールから歩いて３分と最高でしたが、ホテルの場所がすごく分かりづらく、Googleマップを頼ってもウロウロ探してしまいました！ ホテルは商店街のようなアーケードビルの中 First hotelが角あるので、そこに入っていくと2本目の右にいける筋の上に看板があります 右にまがるとエレベーターと階段がありホテルリセプションは2階です。 フロントとはうってかわって、部屋自体は綺麗で冷蔵庫もTVもバスタオルもバスアメニティーもあります。 コスパもいいし問題なしで泊まれるホテルでした。

• Diana (8/5): Basic place to stay - It is value for money. The place is very simple, no fancy furniture or stellar service and it is quite a walking distance from platinum mall, central world and BTS. But with the cheap price you pay, it's value for money.

• Sei Fong (8/5): - Great location! Surrounded by food and shops, nearby to BTS and can access to popular places easily. Shops at Pratunam open early and the morning food street downstairs sell very localise and yummy food. Wifi is strong and they clean the room daily. Although the thin door can't block the sound at the corridor, people don't make much noise at night, so that's fine.

• Yeye (4/5): Good location, good staff but not clean - Although this guest house was in a good location, close to shopping and restaurants, it was not clean. Only one word will say it all. Little cockroaches everywhere. It wasn't until our last night it got worst. They were in our bed! Our bathroom shower got broken. When we arrive the toilet was dirty. The room looked ugly but it wasn't something we cared. We were mostly out. In general I will not stay again just because our temporary roommates.

Got smell, Air conditioner not cold & CARD KEY CAN ALSO USE FOR OTHERS ROOM. Totally difference with what you see in website when you doing booking. Once request changing room, the staff keep saying no extra room. After numerous complaint, finally we get 2 new room but still "DISAPOINTING", air conditioner like fan mode. What i feel not happy with this hotel is when we check in staff advise no extra cost for extra bed(original room), unfortunately when we check out, they asking paid additional THB 2400 for extra bed BUT NO BED SUPPLY FOR US (new room). FELL ANGRY

• Alice (6/5): Lost in the Shopping Mall - It is not that easy to locate this hotel as it is above the Pratunam Shopping belt. Though it is convenient, it takes a while to get familize with the surrounding. The easiest way I found is to come in from Soi 19 lane, where Glow Pratunam is and walk straight in till you see First Hotel. It is in the shopping building.

• SAID CHYI (6/5): - the location was good especially for those who like to shop around the pratunam market ,the rooms were clean but the man on duty on night shift whom liked to wore a hat was a very rude man. luckily the people on duty during the day times were nice.
• Verified traveler (6/5): 都心部の市場内にある安ホテル - 4階の客室に泊まりました。客室の扉はカードキーで、エレベーターにもカードリーダーがあり、それをかざすと自分の泊まる階だけボタンが押せるようになります。ただし、自由に行き来できる階段もあるので、セキュリティ的にはあまり意味がありませんが…。 私の泊まった部屋には窓がありませんでした。テレビ、冷蔵庫、タオルがあり、飲料水のペットボトルもサービスで置いてあります。コンセントは日本と同じA型が使えます。浴室には石鹸と使い捨てシャンプーもありますが、その石鹸が驚くほど泡立たず汚れが落ちないので、持参した方が無難です。ベッドはなぜかマットレスを2つ積みしてあり、異様に沈み込みます。 Wifiは無料で、問題なく繋がります。アクセスポイントを検索すると、各階に1つずつあるようです。速度は遅く、通常のネット閲覧、メールは問題ないですが、LINEのビデオ通話は途切れ途切れでした。 WifiのID、パスワードは、印刷した小さな紙切れをフロントで貰えます。これはどうやらひとつのIDを使い始めて24時間で有効期限切れになるらしく、繋がらなくなるので、連泊する時は、IDの紙を数枚貰っておいた方がいいです。 フロントのある2階には、飲料水のサーバーや荷物の重さを量る重量計があります。またわかりにくいですが、奥にコインランドリーと乾燥機もあります。コインランドリーは30B、乾燥機は15分で10Bです。 総じて、プラトゥーナム周辺でとにかく安い個室のホテルに泊まりたいなら、泊まる価値はあるかもしれません。 ホテルに快適性や部屋の中でくつろぐことを考えるなら、あまりオススメしません バンコク都心部のプラトゥーナム市場内にあります。インドラスクエアやプラチナムファッションモールから徒歩5分で、立地は抜群です。すぐ近くにコンビニや屋台もあります。 ホテル自体は他の雑居ビルに埋もれているので、外から建物を見つけることが出来ません。市場内の衣料品店の上にあるホテルの看板で、かろうじてここにホテルがあると分かります。その衣料品店の奥に入っていくと、ホテルのフロント（2階）に行くエレベーターと階段があります。他の方々も書かれているとおり、知らずに行くと見つけることは困難です。
• Ariel (8/5): Spacious and clean hotel with terrible pillow - I like the spacious hotel but it doesn't provide drinking water as well as the kettle for water boiling which is not so convenient. Additionally, the pillow is uncomfortable. The location of the hotel is somewhat near to the happening areas. And the cleanliness is perfect.
• ayako (6/5): 渋谷に近い。 - 入り口か分かりにくすぎる。アマリホテルや、渋谷などの目印からの道順をもっとガイドした方が良さそう。 洋服などのショッピングには、都合がいい立地だと思う。

• WAI TING (6/5): 平靚，位置正 - 地理位置一流，購物非常方便，交通不錯。離SA City Line-Rajorarop 站只有10-15分鐘步行時間;BTS-Ratchathewi站亦只有約15分鐘；BTS-Chit Lom站約20分鐘。此旅館位於中心地帶。樓下已是成衣批發，只有時間及金錢....哈哈..... 仲有泰式按摩，又平靚正200泰銖/1小時....哈哈，比其區平好多.. 旅館房間大，兩張單人床，廁所大，惟是旅館隔音差，不過一分錢就一分貨，住5晚只得HK$860.-好抵囉，仲要喺聖誕節期間2014。但記住要帶牙膏牙刷，洗頭水，沖涼液，同時房內無熱水壺，要到Receiption攞熱水.... 旅館服務員有禮，會耐心回答各問題...
• Patrik (2/5): SCAM SCAM SCAM - The hotel is no were near the pin on the map. It took us 2 hours to find it. The hotel is aware of the situation and has solved it with -"Customer can use taxi". Our rooms stank of a very strong poison used to fight cockroaches (illegal in many countries). After a few minutes in the room we got dizzy and after a few more minutes we started coughing more and more. We tried ventilating it out without luck. The hotels solution: air freshener. After overexplaining many times that this chemical is no joke we were offered another room that STANK of mold with a bed way to small bed for 2 ppl. - NO REFUND - We had to get out late at night to find another hotel in a rush
