The location is perfect and much better than some more expensive rooms I've booked in the past. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was subpar. Some hot food options would have been nice. If u have a larger vehicle, u may have issues with the turnaround when u leave after parking. Our room was in a corner that the staff uses to hang out and pile their supplies, so they would stand and block the window.

Tried contacting the property twice to upgrade/change room category but no reaction. Air condition is VERY loud. We booked the „Deluxe“ double room and didn’t pay attention to the fine print. After booking we received an email to call out the very small size and poor location of the room. Would not recommend booking this room as alternative rooms are just slightly more expensive. Unfortunately I booked the room only after cancellation window closed. If I look for the room few weeks out, I can’t even find it. I think it’s only activated once the 7-day window has passed. Not very customer friendly ..

• Francis (6/5): Good - Location The property advertises a heated pool; however, this was not the case during my stay. On the day of my visit, it was quite windy, and the pool water was extremely cold. As I was traveling with two young children, access to a heated pool is an important factor when selecting a hotel. I even inquired with staff about turning on the heater, but was informed this was not possible. Unfortunately, this left my children very disappointed, as they were unable to swim due to the cold water.

The french restaurant across the street was fabulous and highly recommend. Coffee was good and breakfast was nice. Clean facilities. The staff was not super friendly. Not sure there was anyone we interacted with that was super nice which was a bit disappointing.

• Morgane (8/5): Great location on the beach but bad mattress - The location right by the beach was excellent—we especially enjoyed the lounge chairs and umbrella provided on the beach. Everything was clean and exactly as advertised. The room was spacious and well-maintained, the breakfast was quite good, and having parking included was a great bonus. 2 great restaurants just by the hotel. The mattress was extremely firm and caused both of us to experience back pain. Because of this, I wouldn’t return—unless I’m able to bring my own mattress topper to make the bed more comfortable. There was quite a lot of dry seaweed on the beach; clearing it from around the lounge chairs would help reduce the odor during the day.

• Valentyna (7/5): Located right next to the beach, the room featured a kitchenette—however, the "breakfast" turned out to be jus - Very close to the beach. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas by the beach. For breakfast, they serve very delicious coffee, like in a café. The room has a built-in kitchen where you can cook anything you want. A large refrigerator. A good shower with strong water pressure. Comfortable beds and a large modern TV. In the room itself, I didn’t find a single outlet near the beds, and we had two beds, so it was hard to charge our phones. Maybe I didn’t look well enough, but I tried bending down and couldn’t find any. We had to charge them from another corner of the room. The breakfast was not really like a full breakfast, it was more like a snack bar. They offered fruit such as bananas and oranges, croissants, sweet pastries, yogurt, milk, coffee, cocoa, and instant oatmeal with different flavors. That was all. So we had to cook eggs in the room ourselves for breakfast. The pool was heated, but not as much as we would have liked. The weather wasn’t very hot during our stay, so it would have been nice if the pool had been warmer. We also didn’t find any umbrellas by the pool like in the photos, so when the sun is out, there’s nowhere to hide from it. Overall, the pool area felt very cramped. There were no proper lounge chairs, only small chairs with tables, so you can’t really sit back and relax comfortably.

• Ann (7/5): Nice, clean, quiet room with direct access to the beach! - The location is really nice, right on the beach and secluded. The room was very large with a full kitchen. I would have loved to have had a bathtub in my room, there was only a shower, but not a big deal, I just wanted a nice soak after a long drive. The pool did not feel heated, so I didn't use it (It was beautiful weather, 70s but the wind was blowing so this Floridan was too chilly to get in an unheated pool). Parking was a bit tight, but I lucked out with a slightly larger space at the back corner right by the pool. There is no jacuzzi or hot tub and not exercise room, and I thought when I booked it I read there was a gym, but I could have been mistaken. The "free breakfast" was just grab-n-go so not really breakfast, which ends at 10:00. I got down there after 10:00 since I was enjoying a wonderful morning beach walk, but the front desk gentleman quickly offered to open it up for me, which was super nice. I just grabbed a couple of pieces of fruit. I found the room to be very well appointed, clean, A/C worked great, and even though this is an older building, it was very well insulated and I wasn't bothered by outside noise or noise from adjoining rooms. I enjoyed my short stay and would recommend it, but it was a bit pricey for me...but I am a cheapskate! No bath tub in my room, only a shower. No hot tub. Pool wasn't heated (at least not to my needs). Parking very tight-if you have a big vehicle, good luck!

Which is expected I guess being so close to the ocean but still not something I'd want to deal with while on vacation, also bedsheets looked like they could be changed for some new ones. Une plage est directement accessible, l'emplacement est au calme. L'hôtel semblait vieux et mal entretenu pour le prix élevé. Les portes se fermaient mal, il fallait forcer pour fermer notre porte d'entrée et la porte de la salle de bain. L'eau de la douche s'écoulait en dehors ce qui a presque inondé la salle de bain. Il y avait beaucoup d'humidité, au point que le plafond au dessus du WC a lâché et s'est écroulé lors de notre séjour (plus d'un mètre sur 90 cm). La personne à l'accueil ne s'est même pas excusée et à ce jour nous n'avons eu aucune indemnisation malgré la gravité de cet incident.

Each of the showers was no - First of all, I wish the pool was connected to the lanai so that you could get from the lanai laying out to the pool and also the pool could’ve been heated! Also wouldn’t coming our door. There was always a pool of water from the air conditioner unit there needs to be a better way to drain the water from those units. I was always afraid of slipping and falling and I also have a handicap son that also could have slipped and fell!

I loved being able to walk out to the beach and laying under the provided umbrellas and lounge chairs. Parking was tight, but everyone seemed very careful when parking so it wasn’t a big deal. There were no eggs, bacon or sausage. We had visited there many years ago with the former owners and not at all the same. The front desk was not very friendly. The staff more than made up for it. They were so kind and caring. They seemed to appreciate the guests and accommodated us in every way.

I would not have cooked in the kitchen. The side of the refrigerator was not clean to my satisfaction and made everything feel dirty.
