• Joselyn (6/5): - Está cerca de New York Café, a unos diez minutos caminando, y la parada del tren también queda muy cerca. El desayuno es sencillo pero completo, aunque el espacio es bastante reducido y a veces terminas chocándote con otras personas. Las habitaciones son normales; nuestra cama era grande, pero hacía muchísimo ruido cada vez que nos movíamos. Además, tenía una pequeña nevera. En general bien por el precio que pagamos y la ubicación. Lo que no me gustó fue que no pasaron a limpiar la habitación y tuvimos que pedir el cambio de toallas. Además, las fotos de la ubicación no coinciden del todo con la realidad: hay que entrar por una puerta y recorrer un pasillo hasta llegar al hotel, lo que da una impresión un poco descuidada.
• Stefan (3/5): - Die zentrale Lage war ganz gut ,der öffentliche Nahverkehr war fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Beschilderung zum Hotel ist sehr schwierig zu erkennen, hier wäre ein Aufsteller auf der Straße vielleicht vom Vorteil. Die Bilder auf der Homepage auch von Booking.com sind sehr vorteilhaft aufgenommen was zu einer negativen Überraschung Vorort führt. Natürlich kann man nicht den Luxus bei 3 Sternen erwarten aber quietschene Betten die bei jeder kleinen Bewegung laut zu hören sind und einen kaum schlafen lassen oder fehlenden Handtuchhalter oder Fenster die sich nicht gut öffnen lassen, weil das Bett genau davor steht und die Fenster dann gegen das Bett stößen. Auf den Preis der bei Booking.com angegeben wurde dann auch noch eine Steuer erhoben, sodass sich die Preise für 2 Zimmer um 28 Euro erhöhten. Das Frühstück würde ich aus dem Angebot streichen. Es entspricht nicht dem Standard eines Hotels. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Frühstücksbereich mit 12 Stühlen dies führt dazu das andere Gäste eine gewisse Zeit vor der Rezeption im Eingangsbereich warten müssen bis ein Tisch frei wird. Eine Weiterempfehlung kann ich nicht geben allerdings ist es sicherlich für Jugendliche eine Alternative wenn diese eine nicht so hohe Erwartung haben.

• Lorenzo (9/5): L'hotel nel complesso è stato fantastico, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo - Una delle receptionist si è dimostrata molto gentile nell'illustrarmi quali fossero i ristoranti di Budapest più economici in cui mangiare i loro piatti tipici locali. Ringrazio molto questa persona per l'accoglienza dimostratami e ringrazio inoltre lo staff per il servizio buffet della colazione, che seppur di tipo continentale, è riuscito a sfamarmi e a permettermi di saltare il pranzo. Questo mi ha garantito maggior tempo per la visita delle attrazioni della città

• Alba (10/5): - El hotel es modesto, pero tiene todo lo necesario, está limpio y es cómodo. La ubicación es muy buena para visitar Budapest y está muy cerca de varios transportes públicos y de comercios y supermercados. El desayuno está bien, tiene opciones variadas de dulce y salado. En definitiva, la relación calidad -precio es buena para Budapest por lo que ofrece. Lo mejor de todo sin duda fue el personal, siempre amable, atento y flexible.
• Evelin (3/5): Sketchy hotel in a sketchy area - feels unsafe - The staff was nice. It’s located inside a dark courtyard filled with trash. There are lots of sketchy looking people walking around or sitting outside the hotel. I’m not sure if this is one of those “love hotels”. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe as a solo female traveller. I didn’t even stay the night, I found a different place and moved as fast as I could. For the cost I could have stayed at a much better place elsewhere.

Everything was fine ... ... except for ONE of the other guests, who had NO NOTION of respecting the right of other guests to a peaceful night's sleep. Despite noble attempts, the poor night shift were not equipped to deal with this. Can hotels, with the support of Booking.com, ensure that policies state clearly that inconsiderate behaviour will NOT be tolerated?

O Hotel é modesto mas tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia em Budapeste. O nosso apartamento superou a nossa expetativa, numa estadia para 4 pessoas. Não tenho nada negativo a apontar.
