Great facilities, Espresso machine, bar fridge in room with sharing kitchenette on our floor. Following a few days of travelling, the bath and no shortage of water was AMAZING!

Rouché (8/5): Relaxed and cozy stay after exploring the city - It was central. The room was clean. The staff were friendly. The parking on site was also safe and close to the entrance. Although we didn't make use of the garden area because we ran out of time, that also looked cozy. Maybe next time we will spend more time.. Nothing in particular comes to mind that I did not like.

Daria (10/5): Absolutely exceeded our expectations - It is genuinely rare to walk into a hotel and immediately feel like a guest rather than a booking reference. This one manages it from the first second. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in time and were gonna ask if we could leave the car in the parking lot, but we were told the room was already ready and that we could check in early. We were offered tea or champagne - a small gesture, but one that sets a tone. Shortly after settling into our room, a bottle of champagne arrived at the door. All of those small details create a sensation of real hospitality that many accommodations are missing now. We traveled with our dog, and the hotel had placed a large dog bed, food and water bowls in the room before we arrived. Nobody asked them to think about that level of detail - they just did. The hotel is really well thought out regarding the design of floors, interiors, and surrounding areas. It totally fits the idea of a boutique hotel. The terrace was lovely and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable, with good quality blankets and pillows. The bathrobes and slippers were genuinely good quality, as were the toiletries - hand soap, body wash, and lotion all provided. And when we checked out, we were handed goodbye chocolates. Unfortunately, we didn't try breakfast. Nala Hotel totally exceeded our expectations, and we are looking forward to coming here next time. There is genuinely nothing that felt worth mentioning, because everything was done so well that even the smaller imperfections stopped mattering. The only thing worth flagging is that some rooms have a glass bathroom door rather than a fully enclosed private bathroom - there is a curtain that can divide the space. If privacy between guests matters to you, ask for a room with a more enclosed bathroom.

Durante minha hospedagem, notei que a área externa costumava ser frequentada por estudantes que permaneciam conversando, fumando e consumindo bebidas até mais tarde, por volta da meia-noite, o que pode representar algum incômodo para hóspedes mais sensíveis a ruídos no período noturno.

Hirst (9/5): Beautiful, quirky hotel - The hotel was quirky which we liked. Our room was gorgeous, not overly big but we only stayed one night so that didn't matter. We had an en suite and the TV was disguised in what looked like a wardrobe but slid back to reveal a massive TV. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We wern't overly keen on the breakfast but that is just our tastes and should not put people off from visiting this lovely hotel. We would stay again.

Coole Atmosphäre, gemütliche Zimmer mit Design Flair, erstklassiges Frühstücksbuffet und sehr hilfreiches Personal...wir hatten um 6 Uhr ein Marathon und as Personal hat uns gratis ein kleines Frühstück aufs Zimmer gebracht. Das ist Service! -

Tem dois cadeirões bem confortáveis para os bebês. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos O banheiro do quarto era muito pequeno e o box deixava a água passar por baixo, inundando o resto do banheiro.

Susu67 (8/5): - Sehr schöne Einrichtung. Super Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal Das Zimmer war als rollstuhlgerecht gekennzeichnet. Allerdings kommt man in dem kleinen Bad nicht gut mit dem Rollstuhl an das Waschbecken. In der Dusche ist der Boden glatt und man hat keinen Haltegriff zum Aufstehen.

Steve (9/5): - Nice and modern hotel, all individual rooms, with quirky decor. Exclusive use of gardens for residents only. It seems the reception staff cannot identify which room has been booked on Booking.com, because they say they are all individual rooms. We were initially given a smaller room that clearly did not match the description, room size or photos of what we paid for it. They did put us in a correct room when brought to their attention, and said they would speak to Booking.com to try and resolve for future bookings.
Yasmin (10/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und super ausgestattet. Für uns zwar nicht relevant, aber großartig, dass sogar an Barrierefreiheit gedacht wurde. Das Personal war total freundlich und es gab sogar einen kleinen Willkommensdrink ;). Die Terrasse hat uns ebenfalls zugesagt und bei schönem Wetter ist es sicher toll den Garten zu nutzen. Von der Lage her kann man sich auch nicht beschweren. Nach etwa 10 - 15 Minuten erreicht man sowohl den Bahnhof als auch die Altstadt ohne Probleme.

Giuliana (10/5): - Originelles Hotel. Jedes Zimmer ist anders gestaltet. Eine schöne Terrasse mit Ausblick. Ein schöner, mit viel verschiedenen Details gestalteter Garten. Farbig und kunstvoll. Wir haben am Wochenende im Hotel übernachtet und konnten den tollen Brunch am Sonntagmorgen geniessen. Auch hier eine variantenreiche, liebevolle Gestaltung. Ein bisschen eng, um sich bedienen zu können, aber sehr originell. Das Hotel ist urban und nicht weit weg von der schönen Altstadt Innsbrucks. Schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht da waren.

Sofia (9/5): Beautiful hotel with amazing service! - We had a beautiful stay at Nala. The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly, always helping us with a big smile on their faces. Our room was getting cleaned on a daily basis and we loved the cute details such as the Easter egg chocolates and tea at the reception and the welcome bottle of champagne. The room was quite spacious and very comfortable. Would 100% recommend if you are planning a trip to Innsbruck!

Manon05 (10/5): Ein Hotel, an das man sich erinnert - Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Und wir bekamen ein Upgrade. Da wir das Nala schon kennen, wissen wir, dass die Zimmer verschieden sind. Aber immer sehr gepflegt und sauber, mit interessanten und Details, sehr guten Betten und Leselampen. Auf meist kleinem Raum ist alles durchdacht und funktioniert. Ein super Heizsystem, also keine pustende Aircondition. Balkon, schöne Aussicht, wunderbares Frühstück ( nicht im Preis 19€p.P. )
