• Dinesh (3/5): Look for alternative options. This place is more a basic hotel than a resort - NOthing much there to like. Very basic lodge with swimming pool and a big garden. Noting much to do there. Plus is the car parking is very close to the reception - about 10 cars can be parked inside the premisis. Problem is that if you have a self drive rented car and you have to park the car outside the club, there is high chances that it will be damaged by local taxi who are very vocal on this.) Stayed in the hotel portion of the resort. Rooms is good, but no Lift. Stairs are low lit and dated infrastructer. Tv was not working, had to call someone 2-3 times. recepetion phone is always busy, maintance staff called for repaing tv, no hot water, low water pressure ( which was told is how it is supposed to be and no changable) resort was relatevly empty, but Room on second day was not cleaned till about 3 pm. Felt disappointed and left in 1 day instead of the 2 days paid for. Good food options, but if you can drive 2 kms there are some really good options at 1/10th the cost. (Hotel is non responsive to phone calls and calls to them before booking for information was un answered. After multiple tire got a staff to answer 2 questions. phone was disconnected.. immedeatly calling them back to complete the conversation - but no one picked the phone)
