Roslina_Raja (4/5): Just because it was cheap. - It was in front of Aeon. And it has a lift. The iron was a mere ghost nowhere to be seen. Room too small for two queen beds. Toilet was tooo close for comfort. No TV function. The bed was made like a log, harder the my grandma's chopping board.

Nur (7/5): Good for short stay! - Check in process was easy and all the basic amenities are provided such as clean towel, shower gel, shampoo, and tv. Cleanliness can be improved, the bed made me itchy, the toilet sink and the shower head is broken too. Other than that, is fine. For those who are on a tight budget or just wanna rest your head for a few hours, you can consider staying.

Nor (5/5): PAID ALMOST RM100 BUT GET SOOOOO TINY ROOM - NOTHING. I had be given a small tiny like store room where u keep your cleaning equipment.. just imagine how small it is .. just fit a mattres beside toilet not space to walk around at all.. for sure not same like picture on booking.com.. feel like being scammed.. really not acceptable for what i paid.. u can get cheaper price if walk in.. really upset.. really waste of money..

Dhiarahim (5/5): Passable - Near the mall and very convenient The room space is too small, not would it for the price. And the lighting more too yellow not white.. (for the muslim is difficult to perform solat, and I ask the counter about the biggest room. They said only One room is the biggest)

Kelvin (1/5): Room very dirty - When I arrived the hotel, they not prepared the room yet and the room is very messy and dirty, they asked us to wait 15 minutes outside for them to clean the room, Very disappointed because the room is very small and they do not clean it properly.

Agnes (2/5): Bad experience Worst Stay - The location is strategic, close to many attractions, Lotus, Aeon mall near the hotel and the hotel have a lift. The water heater didn't work and one the first day of our stay in the morning the water didn't come which made our plan collapse had to start my trip at 12pm+ paid MYR212/per night for a room. Check-in time is 3pm but check out time 12.30pm which doesn't make sense. The Air-conditioning also didn't work well the air wasn't cool so we had to wait till the mechanics fixed it. The pillow was saggy and not comfortable at all. The bedsheet not put on instead they fold it together with the duvet. Only yellow light in the room no white light which makes it difficult to make up as U can't really see ur skin colour properly. I book 2 room one me and my mom another for 2 brothers. Both room had the same problem.
