I lost a valuable Konstantinos designer pearl earring and though the staff went the distance to assist … following my call they located and held on to a pair thought to be mine. My sister picked up/mailed a pair found during my stay … but I returned them to Granite Hilton as they belonged to someone else that will hopefully claim them. :( Still holding out hope it turns up!

- T-LO11_11 (10/5): Newer Hilton that feels upscale - Excellent experience! First time staying at this hotel and I will definitely come back when I'm in Plano next time. It exceeded my expectations. The property feels very new (I heard it is maybe 3 years old) and seems more upscale than a typical Hilton. The lobby has great ambience and lots of comfortable seating. The room was bigger than I expected with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom (shower had door instead of curtain). It was easy to request things like extra towels using text message. I am a Hilton Gold member and although I knew about the food & beverage credit, I was pleasantly suprised by the discounted overnight parking fee for Gold members ($5/day instead of $18). Finally, we were visiting family so didn't spend time at the various restaurants/bars behind the hotel but it was nice having that right there.

- 111SimonA (8/5): Great amenities, but room could use work. - Great staff and location! Clean room, but was expecting more from a Hilton at this price. The location is great, with a short walk to many great restaurants! Shower was vary large and clean, but the tiny low-pressure spray ruins the experience. Also bathroom doors are very difficult to open/close (mechanical problem), the microwave didn't work sometimes (door stuck open), and the fridge was cheap ($20 Walmart?). The room was very quiet with the central air not making much noise. I suspect if you used the bed closest to the A/C the constant wind noise may bother you, but to us it was like a wind machine :) Breakfast was very good, but at at $26 buck additional charge for a free breakfast (not sure if that makes it free or not), I guess it was OK. If you payed for the breakfast it would be $26/person. It is a very good but small Buffet (see video). The food is REAL (unlike many cheaper hotels that serve fake eggs and potatoes), and variety pretty good :) There is a bar in the lobby, and the prices are not bad. Many evenings they have a live band but the lobby is so spacious you don't hear much other than echo's. Note: I tried to upload a small video of the breakfast, but Tripadvisor says it is too big. The guidelines say I can upload a video < 500MB, but is not true. I tried a 64MB video and a 28MB video, and it failed both as too big. I will post it on my Google review instead (they have an IT department that knows what they are doing :)

- 689shelleys (10/5): Came for work, stayed for the fun! - What an awesome hotel and location! I was there on business and there was another large group there as well, Oncor, I think. We had the best time out on the patio! This was probably the most fun I have had hanging around a hotel in a long time! The staff was wonderful. This fun atmosphere has definitely made us want to book at this hotel from now on and we have stayed at a lot of different hotels in the Dallas area. Awesome staff includes Heather, Daciana, Maria and Ryan. There were so many people in the bar and these employees kept a smile on their face and I think they genuinely like their job. Do what you can to keep these people working there! So friendly! They were getting A LOT done. I will come back because of these 4 people and the fun that was had on the patio. Also, awesome location with all the restaurants in walking distance. This area is great! Hotel and room looked recently renovated. Everything was CLEAN!!!

Lots of plugs and charging ports (everyone wants that). Didn't eat there because the dining options in a couple mile radius are insane. Legacy East & West alone would providevfor a week. Good location at a reasonable price. Would stay there again.

- Xiaojing (4/5): feeling very bad to stay in this hotel, will never choose it again - The fireplace area outside of the hotel is nice I am very disappointed about the reception staff. We made the booking of 2 rooms, we got one room 512 and the other one 745 when we checked in,I asked the staff's help to check if we could get the rooms on the same floor, while he answered immediately all their rooms have been sold out.When I entered the room 745, the toilet is not installed, all the drawers are open and the room smells like it was just renovated. Obviously it is not available and safe for people to live in.I had to go to the reception again, but surprisingly this time another staff changed a room for me on the 5th floor! I am so surprised that why the first staff don't even check for me when I firstly asked him and just replied all rooms sold out, if all sold out, how can they change a room for me???

The location and boardwalk are perfect for both indoor and outdoor amenities and entertainment. I slept very well. Nathan at the front desk helped in assisting me and he was very professional and helpful. I will most definitely be back.

I had gotten on the elevator several times and there would be trash in there some of the same trash as the first couple of times.. at one point had half eaten pizza in the elevator told the front desk and took some time to get cleaned up and even then it was just picked up and the rest of left over still on the floor. Busy night at the bar the next morning had food crumbs all over the flooor along wtih mud and dirt. just really unexpected to see for a Hilton of this size and price range.

- jacquelineg979 (10/5): Great Business Trip - Great customer service by Nathan! Beautiful hotel and in a great area! I would definitely recommend staying here and using their shuttle service! They are able to take you up to 3 miles radius and back with no prior reservation needed. Overall a great Hilton Hotel!
- bernardoI3166CS (10/5): Great Hotel Hilton Granite Park - This location has always been one of my go to locations when I’m in town the customer service and location is excellent. Hilton outdone themselves by remodeling the rooms I liked them before renovations but now they’ve stepped up the game GREAT JOB Hilton. Nathan and Arianna are new staff whose customer service was EXCELLENT !! Kudos to the management Team (Ryan).

Get this man a raise immediately. Withing 5 man this man had me checked in and with my luggage in my room. There is a nice fountain with restaurants near by within walking distance. We had a nice view of the fountain.We Will stay here again
