Karen (10/5): Coastal life without sand in your room. - The property was located on the inter-coastal waters in Madeira Beach. I had the magnificent blessing to have a room that overlooked the water and had a corner balcony, …balconies my on two sides. I watched the amazing sunrises on my left balcony. I was immersed in the beauty of the constantly changing skies from sunrise to sunset. The sunset over the water on the right side of my balcony. The first night was the most magnificent sunset that week. Golden hour was actually Orange hour. The sky filled with a deep orange that stayed lit up for a long time after the light drained away. That first night in property felt like crossing the finish line and winning a race. The very long hard day of travel and unexpected change of lodging once I arrived in Tampa/St. Pete, was rewarded by the magnificent sunset experience there on my corner balcony over the water. The skies were so clear that the moon was extremely bright and stars were visible every night. As for the property, I ate at the bistro with outdoor seating below my room) and enjoyed it immensely! On one amazing late afternoon,..with the sun glistening on the water like diamonds being scattered by hand… I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. But then it happened again. And again. I had wanted to experience this my whole life. And there it was! A dolphin jumping out of the water in what looked like a figure 8, over and over and over again. My heart was so full. God had blessed me with such an amazing week drinking in the natural beauty in the corner room in the 2nd floor. The few times I left the property, I easily found shops and major roads. I could go on forever. I can’t wait to go back! That I had to check out.

Sean (10/5): Amazing Views and Great Pool! - The service was amazing at the front desk from the young woman I didn’t get her name but we checked in around 7pm on 9/1/25. She gave me the names of a few nice beaches to see that were less crowded. The only strange thing that happened around 11pm when we were watching a movie I got a call from front desk staying there was a noise complaint from another guest. Other than that I thought the hotel was super nice, amazing pool, and wonderful views of the marinas and the intracoastal from every window and balcony!

carol5001 (10/5): Get more -- pay LESS!! - We were are local and didn't truly go on a vacation, we had to leave the house for two days to take care of the Florida scourge -- termites. I went in with just the expectations of a clean place to sleep and hang our hats. It was MORE!! The hotel was spotless and furnishings were all newer. We decided to treat ourselves and upgrade to a waterfront suite. The view was great and it was Westward facing so you could have a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning and not be sweltering. Word must have gotten out about us to the staff because two or three employees mentioned they knew we were there due to an infestation and offered kind words while welcoming us. Talk about feeling special!! As people have mentioned this is walking distance from Publix -- Florida's most popular grocery. We were able to keep our waters and coffee cream cold in the nice mini fridge. The bathroom accessories -- make up mirror and hair dryer were both great, as well. Last January we actually stayed at a "higher end" Marriott close to Disney and the suite at this Courtyard was not only BETTER than the boujey hotel, it was cleaner and just an all around awesome stay. Everyone we encountered at the hotel were welcoming and helpful. We had an unexpected nice dinner out when Shelli at the front desk told us about a happy hour special at Salt Rock Grill just a short drive away. It was LESS than we usually pay at Outback and that was with an adult beverage for each of us. (Mind you, that is ONLY Happy Hour pricing which ends at 5:30) The TV was a tad on the small side, BUT you can get HBO, Netflix and other premium channels. It was very easy to figure out the remote as well. This hotel and its top tier staff get an A+++ from this traveler. PS. One other thing -- parking is shaded which is a BIG plus in Florida summers.

I highly recommend this hotel. Walking distance to a Publix which is convenient for travelers. You do probably need a car though. The starbucks cafe provides breakfast and dinner options but no lunch fyi.

Brown_Samantha (10/5): Gorgeous view to the marina conveniently located with quiet sleep quality - We stayed here for two nights while exploring the area, it was conveniently located to visit St. Petersburg Beach, Clearwater Beach, Madeira Beach. Even drove down to Fort de Soto one morning. The staff is very friendly. Hotel has a sweeping sea view of the area. Small marina by the parking lot and Slyce Pizza restaurant within walking distance. There is a Publix super market near by, that made it very convenient to get what we needed for the trip. Our room was with marina and ocean view. So quiet that we didn't even hear any wind or other noises. Two very spacious queen size beds with plenty of sitting area (it was an executive suite). There is a parking garage, as well as parking lot with plenty spaces. $12 per night. The only inconvenience was we had requested 4 pm late check out, but somewhere it got lost in the process. The Front Desk resolved the problem promptly, apologized a number of times. This is a very nice property.

Ricky (10/5): - Excellent hotel, staff, and location!
Alicia (6/5): Certainly not worth the inflated price to also ge tpoor service - Nearby friends, so particular location was good. We were not given the type of room that we booked; they put us in an accessible room with a rusty shower that my husband did not appreciate; the TV did not work and it took 2 men and 2 visits to fix; the room was not serviced at all after our 1st night; the next day I called to request the service, and it was not up to par; they did not collect all the dirty towels or replenish the cups and coffee; BONUS: I stayed at 2 Courtyards and I am reacting to the laundry product they use on their bedding, waking up with swollen eyes. Beware!
Victoria (10/5): - We were in town for a funeral and the staff was quick to respond to any requests and changes we needed. They were friendly and helpful with each interaction.
KASYA (10/5): - Lovely hotel.
Glen (10/5): - Parking was an extra charge.
Mark (8/5): - The bed was a bit harder than we expected it to be. Could have been a little bit more comfortable for us.
