Location is good, you dont want to stay at city center with that amount of noise our window goes to another building (20 cm from each other), so no view - but it was not a problem and the hotel was fantastic

Die Fahrräder könnten erneuert werden. Sie waren nicht sehr komfortabel. Und zu Beginn hatten wir ein eher dunkles, muffiges Zimmer. Wir hatten nach einem anderen Raum in der gleichen Kategorie gefragt und wir konnten direkt wechseln.

• Hugo (10/5): A wonderful stay with friendly and professional staff, a perfect location, excellent service, and outstanding attention - Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff was highly professional, extremely friendly, and always smiling. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The team was also very accommodating. I even requested a special arrangement because I had to have breakfast at 4:30 a.m. instead of the usual 6:30 a.m. Every single morning for three consecutive days, they prepared a breakfast box for me in advance, ready to pick up. This level of care and attention was truly appreciated. The gentleman at the entrance was especially kind and welcoming. The location was outstanding — we honestly could not have found a better place in terms of location. Everything was perfectly situated, (5min from Town and 10min from beach Overall, it is a truly excellent hotel, and I would highly recommend it!

• Connor (7/5): - We enjoyed our stay at kiman hotel. It’s not a fancy resort, but it was just what we needed. We used the free pedal bike rental every day, the breakfast was good, the room was good, the staff was great, and the town was a little bit of a walk but that’s where the bikes came in handy. Every morning we were woken up with construction. They were renovating their pool area which is totally understandable.. but maybe start later in the morning instead of 7:00am. Either way, it got us up early to make use out of our day 😂

A gem of a place! - Location, value for money, polite & attentive staff, excellent breakfast buffet, free bicycle hire, lovely pool area, clean & comfortable rooms. Ideally located halfway between An Bang Beach & The Old Town so you get the best of both. With the new electronic shuttle buses which is only 50,000 VND (split between you all) or bike riding - it’s easy access to both locations. My 2nd time staying here and I will happily stay here again. Nothing!

• Cliff (8/5): Pleasant Stay - Located conveniently between the old city and the beach, easily accessible by bicycle which you can use for free from the hotel. Our room was situated away from the busy main road, though basic, featured a balcony and was clean and fully equipped, with pool/beach towels included. Notably, the bathroom’s air ventilation was impressive. Laundry services were available at regular hotel prices, but were convenient, efficient, and completed quickly. I like Asian style breakfast so to me that was fine. Despite initial hesitation of my decision, the friendly staff won me over and contributed to a pleasant stay. I would consider this good value for money. The pool’s location between the reception area and the elevator to the rooms didn’t feel inviting, which deterred me from using it. Unfortunately, many of the bikes we used were in dire need of maintenance or replacement. Given the location, having access to bicycles is essential, but our experience with theirs fell short. This oversight detracted from what could have been an elevated stay, especially considering the ideal surroundings for bicycle rides.

If you are tired and dont feel like going in to town, there’s great restaurants around the corner. And they do roomservice and massages And a great pool! The breakfast has everything you could wish for. I would highly recommend going to Kim An hotel!

The hotel is a little on the older side but well maintained. Location is close enough to reach by foot or super quick bike ride over to the main part of Hue. The staff are very friendly and courteous. I was under the weather for a couple of days and they showed great concern. (Thank you Nancy!) Bonus part was the price we booked it for. Really good value hotel for what we paid!

• Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing Stay! - My boyfriend and I stayed here 3th-8th July 2017 and had the most amazing stay. The breakfast had a huge variety and was absolutely delicious with loads of fresh fruit, pancakes, cereal, bacon and eggs cooked fresh how you wanted them. The rooms were really big and clean with a nice size balcony and really comfy beds. Also the mini bar was reasonably priced and you got 2 free bottles of water a day which was a bonus. The swimming pool was really nice and relaxing and got the sun for the majority of the day. The staff were all really lovely and couldn't have been more willing to help us. They organised us a taxi to the airport at a really good price and gave good suggestions of places nearby to see. Also the free bikes were really handy as it's only a 10 minute cycle to the beach. The only negative I would have would be its about a 20 minute walk to the town which feels really far during the daytime heat, however, it was worth the walk to get back to this amazing hotel. We would definitely return if we were ever to go back to Hoi An.

Everything is clean and breakfast is top notch with real bacon. Unfortunately I got ill a few days before so I was bed ridden but my girl mentioned to the nice lady downstairs about my Condition and she made sure to get me medicine and make me special tea. Everything is clean and comfortable and the staff is incredibly nice. They go above and beyond to help and make sure you are happy with everything. Never have I been to a hotel were everyone greats you so warmly with genuine smiles. Breakfast is amazing compared to other hotels I have been to. Firstly the egg station, order fresh and the chefs know how to cook them to your choice requested. Plenty of hot and cold options along with a variety of great fruit and ample of food for the big eaters. Wifi - what can I say. Easy to connect, reliable and super fast. Better than 5 star uk hotels. Hotel is in between the beach and town so 10/15 travel in either direction is perfect either by bicycle of foot The area is safe and has a small parade of shops/restaurants outside the hotel should you not want to venture so far. The pool is super clean and sure would be welcoming from the sun, I didn't see that as it was rainy season! Transfers was booked direct with the hotel, just so easy and convenient The room clean, functional and bathroom all good, the shower room was requested and no concerns, my request was looked after. Beds large and comfortable. Thanks to the Kiman team again - second time to the hotel, has a charm to make me return Hopefully see you again soon
• Jacquelyn (8/5): Clean and Comfortable! - I stayed 4 nights in the shared room and it was perfect. Clean, comfortable, cheap, and cold! It's a good location, just a short bike ride from the Ancient Town and the beach on one of their free bikes. Far enough away for peace and quiet, but close enough to bike without melting. It has a good breakfast and the staff is nice, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It was a great stay and I highly recommend for a quiet room in Hoi An! There are a lot of families there, though, so don't expect a quiet or deserted pool or breakfast room! No complaints for the room though!
• Ben (8/5): Nice hotel close to sights - Good location a short distance from the centre - less than 5 minutes on bike. The hotel included free bike hire. Let us check in early which was good. Only have 3 in one coffee which is horrifically sweet, when we asked at reception they did not have any alternatives, not a big deal but something they could improve on. Pool gets very little sun and hence is quite cold.
• christine (10/5): highly recommended - i had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the shower was amazing (very powerful, which if you've traveled asia a lot, is hard to find), room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is nice. Location is okay, about a 15-20 min walk to the market and restaurants.
• Lana (6/5): - The hotel is right on a Main Street so weekend noise levels were quite high. We also had a weird water / shower sound sporadically throughout the night. I stayed in the dorm room and had housekeeping come early in the morning to check the room after one of the dorm guests had checked out. It was loud & intrusive. But the hotel staff in general are so friendly & helpful... Offering great information about the area and food etc. The free bicycles are a nice added touch!
• Joshua (10/5): Great Hotel, Friendly Staff. - Location was great for us, quick bike ride (3 minutes) down to the more touristy area (old town and all that), but removed from the heavy foot traffic of down there. The staff couldn't have been better, made sure we were very comfortable during our stay. As with most of the hotels in this area the bikes are provided as a complimentary service, I don't really see much point of cabbing anywhere in this town as you can ride from one end to the other in 20 minutes. Would stay again, best place we have stayed so far in Vietnam!
• Jing Yen (6/5): Average - Quite a ways out from the centre. Free bicycles are available, although it is no easy feat navigating the roads anywhere in Vietnam, what with the constant tooting of horns and motorbikes running wild everywhere. Definitely do not make use of the spa/massage/haircut facilities here. Far better and cheaper options are available just a stone's throw away. Likewise, laundry service can be had for just VND15,000/kg right next door, as opposed to the hotel's exorbitant 50,000/kg.
• Marc (8/5): Quiet in hoi an - Kiman hotel is a nice and suiet hotel. It is a bit away from citycenter but the free bikes try to make up for it. Unfortunztely they are vietnamese size qhich is for tal europeans a drag. The rooms are good and comfortable. Shower is hot and all in all it is well equipped with good wifi. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The pool is smal but nice The breakfast is ond of the best we had in 4 weeks. All in all it is a recomendable hotel.
• Laila (10/5): Best in Hoi An - We had extremely pleasant stay! Service was superb, location was great, beach and town both nearby, staff was helpful and nice w big N.
• Kurt (10/5): super good hotel - very nice stay very comfortable bed only min point is you don't refill your breakfast fast enough but the wide choice makes it all good
• Verified traveler (10/5): - I enjoyed everything about my stay. The staff actually came out and waived my cab away as we drove out.
• Sian (10/5): Great hotel in Hoi An - Lovely hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Booked a 2 night stay at first, but extended to 5 day stay. Hotel about a 20 min walk from the old town, but taxis are cheap( about £1 to old town) , and hotel lends bikes for free which was great. Breakfast is excellent with a good choice of foods and freshly cooked eggs.
