• Zaquam (1/5): - none about this hotel, the room is dirty, I opened the bathroom and found a used towel hanging behind the door. the floor was full with hair and also found in the bathroom.. the window curtains did not function well I'm really sad with the room's condition and very poor hygiene

Convenient due to location and ease of parking - Location nearby city centre, tanjung lumpur, teluk chempedak and shopping areas or restaurants. Lots of parking Not maintained well. At least can always change the bulb to brighter ones as too dimmed. Bed and pillows may need uplift/changes.

• maxxzara (9/5): - strategic location close to all pharmacy facilities, a bunch of restaurants you can choose to eat a variety of options from grilled fish restaurants, seafood even Chinese cuisine, close to a clean beach and we went to Kuala Terengganu and returned in the evening our room was in a neat and clean condition and the towels were also freshly changed! budget friendly hotel with a choice of delicious breakfast menus. Highly recommended!

Mujur bukan masa tidur binatang tu keluar..hmmm

• Fatihah (10/5): Great staff - I left my childrends toys during checkout. I whatsapp the staff and they are kind enough to post it to me. Their turnaround time to reply and provide the needful to us is also respectable. I think the hotel has so much potential and need refurbishment. The location is excellent

• Shanth (4/5): Poor and need improvements - Nothing Rooms look like old school hostel rooms,most customers booked hotel by name of Hotel Seri Malaysia but its not really look as what they thought in mind.Need more and more improvements in terms of facilities,cleanliness & service.Basic thing like cupboards no sliding doors look like lack of maintenance.
