• Mara (9/5): Confortable stay - All was good. I had a confortable stay. For an european it is anvery good solution. Position is at a walkable distance to bus and railway station. Room is spacious, clean, the toilet is very good with good shower it was a plaisure to have a showrr after a day. TV, Kettle, amenities all is there for a confortable stay. Staff was fine, in the average standard with professional manners. Bed matras should be of a better quality. I can feel the spins inside. A visit touridt map of the city should be available at reception. Mostly is a business hotel but anyway should be there. Hairdryer above all if the guest is a woman should be provided. Nice to have also napkins box!

• Zaib (4/5): - I think the ownership of the hotel does not have any experience in running hospitality business, the staff is nice and well intended but does not have any training in hotel business , I booked through hotels.com with all mela inclusive but at the hotel they refused to honor the meal part and they wanted me to take up with hotels.com , internet connection was very sketchy and they had no room router left , I asked for iron which they sent in the room which was not working , the locker box in the room had wrong instructions on how to operate , I did not try there foos so cannot comment on that , the Aircondition worked perfectly , at the time of checkout they had no staff to come over and get the bags so I had to drag all the suitcases myself , I would not stay here agin If I had a choice , I normally stay at fern but due to cricket match in rajkot they were sold out , it is a great location so an experienced operator can really do well , I wish them good luck

• Rekha (10/5): I enjoyed the stay and would recommend others. - Staff on desk were friendly, welcoming you and greeting with a smile. Was able to approach the staff with any query. The staff in restaurant were friendly made you feel comfortable. The selection of food was plenty and the servings were big. The Manager My Chaudhary was helpful and supportive ensuring our needs were met. The room was cleaned daily. Staff who is fluent in English, and can communicate in English on telephone and able to correspond via email is necessary. Otherwise all is okay.

• Jayprakash (10/5): An ideal place to stay in Rajkot - Platinum turned out to be a little more than expected! The hotel is ideally located within close distance to shopping and eateries. The rooms are comfortable with good bathroom supplies. While the food on offer was excellent both in restaurant and room service, the breakfast could be more innovative by offering a greater choice of fruit and cereals. Top of the marks has to be the excellent staff from room cleaning to waiters and the front desk. Shows that the management do a super job! A highly recommended hotel 👏👍

• Vijaykumar (4/5): - Beware of Opportunist Charges. They will not respect all aspects of your Expedia booking voucher. The booking voucher clearly stated Extra Person is CAD $ 5.73 for Extra person per day.They Charged CAD 18/- per day for Extra person in INR conversion. IF the hotel was not on Expedia, i was not their Customer. Period !!. Expedia refunded the Extra charge. Booked the Hotel from Toronto for my Brother and Family visiting Rajkot. Opportunistic Greed overrides any Ethics or Morals in that part of the World so be aware of what you are booking and be prepared of exorbitant Charges, once you are their customer. Greedy....Unethical......No remorse for doing so, and they bluntly say, we don't respect any other terms in the booking voucher, except we have 2 persons authorized by Expedia, now you are under our umbrella, and will charge what we want and not what Expedia says.

Their breakfast spread was surprisingly great! The only down side was the high number of flies in the dining area - probably due to the rainy season I guess. But overall a great hotel.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely Stay at the Platinum Hotel - Excellent stay, the staff were really helpful and very easy to talk to. They accommodated all of our needs. We had a really early flight out from Rajkot airport, so this hotel was in the ideal place within 2 miles of the airport. The staff also were very helpful and also made us vegetable sandwiches for breakfast, and they were delicious. Really lovely stay!
• Dilpesh Amin (10/5): Nice hotel , clean and very ,very good staff - We stayted here for overall 5 nights ,a stay of 3 nights then 1 and 1 nights as we traveled and then came back to the hotel. The front office manager , Kalpesh , was very helpful and arranged a trip for us at the last minute. The staff are very professional and friendly . The restaurant staff are also very good , though a little to eager if that's possible . Some eggs being available for breakfast would not go amiss. The restaurant is vegetarian only and is adequate, room service is also good. It overall a nice hotel, clean and well run and NRI's would be fine here.

Restaurant could do with an eye on cleanliness. Cutlery and tables/chairs were at times not very clean. Overall an 8/10 rating would be appropriate.

• Jayant (8/5): Great Hotel In the Town centre - Platinum offers a decent living place with ease of travelling in and around the Town centre. Room are clean and offers a great place to dine. and , Famous THAKAR Dining Hall is next door so should you get fed up with the Hotel Menu, you can always nip in next door. I stayed for 9 nights, and coming from the UK, I was a bit apprehensive about the hygiene but the rooms were clean and the toilet and the bathroom were modern and offered good power showers. Staff were polite and helpful. I was really disappointed about a poor WI Fi Signal, as I have to work, I found it much harder, so if you are a business person and need the internet, this could be a bit tricky. Dining room although good, could do with a face lift and improve the overall image of the hotel

• COYI (8/5): Great Family Hotel - The hotel was very clean. The staff were very helpful especially the manager - Mr Akash who sorted out the confusion with the web booking. The Wifi actually worked and the speed was reasonable which was a relief. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the center of Rajkot.
