• Nurdiyana (1/5): - The room is not clean. The floor is not clean, i felt sandy when i step in. No house slipper provided. Then i saw cockroaches in the toilet. Also i'd left my belongings (charger & power bank) next to the bed but no one call to acknowledge until the next day i need to use my charger and i have to call the receptionist twice. They don't have housekeeping management since the receipt don't know who was on duty. And they also admitted no lost & found section which conclude the stay untrustworthy if you left any of your belongings. And bad at safety since the staff don't know which foreigner was on duty so anyone can be considered as "cleaner" or "tenant", the lobby was smelly
