- Martin (7/5): Good location and comfy beds, but rooms need a refresh. - We had the managers apartment which was large and had a full kitchen, carport, and smart TV. Beds were comfortable and shower hot. Location was ideal for attending a nearby wedding function. Surrounding area was very quiet so not problems with sleep. The facility is looking a little tired. Our apartment had sections of skirting boards missing, walls damaged and hooks in walls where presumably artwork was once hanging. Carpet was heavily stained. There was a random foldable table left in the dining area. View from bedroom was of the rubbish bins and an old gas bottle that also had been left.

Cabin was nice and quiet (Room 605) Had trouble with the electronic door lock, but finally worked it out. The exhaust fan was not working in the bathroom, The side support on the steps outside our room was broken and was a trip hazard.

Also, need more lights, or better lighting, near the entrance. We drove past it in the dark, and it took our Uber eats driver 30 minutes to find us in the dark.

The kitchenette was great, and the gas fire was phenomenal! We enjoyed sitting at the outdoor area to watch the gorgeous sunset as we were visited by kangaroos. Comfortable beds and pillows. This place is such great value for money and we would definitely stay again. We paid for a late afternoon checkout, and after arriving back to our villa after lunch we found ourselves locked out as our access code hadn’t been extended. Getting this sorted out via a call centre was not the ideal end to our weekend. Having a person on site (even just for weekends) would be beneficial as many guests were on hold to the call centre throughout the weekend trying to access their rooms or have questions answered.

It overlooks the bins and it just wasn’t as nice as the single until room I stayed in before that overlooked the mountain and had kangaroos coming up to your door. A lot of things just felt misplaced in the room. It was very big but just didn’t feel quite as nice.

The bed was large and comfortable. The only negative I have is the bathroom mirror which must have been hung by a very tall person , or maybe I am too short but which ever one I could not possible use it. There was a full length one on the bedroom cupboard doors so it did not worry me at all.

- Chey (8/5): great weekend stay - Great location for winery hopping. We stayed Fri night - Sun morning and used Grapemobile bike hire which is a 2min drive down the road. Really good location for dinner spots (food trucks, restaurants, taverns) and only an 8 minute drive into main HV. Door lock (from outside) details are provided on the day and are easy to follow (if you follow them) as well as on the door on arrival. Bed was comfy. Lots of parking. Very quite at night which is a bonus. I have recommended this place to my PIL's who will be staying shortly. We didnt use any streaming services but live TV worked well. The bathroom has been renovated so the shower area is updated but the cupboards are broken and there are cracks in the walls but this didnt take away from our w/e experience. Unable to lock our door from inside (didnt contact support as none required, just noting that we struggled with this)

Then the shower cabin in the bathroom is installed in such a way that when you take a bath, all the water goes out and the entire bathroom gets wet with water splashes. As we expected, there was no such comfort at all and I had a negative feeling about this hotel We were in this hotel and were very disappointed. Hopefully the hotel learns from that incident

- Gabriel (7/5): - Location; the terrace view is amazing. Aircon is far from the bed. You can’t adjust on your way. For the price, really miss one oven and kitchen facilities. The glass of the toilet is to small every time you have a shower, the floor gets really wet.

The beds were so comfy and the landscape was stunning!! Thanks so much It could potentially do with some cleaning in parts e.g. dusting, sweeping and like in the bathroom but otherwise it was beautiful stay

- David (3/5): The bed was comfortable and linen was clean. After 4hr the A/C cut off then not able to use. - There were no shelves to place unpacked clothing. Bedside tables could have had a drawer or shelf. There could have been shelving in the wardrobe. The placement of the TV on the wall was such that I hit my head as I walked around the end of the bed. The small couch in the walkway to bathroom is more of an obstruction. single chairs would be more appropriate. Towel rails in bathroom would be appropriate as towels could dry more easily than on a hook. Boiling the kettle on the top of the fridge which had an oval top was not appropriate.
- Judith (10/5): Highly recommended - We stayed for a wedding and found the hotel very convenient. We paid a little extra so we could sleep in the next day as we didnt have any need to rush home. The accommodation was spacious, clean and very quiet and the lady at reception was very helpful even though she was obviously very busy. The price was very fair compared to other hotels/motels in the area and was even cheaper than the hotel recommended for the guests attending the wedding. We will stay again if ever there is a need to stop off in the area Nothing

Unsafe. - To whoever it may concern, I had been booked for a wedding function in the hunter valley on the 13th of March I promptly organised overnight accomodation at your venue, confirmation being received on 23rd and payment taken out of my account a few days prior to my stay along with more confirmation messages. My account was debited for the amount of $316 on 10/3/26 with my confirmation details, room number and access code supplied. On the date of my booking I arrived at your venue and as I attempted to enter my code and unload my luggage I was met with shouts of “someone’s in here!!” I was confused and checked that I had the correct room number which I did. There was no concierge or staff on site. The phone number provided didn’t answer the multiple times I tried it. It was dark and I was alone and there was some strangers in my room. I contacted my mother who after several attempts of me trying to call someone, she was finally able to make contact to one of your staff members - a person clearly off shore. When advised of the situation he had no solution and no information and merely told her (my mother) that he would have to get back to me. She clearly stressed the seriousness of the situation and that it was a security threat to me that my room was occupied by strangers he merely continued with the “ we’ll get back to you “ line. My mother told him that he needed to make contact with me on the asap. When I hadn’t heard from him after 10 minutes I rang the same number and reiterated my concerns and demands. I felt unsafe and vulnerable, very exposed with no solution other than to sit in my locked car. When eventually another officer shore person who apparently had some authority got back to me I included my mother in this call. The staff member (MELODY) was completely off hand, rude, disrespectful and patronising. Along with that she kept saying that they were trying to find out what had happened and wouldn’t commit to a solution until that was done.

- William (9/5): - Very handy for wineries. There's even a back gate into the Bimbadgen winery. Clean and compact room. Our unit was at the back looking on a number of containers and sheds used by the maintenance staff. Not very pretty.

- Denise (8/5): Very quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed watching the rabbits and birds late afternoon haha. - The proximity of the property was perfect to do day trips in the area. Nice stroll to Bimbadgen Winery for the beautiful views and pizza on Friday afternoon !!!! We would have liked a few more utensils in the kitchen. For instance, a sharp knife would have come in handy. But the bed was very comfortable and the lounge area spacious. Would return for sure
- Diana (9/5): Lovely one night stay for a Hunter Valley wedding . - Well equipped, lovely view of dam and rolling hills from the lounge room . Spacious and quiet .
- Stacy (7/5): - Self contained and easy check in Power restrictions made it unenjoyable as the aircon was set to an automatic timer and turned off constantly through the night. We were unaware of this and it made night time uncomfortable in the middle of summer. Fridge was very noisy and had to be unplugged.
- Trish (6/5): Basic, not boutique - The hotel is in a quiet , rural location. It’s clean and comfortable with basic amenities . The towels were nice and thick There are no windows in the room, only the sliding door into the room, so needed aircon to cool the air. Unfortunately the aircon switches off after 4 hours so needs to be reset in the middle of the night
- Sean (6/5): Close and perfectly fine to stay for a weekend but quite dated and needs some TLC to the amenities - Close to wineries Had a lot of defects. No remote but the tv was on when we arrived. Lucky we caught reception before they left at 6pm to get a new one. Damage to carpet, stains on chairs, the front board of the kitchen was coming off

- Sharon (10/5): Over all we had great stay and if or when we return to the Hunter Valley will definitely stay here. - Location was excellent for what we where there for.Bed was very comfortable and the room meet or needs I think you could either have BBQ's on the back verandah or frying pan in each unit.I also didn't like that when we arrived there was dirty ash tray on the table outside.
