• Mathilda (7/5): - Chambre très bien, staff très sympa et disponible. Beaucoup de bruit dans la nuit, on entendait les chambres à coté. Aussi, beaucoup de lumière dû à une fenêtre qui donne sur le couloir.

The bridge that connect from the main building to my room, it was crickety (wooden floor) and did not feel solid. The table was a tad small for working. It was not as soundproven as I thought it would be

Room does not have lighting well it is very dim could have had a good proper light, also room is very very small for single occupancy could have made a little bigger one to keep stuff like luggage and other things

• Phil (9/5): Excellent staff and location - Really enjoyed my stay at Whiz Hotel in Cikini. The location is fantastic, the staff are all lovely and the prices are really good value for money. Special ahout-out to Tri from the Facilities team for his help with my motorbike!!

• Ratna (8/5): Very good - The location's perfect, the staff were helpful. One of the bathrooms in the connecting room has no door or anything to prevent the floor from getting wet after shower.

• Sally (5/5): Passable - The hotel is in a great location, its opposite some nice cafes and restaurants, near the national monument and museam and a train station. The staff are friendly. The page on booking.com says that pick up from the airport was included if you stay 3 or more nights - it isn't, and they didn't answer my emails before I arrived trying to sort this out. They don't pick up from the airport. It also said breakfast is included, it's not. This is false advertising. The breakfast isn't great - it's just two cereals and some bread and watermelon - for 50,000 rupiah you can get a better breakfast elsewhere. The rooms are pretty basic but you get what you pay for.

• Arinovianti (6/5): Decent hotel, nice location - The location is good. We could walk around and enjoy the day just in the area with lots to do and see. The room smells really bad. I think its the sewer that poorly managed so the smells seeps into the room. I try to mask the smell with perfume, and it only work for an hour tops, after that the smells is back. At night the smells seems worsen, and I can't sleep well. I have told the reception that they should try to use eco enzyme for the sewer to eliminate the stench. I hope they can manage this problem, because over all the hotel is nicely located, decent size, good shower, clean enough. Maybe on the room corner there's some moldy wallpaper, but the price is cheap so I can look the other way for this.
