The location was excellent as it was a block away from the beach and Rambla and walking distance to the the Main Street with lots of shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was also safe to walk around at night.

• Veronica (10/5): - I spent two weeks at 27 Suites Apart Hotel and I highly recommend the place. First of all, the staff is outstanding. They are very friendly and always ready to respond to any request. The rooms are spacious and with a well equiped kitchenette. The neighborhood has lenty of super markets and places to buy already made food to buy and eat in the room, saving a lot of money. The hotel is one block from the Rambla, an ideal place to walk or run every day. Public transportation is abundant to go to any place in the city. I cannot think of a better place to stay while in Montevideo

• Maíra (10/5): Bom custo-benefício - O hotel fica em uma localização excelente, entre Pocitos e Punta Carretas. Bairro super seguro; não tivemos nenhum problema em transitar pelas ruas, mesmo durante a noite. Além disso, fica a poucos metros da praia.

Possui louça compatível com esse número de pessoas, cafeteira, torradeira, etc, utilizamos no café da manhã. Achamos o hotel bem localizado, com alguma procura sempre encontrávamos vaga para estacionar, há ótimas opções de refeições em uma pequena caminhada. As camas eram boas, assim como o aparelho de ar condicionado e a TV. No entanto alguns itens do quarto e do banheiro estão desgastados, então pode não agradar gostos mais exigentes. Pela praticidade e custo benefício eu retornaria.

• Hilary (8/5): - It is value for money. It is by the beach. However the decor is a little dated and shower gel and conditioner needed topping up. Previous rubbish needed removing.
• Pamela (8/5): - It is very convenient as it is situated in an area where we could walk to several restaurants and even though offsite parking was sometimes difficult we always managed to find street parking not too far away. The people working there were always very nice and helpful. The room had a nice comfortable bed and the room size was perfect for our stay. It has a microwave, toaster, a kettle and a fridge.

• Molly (8/5): Mas o menos - It was...fine? No stand-out problems; the room was just pretty musty when we got in, and there looked to be quite a bit of mold on the ceiling, and the shower didn't drain well. But for the price, it was pretty good.
• Karin (10/5): - We loved this place! So close to the beach and we enjoyed the city view terrace! Staff was friendly and helped us research and book our next stay in Punta del Este. The other hotel guests also seemed kind and helpful and were clearly regulars when they visited Montevideo. The kitchen area was appropriately stocked for us to use. When we returned to Montevideo and stayed in another area of the city, we remarked regularly that we missed "the old place". Highly recommend!

• Max (4/5): Not super, but close to the beach - The room had a very weird and bad smell throughout our stay (the whole floor did). The service was mostly in Spanish and not super friendly. They gave us two keys, but later when we had issues with the key they explained that only one of the keys work, so not great for a group of three, as one of us came in alone with a key that didn't work. Location was nice if you want to go to the beach.
• Maria (10/5): - Suites 27 is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Montevideo. The Hotel is located near Pocitos Beach and Punta Carretas shopping mall. It’s very easy to take local buses, especially de 116, which will take you to the Old City (Ciudad Vieja) and Teatro Solís. The staff very friendly and helpful when asking for directions or places to visit. The room was big and had a small kitchen equipped with plates, mugs, utensils, toaster and kettle. There is a small convenience store just beside the hotel where you can get bread, fruits, milk, etc. You can walk to las Ramblas during the day and night.

The shower was awesome, plenty of hot water and a nice shower head. The front desk staff were always helpful (and daytimes, spoke English).

El mobiliario está en buen estado pero no es muy nuevo. Sin embargo, sí vas a conocer Montevideo y sólo necesitas dónde dormir, este es un muy buen lugar. El trato del personal es excelente, son muy amables. El precio es muy accesible considerando el tamaño de la habitación y la zona.

The service could be equal to a 5* hotel, kind and gentle and they can tell you all the secrets. The persons attending you can help with all your desires in the blink of an eye, what ever requirements you might need, mind to say that that rarely happens. • Verified traveler (4/5): Muy inferior a lo esperado. - No recomendable. No advierten en la página que durante cuarentena obligatoria no hacen limpieza de la habitación ni recogen la basura. Por el contrario, en la página indican limpieza diaria, sin especificar excepciones. Hay permanente olor a sanitario que proviene del baño, que se acentúa cuando tiran de la cisterna en otras plantas. Nada servicial una de las personas de la recepción, que ni tan siquiera se levantó para abrir la puerta al salir con todo el equipaje después de 8 días de estancia en su Aparthotel.

• IGOR (6/5): Reserva não condiz com a realidade - Fiz a reserva de um quarto superior, com vista para o mar, e constava na reserva e descrição a varanda. Ao chegar fomos informados que só teria no primeiro andar, o que já me desagradou logo de início. O quarto era péssimo, teto baixo e com pouca iluminação. Imediatamente fui a recepção e perguntei se teria outra unidade para um upgrade. Por fim tive que alterar para o 7º andar, pagando uma diferença de 40,00 dólares. O quarto novo era bem melhor, com varanda com vista para a cidade e mais arejado e iluminado. Só uma observação que o quarto não é novo, então encontramos algumas sujeiras nos cantos além de precisar de reforma em alguns pontos. Lamentável o inconveniente de a reserva não condizer com a realidade ao chegarmos. Me senti enganado. O que se salva é o atendimento simpático e prestativo do funcionário Martin, Não recomendo por isso, e não voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel.

O quarto tem um bom tamanho, o ar-condicionado funciona bem, há uma pequena copa com microondas, frigobar, tostadeira e cafeteira, há pratos, copos, xícarasa e talheres. A equipe é prestativa e simpática. Pelo que notamos há um problema recorrente nos boxes dos chuveiros (falo isso porque ocupamos dois quartos com o mesmo problema) onde vaza água por baixo da mureta e alaga o banho. Fora este detalhe, é uma boa opção no que se refere ao custo-benefício. O hotel não serve café da manhã, há diversas opções a poucos metros do hotel. O Wi-fi funciona bem tanto no quarto como na recepção. Lençois de boa qualidade e TV a cabo com vários canais.

• Roy (8/5): Good little hotel - First the Great: The reception employees, Gerardo, Nicolas and Nelson were the greatest, always helpful for whatever. They always had great recommendations. Very conveniently located in Pocitos. Many restaurants and convenience stores all around. I was sick two days and to my surprise the hotel paid for the doctor to come and see me. The rooms are nice, no problem about that, but sometimes a very bad smell creeps up from the drain trap in the bathroom and smells from cooking in other rooms penetrate as if no walls. The Bathrooms need maintenance urgently before it starts to decay.
