• Ahmad Faizoul (10/5): - The view of whole depok..amazing view at night from the 25th floor..the hotel is attached to a mall..lots of places to eat and very convinient. I dont like going up the lifts..25 floors is just not ny thing..thhe hotel lift was fine and no issues.

• Josias (7/5): Voldoende - Heel vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk eten. Hotelkamer en badkamer zijn wat klein voor 2 personen en niet zo efficiënt ingericht. Kamers aan zonzijde zijn erg warm. Dichtbij het hotel staat een moskee. Door de gebedsoproepen bij zonsopgang werd ik heel vroeg gewekt/ kon net meer in slaap komen.

• Mike & Ria Staton (6/5): Visiting family tour - The location is great, and having a Mail next door is very handy, some great restaurants and take outs to go to. The staff are amazing, very friendly and attentive. This is on me not the hotel, as not being used to the morning prayers, our first of 3 rooms was directly above the local mosque, and with no dble glazing the prayers were very loud. So we asked to stay in a quiet room, which was no bother, had family over, tv going, so a busy day inside the room, when everyone left and we went to bed 11.30pm, the noise started again, this time a service lift clanging and banging, rang reception and they very kindly moved us to to executive suit, but just a bit further frim the mosque, my turn to suck it up, the room is great, and actually don't hear to much outside noise.

• CahyadiPakeh (6/5): Another Visit - Been here last year for an event. But this time I also stayed in the room. Meeting room carpet need to be vacuumed , my nose was quite itchy. I was impressed with Albi the front office who assisted me quickly for a room change as I preferred non smoking one. My room was clean and faced to main street of Margonda. Menu at Buka Puasa and Sahur were good and tasty.
• Restri (7/5): Overall, for the price, the 4 nights stay was decent, though there were a few inconveniences. - • Strategic location: Easy access to Depok Mall and many nearby restaurants. • Comfortable bed & pillows: The bed was cozy, and the pillows were especially comfortable. • TV with international channels: Nice entertainment options in the room. • Daily housekeeping & water refill: The room was cleaned every day, and housekeeping refilled our water supply daily. • Baby cot provided: A helpful addition for families traveling with a baby. • Large safety box: Big enough to store a laptop. • Friendly staff & helpful security: Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. • Good breakfast selection: Plenty of variety in the breakfast buffet. Although more of local choice and a little of western choices. • Bathroom issues: There was a strong sewage smell, and the sink was too low, making it uncomfortable to use (especially for taller guests like us at 170cm and 180cm). • No fridge in the room: Would have been useful for storing drinks, baby food and breastmilk. • Limited power outlets: Only available on one side of the bed. • Disappointing pool: We were excited that there was a pool, but it was small and didn’t look very clean.

• NanohanA_HasaN (10/5): Excellent breakfast! - When I arrived at the Santika Hotel, I was surprised because there was no lobby or usual parking area typically found in hotels. I entered through the lift area. Nearby, I saw a few coffee shops, a Family Mart, and the entrance to Depok Mall. I went up to the third floor to check in. The counter was simple but nice and clean, located next to the café for breakfast. It turns out that floors 5 to 24 are service apartments, while the hotel occupies the 25th to 27th floors. My room was on the 27th floor. It was very clean and suitable for one or two people. All amenities were available except for a hair dryer. The mineral water was provided in refillable glass bottles, which I appreciated for being very sustainable. The view from the 27th floor was impressive. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Most importantly, I must highlight that the breakfast was delicious! After staying here for five days, I always looked forward to it!

• Agusmian (4/5): I could not get good sleep during my business trip to Depok. - The breakfast and location are good. The hotel room is dirty, especially the toilet. The window is not noise-proof, so it is very difficult to get good sleep because you can hear the noise from the road. The airco got broken during the midnight of my first night, so I could not sleep well. However, after I reported to the receptionist, the hotel staff member took prompt action to repair it.

We stayed there in 2 different times and in different rooms deluxe or superior, we found that the bathroom/toilet was a bit smelly, so it might need some maintenance in the sewerage and deep cleaning thoroughly, we inform the front desk about it when we checked out,
• Judhi (5/5): Sorry but it was not that enjoyable - Friendly staffs, always ready to help. Breakfast is included and plenty of varieties. Direct access to DMall. Close walking access to nearby mosque for Jumaat prayer. Lobby is located at 3rd floor and there's only 2.elevators. Rooms and elevators sometimes smell foul odour, especially at night. Note that the hotel rooms are situated on floor 25, 26, 27 of an old apartment buildings. There's a nearby wet market area with pile of trash which probably causing the smell. Parking is very limited as it is shared with the mall's paling. But you can get free parking by registering your e-money/toll card.

• Jr (9/5): Best hotel breakfast in Depok - Amazing buffet breakfast and a great location. The sound insulation seems ok between rooms but outside noise (traffic, train etc) can still be heard. Not to the point you can't sleep but it can be noticeable.

I was very excited with the hospitality and kindness of the employees, since we arrived, park, walking through the lobby everyone was very nice and polite. shoutout to ms nadia she is very kind, helpful and have a lovely smile. we felt very welcome with her hospitality. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to stay at Depok. and don't wanna missing the food because its really really good, i love Indonesian food. Nice
