JEFFERY (9/5): Great clean hotel - It’s very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, the view of the harbor was nice. The staff was friendly. Getting in and out of the parking lots was a bit odd depending on which direction you’re coming from.
Jiři (7/5): Dobrý hotel na špatném místě. - Hotel jsme vybrali jako základnu pro jednodenní výlety autem. Z tohoto pohledu ubytování vyhovovalo. Pokoj byl solidní, postele pohodlné, i když šířka 140 cm byla spíše na obtíž. Snídaně byly velmi dobré, s velkým výběrem a kvalitními surovinami. Parkování bez problému. Čisto a klid. Bylo by dobré pokoje lépe udržovat. Voda tekla slabě, umyvadlo špatně odtékalo, záchod občas protékal a klimatizace fungovala na heslo, které nám nechtěli prozradit. Umístění hotelu je nešťastné, jít z hotelu někam pěšky je nepříjemné.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There was an excellent shower. It was quiet. The breakfast buffet was first class, so much choice, all fresh and delicious, good range of products for vegetarians. We would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room and free cold water. The air conditioning wasn’t on and the room was warm at night.

Diego (9/5): Esperienza veramente da 4 stelle e SPA eccezionale - - Spazi: l'hotel è elegante senza eccessi, ha ampi spazi comuni e tavoli comodi per la colazione. - Pulizia: impeccabile per gli spazi comuni e per le camere, anche per la moquette dei corridoi, spesso un punto dolente. - Posizione: estremamente comoda per chi viaggia ma esteticamente non il massimo (zona commerciale con parcheggi/capannoni), tuttavia la vista mare dai piani alti non ostruita da altri edifici è una poesia. - SPA: delle giuste dimensioni, moderna, funzionante, pulita, con accessi regolati in modo che non ci siano mai più di alcune persone: mai viste più di otto persone ed è capitato più di una volta di averla completamente a disposizione. - Camera: non enorme ma con spazi ben distribuiti, vista meravigliosa dalla stanza e doccia enorme praticamente a picco sul mare, la più bella mai vista! - Siria della reception è il fiore occhiello della struttura: incredibilmente professionale, cortese e pronta ad accogliere ogni richiesta con il sorriso e la massima disponibilità; ci ha permesso di visionare e scegliere una camera tra quelle disponibili Isolamento acustico: buono nei confronti dell'esterno, meno buono per l'interno, qualcuno che alza la voce nelle camere di fronte si sente. Ragazzi della colazione un po' distratti, spesso difficili da trovare o da richiamare perché persi in chiacchiere, qualche mancanza di attenzione ai prodotti finiti da rimpiazzare; una ragazza della SPA che continuava a lasciare la porta d'accesso aperta, che ho dovuto chiudere personalmente due volte; anche nella SPA qualche distrazione di troppo (es. bicchieri per tisane finiti poi rintracciati in un armadietto); peccati comunque perdonabili che non influenzano la recensione globale ma che diventano suggerimenti per il futuro.

Ivana (8/5): Dobar! - Soba prostrana i uredna. Veliki krevet. U sobi se nalazi mini hladnjak, sef, sušilo za kosu. Dobar doručak uključen u cijenu. Parkiralište je prostrano i besplatno pod video nadzorom. Do centra Ancone 10-15 min autom. Na recepciji su nam ponudili karticu za podzemnu garažu u centru grada s kojom smo imali 3 sata besplatnog parkirališta. Garaža Stamira. Ljubazno osoblje. Nema kuhalo za čaj/kavu.

Kathrin (9/5): Einwenig außerhalb der Stadt, aber mit allem Comfort. - DasHotel lag etwas außerhalb der Stadt und an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Wir hatten aber ein Zimmer im 8. Stock und seitlich. So war es nach bei geöffnetem Fenster doch recht ruhig. Das Zimmer hatte ausreichend Platz für zwei große Reistaschen und war sehr sauber. Kostenloser Parkplatz vom Hotel direkt davor. Das war super. DasFrühstück war ausreichend und wir bekamen auf Bestellung auch ein Spiegelei und einen Cappuccino. Toll war auch der Parkhausgutschein (3 Stunden) für ein zentrales Parkhaus in der Mitte Anconas.

Giuse970 (8/5): GOOD CHOICE - I servizi della spa e la camera da letto (in primis proprio il letto) erano TOP Mancava finestra in bagno ed aereatore. Il frigo offriva solo acqua ed il bar dell'albergo non era aperto in ora tarda.

Gert (8/5): Business oriented hotel offering superb wellness and sea views - Spa was super. Also great that there was a late night time slot available (22-24). Outer room walls were glass only. So laying on your bed you nearly had the impression to be at sea. Spacious bathroom and shower, and fancy vanity table. Breakfast staff was friendly. The bathroom also had a glass-only outer wall. But to our surprise there was no curtain. So unsure of the outside visibility,, we kept the lights out in the evening. Automated curtain closure in the bedroom was all or nothing. A partial closure would have been nice (granting some privacy but also still retaining some view). Even with the windows closed, the outside traffic could still be somewhat heard. The sea view from the bed is impressive, but standing up you can also see some less idyllic urban elements like the parking lot, a supermarket, the coastal road and a railway. Restaurant wasn't open during our stay (only from Monday to Thursday).

Buona la SPA, anche se si poteva attendere qualcosa di meglio Niente di particolare, forse l’unica pecca è che non si può passeggiare sul lungomare e che in pratica bisogna muoversi con l’auto.

antonelli (8/5): Già detto tutto OK - La colazione è uno dei punti forti:ampia scelta e prodotti di qualità oltre quelli standard sempre presenti e uguali in altri alberghi.per esempio i salumi sono da affettare così da valutare la qualità del prodotto ,le uova sono preparate espresse a richiesta del cliente che può scegliere la preparazione .Tutto è superiore alla media e il servizio accurato .Alla reception personale capace e disponibile a informazioni per aiutare il cliente . Vista sul mare magnifica. Qualche problema per l'accesso dalla nazionale e per immettersi in uscita dall'albergo.Il comignolo di un bar sottostante emette fumi fastidiosi che invadono l'area antistante l'entrata.

devidzz (10/5): Una bella scoperta - La MySuite è molto bella, con ambienti ben distribuiti e la possibilità di godersi il soggiorno con tutte le comodità. Bellissima la vista dalla camera e la possibilità di sedersi all'esterno sulla terrazza per godersi il mare. La colazione anche ci è piaciuta in particolar modo, ambiente elegante e ben organizzato con tantissima varietà di alimenti. La temperatura della vasca idromassaggio nella SPA e degli ambienti in generale per noi non era adeguata. Abbiamo preferito risalire in camera per il freddo. La vasca idromassaggio aveva una temperatura più simile a una piscina di nuoto che a un idromassaggio, che invece dovrebbe stare sui 38/40 gradi. Consigliamo alla direzione di rammentare ai frequentatori giornalieri della SPA di mantenere un tono di voce adeguato.
