La douche dans la salle de bain était cassée : le pommeau ne tenait plus et il était impossible d’utiliser le pommeau uniquement, pas pratique quand on ne veut pas se laver les cheveux !

• aimee (8/5): - Restaurant and staff were fantastic, breakfast was good. location was reasonably central but private enough that there was no road noise - however there is no soundproofing between rooms We had a room that opened directly into the pool which was a pretty neat feature. Beds were quite hard but comfortable and clean. Wifi is average Very bad water pressure, no hand towels and only one small bath mat which also had to be used at the pool door as no mat is supplied to stop water getting everywhere when getting out of the pool. No drying rack and the only towel hook in the room is in the shower cubicle

J - Amazing location, conveniently close to many attractions and just a short distance from the beach. The restaurant has a stunning view, the food is authentically delicious, and the pricing is very affordable. Definitely one of the highlights of the stay Had to request a replacement towel several times but still never got it. There was also sand on the bed on the first day of check-in. I also didn’t like that the mineral water was placed in the toilet.

We had an infestation of terminates in the wood. We told the property and they just came and sweeped it away so it returned almost immediately.

• Omar (9/5): Great value stay in a perfect location, with friendly staff and good facilities for the price. - Stayed at this hotel in Canggu, Bali and here’s my feedback: The hotel has two pools, which is a really nice plus, and the overall vibe is great. The location is perfect , you’re surrounded by everything you need, which makes it very convenient. The staff are very kind, friendly, and always trying their best to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast is okay ,not a huge variety, and I personally couldn’t find things like cheese, but you can see they put effort into it and try not to let anything feel missing. For the price, it’s honestly very affordable and offers great value. It’s hard to complain considering what you get. Overall, a very good stay and highly recommended if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place in a top location.

• Adekoyejo (8/5): Pleasant - The pools were amazing, and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, the spa staff were als quite pleasant and actively seemed to take pride in their job. The floor outside the rooms is tilled and as a result every time someone moved their suitcases along you heard the clacking of the wheels on the tiled floor, not great when people are checking in and out at all hours. This also happened when the housekeeping staff were moving their trolley from room to room. Based on what I saw, there was quite a young clientele so perhaps some effort to organise a social or two would be a good addition, the bar upstairs didn’t seem to get much use which I thought was a shame.

As non Balinese is a great experience especially they have rooftop so you can spend the Nyepi day to see stars and enjoy the wave sound from the beach and also the perfect silence. Only wave sound. I was ill when I came but they took care of me well and made sure to check up on me daily! Breakfast on rooftop was stunning as well with a good variety of local food. Room was clean and had a little balcony. I was also celebrating mine and my friend's joint birthday and they happily provided a cake for free!

The location is perfect — just a short walk to Echo Beach, great cafés, and restaurants, but still quiet enough to relax and unwind. The rooms are clean, modern, and really comfortable, with strong air conditioning and good Wi-Fi. Everything felt well thought out and well maintained. The staff were one of the highlights of the stay: super friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. We could possibly imagine where the facilities lacked in Sam avenues in comparison to resorts and more expensive accommodation. The people in the hospitality of all the staff were overly friendly and most welcoming they went to the upmost to make you feel comfortable in your stay and have a lovely time. I would totally and absolutely suggest that you think of echo Beach free next time that you are booking as the staff are absolutely amazing they will help you in anyway and the facilities are acceptable and accommodating The hot hot water wasn’t that hot. That’s the only thing I can really say but I absolutely love hot bath too so maybe I am a little bit hard to please.

Как то раз в 5 утра, кто то стал читать намаз, видимо из гостей. Я проснулся и мысленно присоединился к молитве, духовно насытился, и не спал до завтрака,

Nice breakfast and very chilled dining area. Spent ages in the pool and often ate meals and snacks there. Great for socialing with the other guests there. Hardly any storage in room so we didn't unpack our cases. Soon got used to it though and was easy when packing to leave! Room service was great for anything you needed but just a little slow.

Every visit reinforces why I keep coming back. The staff are always incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and consistently well maintained. I’ve stayed in many hotels across Bali, and this has easily been the best overall experience I’ve had so far. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Also close to Pererenan area. Good atmosphere, good service, just a little noisy as my room was with the city/road view, amenities need improvement to add a hotel slippers would be great.
