Terrible service to me, kicked me out the same day when I wanted a simple room change, because the room was not clean, and there were bed bugs, cigarette butts, and burns. Not mention a smell I could recognize.

But as I ended up finding out that the day shift desk clerk is even known by local Murfreesboro police as a local nuisance but has not broken the law yet that they know of. Just don't stay there unless there are no other rooms on the block, and there are probably ten on that strip. Good luck.

• Caia (2/5): - Booked a room last minute as Bonnaroo was cancelled due to weather conditions. Room smelled horribly of smoke and the window didn't even open to air it out. Burn hole on top of comforter. If I'd had another option in the area I would have chosen it.

However, when we walked into our room, the floor was caked in dust, the AC smelled sour and has a moldy filter, the bed sheets had human hair sprinkled around each layer, pillow and sheets had stains, and the bathroom was the worst. The toilet seat had a brown stain on it as well as the wall, one can deduce what the brown stain is. Obviously this room has not been cleaned, not even a little. To top everything off, when we flicked the lights on in the bathroom, there was two roaches nibbling at the brown stains. With a casual swipe with toilet paper, these stains came right off. This room was absolutely disgusting and no effort was put into maintaining or minimally cleaning it between guests. Would not recommend this motel 6.

I was out all day, and only in the room to sleep and shower. Internet connection hooked up easily enough but came up with only a couple bars and it said it was an unsecure connection. I use a VPN so that didn't really bother me.
