As I stayed for 5 nights overall I can happily say the hotel is well run, clean and comfortable and the food good. All of the staff are so courteous . I have special mentions of thanks to the breakfast staff for yummy eggs. To Hiare ot reception who went the extra mile helping with my bags. And my huge thanks to Gayatn at the Sports Bar. She is a beautiful person. Never once did she not make eye contact with me and greet me with her big smile and gentle chat. She needs a pay rise and a promotion..!! Thank you to all the team. I will be pleased to be home but you all helped at a particularly difficult time for travellers.

We stayed from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM because we had a 16-hour layover, and it was the perfect place to rest and freshen up. The hotel is very neat and cleanāfrom the lobby to the rooms. Everything smells fresh and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. Itās very close to the airport, just about 5 minutes away from Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2. There is also a covered walkway going to the airport, so you donāt have to worry about the rain or heat. Itās extremely convenient, especially for travelers with long layovers, early flights, or late arrivals. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and very convenient place to stay near the airport.

- Compass09105949443 (8/5): Tune Hotel KLIA2 / KLIA1 Review No-Frills and Practical - Tune Hotel KLIA2/KLIA1 is a straightforward, no-frills airport hotel that does exactly what itās meant to do: provide a convenient place to rest before or after a flight. The hotel has lifts, making it easy to move around with luggage, and airport-style luggage trolleys are available, which is helpful when travelling with multiple bags. While not many guests tend to arrive at the same time, the reception can still be busy due to the hotelās popularity with travellers, so expect a wait of more than 10 minutes at peak times. As the hotel is almost an hourās drive from Kuala Lumpur, there is a likelihood that guests may arrive with a full bladder; however, the hotelās common-use toilets are located on the far side near the restaurant, not close to the reception or front desk. A helpful improvement would be clearer and more visible signage to direct guests to these toilets. The room is a bit tight, similar to Japanese business hotels, but still practical for a short stay. There is a desk with a chair and charging outlets available, and fortunately the power points are universal, accommodating Australian, US, and other international plugs without the need for adapters. The room also has a TV with basic local terrestrial channels as well as Bloomberg. The bathroom basin is a decent size, but there is no glass or cup provided for rinsing. Amenities are very basic and include a fixed overhead shower, towels, two complimentary water bottles, and a hairdryer. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided, and there is no kettle, fridge, cups, or slippers. Guests should come prepared or purchase these amenities at the reception for an additional fee. The hotel also hands out free coffee vouchers with an expiry date, so itās best to use them promptly. The on-site restaurant can be relatively expensive for families, with meals typically ranging from around RM150 to RM200, but for a single diner, meals are more reasonably priced at approximately RM20 to RM48. Housekeeping deserves a special mention Wassim and others for being responsive and helpful when extra pillows and blankets were requested. The hotel shuttle bus is punctual and runs every two hours for trips to Terminal 1. The first shuttle departs at 5:00 am, followed by the next at 7:00 am. Itās best to check with the front desk for the most accurate schedule and to pre-book your seat in advance. Overall, this hotel is suitable if you just need a clean, functional place to sleep near the airport and donāt mind minimal facilities. Itās practical rather than comfortable, and ideal for short stays or early flights.

- irishguideagain (6/5): A typical airport hotel - Tune Hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from terminal 2. I stayed there twice, on arrival and on departure. The first time it took me quite a while to find it as it is not well signposted and thereās no official information desk (that I could find) in the airport, so you have to ask the security guys at the escalators and because the terminal is so huge, itās easy to go astray. But eventually - up a half floor escalator - thereās a sign for it and it leads you through a sort of tunnel straight to the door. So, second time was much easier. Check-in was painless, the room clean and comfortable. I didnāt eat here but was surprised that the bar closes at 23:00, given that people are coming and going round the clock, but maybe thatās a licensing law thing. Restaurant is not open round the clock either (breakfast from 04:00). Anyway, itās exactly what youād expect, a clean, modern, efficient airport hotel.

However, the cleanliness of the room needs improvements. The floor is always so sticky that i cringe everytime i think about it. And disposable room slippers are available at rm8/pair. Please do something about the floors. Make sure all the rooms are clean up to a certain standard that is better than the current one.

They have roti canai which I think is rare or maybe I just haven't been to a hotel with roti canai. I was told their specialty drink is masala tea. It was recommended to me by a staff named Sofi. I've tasted masala tea elsewhere and I didn't enjoy it but the masala tea here tastes great. The taste of the herbs are not too strong. And it has a milky taste. They also serve teh tarik, which I got to taste as well. Overall I enjoyed my breakfast.

The only thing lacking was that there was no kettle or coffee/tea facilities provided in my room. Aside from that, everything was excellent.
- mornitad (6/5): Convenient Stay but Room Hygiene Needs Improvement - I stayed at Tune Hotel KLIA recently and there were a few things I genuinely appreciated. The location is excellentāvery near the airport and extremely convenient for transit stays. The room was surprisingly spacious for two people, and the environment was quiet enough for a good rest. However, the downside affected the comfort of my stay. There were ants in the bathroom and on the side table, and I even felt itchy while sleeping, which makes me suspect that the mattress might also have been affected. This definitely impacted the overall experience. Given the mix of positives and issues, I would rate my stay 2.5 out of 5.
