• Pioc (7/5): - Le petit-déjeuner était généreux en quantité (buffet), mais pas du tout le plus quali que nous ayons testé sur nos 6 jours de randonnée. Le prix nous a paru un peu élevé comparé à la qualité de la prestation. En dehors de cela il n’y a rien à signaler.

• Thomas (4/5): Vermutlich nie wieder - Die Lage ist für Bergsportler sehr gut gelegen. Von da aus hat man ganz viele Möglichkeiten für MSL und alpines Klettern. Die Aufklärung, Beratung und Hilfestellung zur neuen Zufahrtregelung bei den Zinnen war sehr hilfreich. Reagieren nicht auf Telefone sowie alle E-Mails die nicht direkt über Booking laufen. Begründung: Sonst bräuchte es mehr Personal und man kann bei Booking ja alles selber machen... Ausser Taxen bezahlen, dies scheint dann nicht über Booking laufen zu können. Die Linke Hand scheint hier nicht zu wissen, was die rechte Hand macht: Geben zuerst an, dass sie bei der Frühstückzeit unflexibel sind und stellen dafür ein mickriges "Paket" zusammen. Für eine andere Gruppe stand dann das Frühstück trotzdem 45min früher bereit. Wir setzten uns dazu. Dafür wurde ohne Ankündigung das Paket (Apfel, 5dl Wasser, 2 Zwieback, 3Konfi) mit 10 Euro verrechnet. Der Kunde muss sich hier ganz klar an das Hotel anpassen und nicht das Hotel ist Kundenorientiert.

• Szymon (6/5): - Piekna lokalizacja w lesie pośrodku doliny w Dolomitach, całkiem blisko Cortiny i drogi prowadzącej do Tre Cime. Śniadanie było bardzo podstawowe, do tego nie bardzo smaczne. Pokój bardzo prosty, troche spartański. Dojazd drogą gruntową, przy czym zjazd z aslaftu wymaga podsypania jakimś kamieniem, mogę sobie wyobrazić, że niższe samochody mogą zawadzić elementami podwozia.

• VINCENT (10/5): Je suis très satisfait des 2 nuits passées dans cet hôtel - Le cadre dans lequel se situe l'hôtel. Informer les clients que l'hôtel est fermé durant telle ou telle période et que l'hôtel répondra à vos questions à partir de telle date. Impossible de joindre l'hôtel avant juin.

• Sophie (5/5): Goeie locatie maar voor de rest viel dit tegen. - Dit hotel valt wat tegen. Enkel de locatie was goed, dichtbij Tre Cime. Het personeel mocht wat vriendelijker. Het eten mocht ook wat beter. Voor een 3-sterrenhotel viel dit tegen. We hebben er ook andere gedaan in de Dolomieten die veel beter scoren!

• Evgeny (8/5): Beautiful location with friendly staff, but comfort and value could be improved - The location is absolutely amazing – right in the forest with fresh mountain air, and very close to all the main Dolomites attractions. The hotel has a cozy, welcoming feeling and there is plenty of parking available, which made things very convenient. The staff were excellent and really friendly, always ready to help. Breakfast was decent, not outstanding but still good enough to start the day. The beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable, and unfortunately the whole family had back pain after sleeping. The optional dinner in the restaurant costs €25 per adult (half price for children), which felt expensive considering that for around €75 you can have an excellent lunch in a dedicated restaurant nearby. In general, the whole region is beautiful but very expensive, so the value for money here isn’t the best. Compared to other nearby hotels, Croda Rossa is similar to Grand Hotel Misurina in terms of facilities, while Hotel Sorapiss stood out with a much better restaurant and breakfast.
• Kah Wai (1/5): Aggressive Staff - Location The receptionist lady who checked us was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were checking in for 11 rooms, and instead of assisting us properly, she raised her voice at me, complaining that because I hadn’t checked in online, she now had to “do all the work.” When I politely asked her to speak more respectfully, she shouted again, accusing me of not listening. My friend witnessed the entire exchange, yet the receptionist later lied to my Italian friend, claiming that I had been the one who was rude. This was by far the worst check-in experience I’ve ever had. She was aggressive, unwilling to do her job, and clearly did not want to assist guests. Later that day, another member of our group also told me he experienced the same rude behavior from her when he asked for help.

• Bianca (9/5): Preis Leistung für ein 3 Sterne Hotel in dieser Region ist in Ordnung. - Das Hotel befindet sich in wunderschöner Lage mit Blick zu den Dolomiten. Es verfügt über einen Garten, in dem man sich nach einer anstrengenden Wanderung erholen kann. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben alles getan um mir als Gast den perfekten Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Das Abendbuffet und das Frühstück waren völlig ausreichend und hatten alles was man brauchte. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man benötigt. Das Fenster hatte keinen Vorhang, allerdings war der Blick sowieso in die Berge und ich habe den Sonnenuntergang genossen.

• Antoni (6/5): Una estada decepcionant en tot allò referent a menjars en un hotel molt ben ubicat. - L'entorn és molt bonic. El personal de recepció era molt agradable. L'habitació era correcta encara que una mica freda. Tot allò relacionat amb el menjar. A l'arribada t'ofereixen un bufet obert per sopar que acaba tenint molt poques opcions i de molt poca qualitat. Pel mateix preu d'aquest bufet (25 euros) hem sopat en restaurants o pizzeries servits a taula i amb molt millor producte. L'esmorzar en la mateixa línia. Pernil dolç de baixa qualitat i formatge de plàstic. De fruita pomes verdes i el cafè tipus americà sense cap sabor (no sé com poden servir aquest cafè a Itàlia). Poc personal per reposar el producte i sempre amb cara d'enfadats.

• Ignacio (9/5): - El edificio pertenece a la Institución de Educación Religiosa, y se nota que es antiguo y austero aunque cuenta con un moderno ascensor. Tiene amplias zonas comunes, ideales para socializar. Está situada en un lugar precioso, muy cerca del lago Misurina y de las Tres Cimas de Lavaredo. Nosotros nos despistamos con la reserva de plaza necesaria para subir en coche o en bus a las Tres Cimas, y el personal, muy amablemente, nos dio alternativas para subir andando, lo que a la larga creo que fue más agradable, dada la masificación que hay arriba.

• Filip (7/5): Ideal als uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Tre Cime. Mooi gelegen maar erg tegenvallende sfeer binnenin. - Prima locatie, kortbij Tre Cime. ideaal als uitvalsbasis. Mooi gebouw aan de buitenkant, schilderachtig en superrustig gelegen. Maar eens binnen, valt de sfeer danig tegen. Het hotel heeft eerder allures van een jeugdherberg, zeer karig meubilair, weinig comfortabele bedden, ongezellige ontbijtruimte en dito restaturant. Hoe leuk en pittoresk het van buitenaf lijkt, zo triest is het aan de binnenkant....

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location! Really close to cortina and tre cime. The room is nothing fancy but has all the essentials and is very clean. The parking is a bit tight has they only have a few official parking spots and you have to park among the trees. Breakfast was different breads/rolls, powdered cooked eggs, bacon pieces, pasteries, 2 cereals, yogurt coffee, and juice. To get to the hotel, there is a dirt road you pull into and then take the right road (not the one that goes down into the canal) to get to it for like a minute or 2.
