- Kanykei (5/5): - Overall, for a 2-star hotel, it is a reasonable option. In my view, the hotel needs to improve the English proficiency of its staff and the quality of the breakfast. During my stay, I noticed several issues, including problems with the door locks, a leaking bathroom, and even a spider in the room. Additionally, considering the price, the hotel is not particularly cheap, so a higher level of maintenance and service would be expected. Some areas for improvement include dirty curtains, the absence of dedicated shampoo, and the lack of basic kitchen utensils, even though the room is equipped with a sink and an oven. Overall, the hotel has potential, but several improvements are needed to better justify its price. I mentioned it above. Also, the staff was often absent to unlock the door at the entrance.

The room had a stove but there were not cooking tools to work with so it misrepresented somewhat what you can enjoy with your stay.

- DANIEL (10/5): Excelente opción. - Ofrecen un excelente servicio, siempre buscan ayudarte y cubrir tus necesidades. El desayuno es modesto pero suficiente. Nos quedamos en una habitación de dos recamaras, dos baños, cocina, comedor y una pequeña sala que incluía una hamaca, todo super bien. El personal muy amable y atento, sobretodo el muchacho que atiende en las noches, que en eseo horario se quda solo, pero resuelve cualquier inconveniente si se presentara y esta pendiete de los huspedes todod el tiempo. Por ultimo la zona inmejorable, tienes muy cerca el tren, plazas comerciales, restaurantes, mercado de artesanías, etc.

- Yesica (2/5): - Towels had nasty stains, the staff are extremely rude as if they hate working there, the bed had what appeared to mold in the frame, the blankets smelled weird, they say they have a breakfast in the morning but all we had were cold eggs and the smallest arepa in the world, horrible utensils our coffee was served in the smallest cups imaginable, when we asked for something they would acknowledge us and never come back to bring it and completely forgot. For what this hotel is charging it’s a real scam and you’re much better wasting your money in a different hotel.

- SUZANNE (10/5): - This a great hotel! We stayed for 18 days and I highly recommend it. The people are very friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable with nice quality sheets. This was the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. There were no stray hairs in corners, dust on top of the tv, etc. Really tidy. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy, but a nice selection and well cooked and well presented. The b-fast staff goes out of their way to make sure you have what you need. The mall is across the street and has some nice restaurants and shopping, including a huge grocery store. We cooked a few simple meals in our room on nights we didn’t feel like going out. There is another mall and shopping within walking distance. The cons: water pressure could be better. Crossing the busy street out front was an adventure each day but doable with patience. No seating on our terrace. Not a huge deal, we just carried the inside chairs outside. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and will return again!

Nos cambiaron a la habitación adecuada tan pronto les mencionamos esto. El desayuno que es "american style" es más fruta queso y pan, cuando comimos la fruta que una señorita acababa de servir se molesto porque tenía que traer más... éramos nosotros y otros tres huéspedes nada más en todo el desayuno. Nos ofrecieron huevos ya después, pero ya nos teníamos que ir. A pesar de todo es un lugar chevere para quedarse una noche.

- LUIS G (2/5): Nos fue bastante mal! - Nos fue mal! Si bien el personal es muy atento, la habiatacion tenia olor a humedad y encierro. Además, nunca colocaron la tetera y la cafetera! No había ningún implemento en el kitchen ( platos, vasos, copas, cubiertos). Para completar el último día, cortaron el agua a las 8 de la mañana por un mantenimiento que había sido informado que iniciaba a las 2pm! No tuvieron atención alguna por semejante inconveniente. La respuesta fue un “ mi jefe no me responde el teléfono” terrible!

- Juan Felipe (8/5): Hotel Para Dormir - Desafortunadamente nos encontramos con que la habitación 301 tiene humedad en la pared del respaldo de la cama y había varias telarañas que evidenciaban no se había limpiado bien. La chica de la limpieza corrigió las telarañas pero la humedad está ahí... Al margen de ese problema, el hotel está bien ubicado y internet funciona bien. Lo usamos únicamente para dormir y bañarnos / organizarnos para nuestros planes en la ciudad. Mi familia comentó que el desayuno no estaba bueno ni completo (p.ej. no tenían te). Creo un aspecto simple donde podrían mejorar mucho pues es la única instancia diferente a la habitación que tiene un hotel chico con sus huéspedes.

- Horacio (5/5): For one night emergency stay only - Location is good, but not exceptional. staff is kind but not the friendliest. Beds are way too uncomfortable. Mattresses are absolutely soft that they feel like a hammock. Pillows are also thin and soft, and all are identical so you cannot select anything suitable for your preference. breakfast pretends to be buffet, but selection is very limited; bread, eggs and coffee. some local fruits are available.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, from the reception at check-in to the breakfast staff to the housekeeping. All experiences were very positive. The hotel itself has competition in the area that is about the same price and a bit higher quality. The bed is showing its age and wear. The rain shower leaked heavily out of the sides of the shower head. And the "suite" feature with a mini-kitchen had no equipment -- no cups, not even a glass.

The staff, especially the reception staff, is very friendly. Rooms and spacious and well equipped. Breakfast is quite basic but OK. The place is quite clean. 4-5 days at this hotel are OK.

- pedroapinedaf (4/5): Fine for just one night - Located at the north of the city, around 60 mins from the Dorado Airport. Affordable hotel if you need to stay one night in this area that usually has more options but quite expensive. The night includes breakfast, and even in the most affordable rooms they include a small kitchen and microwave, so if you want you could cook your own meals.
