- Joanna (10/5): - Bardzo duży, wręcz ogromny apartament. Świetnie wyposażony. Mnóstwo dodatkowych udogodnień w hotelu: wellness, basen, mini siłownia, narciarnia itd. Szybkie zameldowanie w maszynie do self check in. Uwaga - trzeba mieć na uwadze że hotel znajduje się w innej lokalizacji niż recepcja i self check in. Wszystko było świetne. Jedyny problem to brak wyraźnie opisanego numeru pokoju na karcie hotelowej. Może to być nieco stresujące przy późnym self check in. Numer apartamentu został przesłany w jednej z wiadomości Booking, ale gdy się tego nie doczyta (wiadomości hotel przesyła sporo, może to umknąć), trzeba się pobawić w rozwikłanie długiego kodu numerycznego widocznego na karcie hotelowej ;)

- Jürgen (8/5): - Der Aufenthaltsraum war schön groß und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Online Brötchenservice funktioniert einwandfrei und die Backwaren war klasse. Der Pool war schon recht kalt. Die textilfreie Sauna (im Nebenhaus) war im Keller und der Ruheraum ziemlich ungemütlich. Die Textilsauna wenig ruhig, da viele Kinder nicht verstehen was das Ziel eines Saunaganges ist.

- Catharina (9/5): Royaal comfortabel appartement net buiten het centrum met heerlijk uitzicht - Ruim appartement, lekkere bedden, groot balkon,lekkere wellness, comfortabel ingericht en prachtig uitzicht De badkamers zijn heel klein in verhouding tot de rest van het appartement. Ze zijn wel keurig en verzorgd, maar jammer dat ze die niet 50 cm breder hebben gemaakt. Dan was het perfect geweest.

- Claudius (8/5): Schöne geräumige Wohnung, ideal für Gruppen - Große Wohnung, gut aufgeteilt, 4 Zimmer mit eigenen Bädern. Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Küche war sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Filterkaffeemaschine, aber leider keine Filter. Wohnung recht abseits vom Zentrum und abends nur mit dem Taxi erreichbar.
- Holger (5/5): Sehr ärgerlich, für die nicht eingehaltenen Attribute der Wohnung viel zu teuer. - Größe der Wohnung und Ausstattung Hier die von booking akzeptierte Beschwerde: - Entfernung Skibus zum Haus: Angegeben waren 100m. Tatsächlich waren es ca 350m. Mit Kindern in Skischuhen mit Skiern und Stöcken ist das ein großer Unterschied! Das ist eine Vorspiegelung falscher Tatsachen! - Die Wohnung war viel zu warm geheizt. Leider auch die Schlafzimmer. Der Hausmeister wurde auf unsere mehrfache Nachfrage und Beschwerde mehrfach angekündigt. Ohne Rückmeldung! kam er dann nicht. Stattdessen ist er einmal in unserer Abwesenheit!!! ohne Absprache alleine in die Wohnung gegangen. Was für ein unglaublicher Vorgang!! Da die Wohnung bis zum letzten Tag viel zu warm war, mussten wir mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Um die gesamte Wohnung läuft direkt die Straße und/oder der Zufahrtsweg zur Tiefgarage. Durch den Lärm sind wir alle mehrfach pro Nacht geweckt worden. - Die Wohnung wurde als Erdgeschosswohnung angeboten. Das ist sie nicht. Wesentliche Elemente sind Souterrain! Insbesondere die Seite der Terrasse, zum Tageslicht hin. Das an sich ist schon unglaublich. Vorspiegelung falscher Tatsachen! Dazu kommt, dass die tiefliegende Wohnung über jedem Fenster große Balkone hat. Im Ergebnis ist sie sehr dunkel. Deshalb muss immer Licht angemacht werden. Jetzt kommt wieder zum Tragen, dass die Straße direkt an der Wohnung (1-2m) und der Zufahrtsweg zur Tiefgarage direkt an den Fenstern liegt. Jeder sieht durch die Gardinen Alles!! im Inneren der Wohnung. Deshalb muss man ständig die blickdichten Vorhänge schließen, um ein Mindestmaß an Privatsphäre zu haben. Das bedeutet aber: Ferien wie im Fensterlosen Keller! - Zu diesen Punkten haben wir mehrfach bei der Hotline angerufen und Nachrichten gesendet. Von Seiten der Hausvermietung kam kein Anruf! Für Montag, 29.12., wurde uns eine Nachricht, eigentlich ein Anruf, des Managements angekündigt. Nachdem wir wieder ohne weitere Nachricht angerufen haben, wurde uns seither ein Anruf versprochen.

- Natalja (6/5): Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, auch wenn es besser hätte sein können. - Die Lage ist ideal, sehr ruhig, mit problemlosen Parkmöglichkeiten, sehr sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Unzufrieden waren wir damit, dass es keinen Platz gab, um die Skikleidung nach dem Skifahren zu trocknen, dass es keinen Handtuchtrockner gab und dass es in den Apartments sehr heiß war.

- Karin (7/5): Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert! - Das Appartement hat eine Super Lage. Es war für ein Paar mit Hund ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus war auch sehr schön. Es gab einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Terrasse, was auch sehr praktisch war. Der Wellness Bereich war absolut fantastisch! Wir waren komplett alleine am Abend und konnten den Tag schön ausklingen lassen. Es war schade, dass es keine Handseife gab und wir extra welche kaufen mussten. Es gab nur zwei eingeschweißte Tütchen mit duschgel. Außerdem lief die Bodenheizung die ganze Zeit und wir konnten diese nicht bedienen am Kästchen. Es war ziemlich heiß im Zimmer, weshalb wir fast die ganze Zeit die Fenster offen hatten, was im Erdgeschoss etwas unpraktisch ist für die Nacht. Die Tür zum Appartement war etwas hellhörig, sodass man schon um 7:00 den Lärm auf dem Flur gehört hat.

- Mireia Liébana (9/5): - The location is great, the bus stop is close to the apartment and you can reach Sölden in less than 10 min, but you can also walk to the cable car, it is a really beautiful walk. The apartment has all the stuff you need for a pleasant holiday. The stay was really good but the only thing to improve would be the use of soap dispensers instead of small doses.
- dr. thorsten (10/5): - Perfekt ausgestattete und tolle Ferienwohnung mit einem tollen Ausblick. Wir hatten ein Upgrade bekommen (vielen Dank!). Die Wohnung war groß und wirklich sehr schön. Die Terrasse ebenfalls. Der Ausblick grandios. Der Wellnessbereich hatte alles was man braucht. War gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben ihn jeden Tag genutzt Sehr netter Service an der Rezeption bei Problemen. Auch dafür ein Kompliment. Würde ich die Unterkunft Freunden empfehlen? Sofort! Werde ich wiederkommen? Unbedingt im nächsten Herbst!

- AVIGDOR (9/5): - הנוף מטורף. חדרים נקיים וכוללים הכל....מרחק של 27 דק הליכה ממרכז העיירה. בריכה חמודה וקטנה. הקבלה נמצאת במרכז העיר ולא במלון עצמו. לשומרי שבת הכל עם חיישנים כולל הדלת כניסה לחדר. קבלה רחוקה.
- Anja (5/5): - Saubere Unterkunft, zuvorkommender und freundlicher Reinigungsservice! Schöne Sauna. Sölden ist gut erreichbar. Leider sehr hellhörig im Haus. Keine Möglichkeit, direkt mit jemandem zu kommunizieren, da keine Rezeption und kein Mitarbeiter vor Ort (außer bei aktiver Brandmeldeanlage …3x in einer Woche). Einfach zu laut, wenig erholsam in den Morgen- und Abendstunden.

Each room had its own bathroom, I would have loved a tub in on e of the rooms, since smaller kids don't like showers. The beds were very comfortable and enough pillows and blankets for all. I also liked the location, its excluded from the main area of the town and a few minute walk to a waterfall Didn't realize that there are 4 apartment per floor, some neighbors were bothered by our kids noise.

- Bjorn (8/5): Active, fun and enjoyable vacation. - Beautifull location. We missed the view of the mountains a bit, we stayed in Saphir Top 1 where we saw against a concrete wall. A few extra things in the appartement like a wash rack to hang up towls outside, maybe a broom the clean out a bit sometimes would be nice. And a table and chairs outside to eat outside would be a plus to. For the rest we really enjoyed the appartement.

Bit of a pain thet reception was in town centre and appartment was on the outskirts which meant checking in was a car ride away, however very well served bus service every 10 mins

- Peter (4/5): Don't stay there - they are hostile. - The apartment was a good size, nice with 3 bedrooms. Pretty clean and a nice modern bathroom. Staff is not friendly, absolutely no customer service, Talk rude to you. It is like they don't want you in the hotel and can't wait for you to leave.

Location not perfect but easy free public transport - Very clean and easy to access, a little bit out of town so it was quiet, sauna and pool were great and used a lot by the kids and teenagers Key pick up was in town so we had to go out of our way and turn back to go to the hotel. Apartment hotel was not accessible by bus. 400 meter walk to the bus stop, coming home and walking up the hill to get to the hotel was difficult.

- Sean (9/5): Superb - In an amazing setting, it looks like a picture. Small pool that the kids liked. Room was large and nice. Supermarket in walking distance with cafe with coffee and other items. The kids had fun in the pool room. Washing service is 20 euro is pricey, as there is no else nearby. no A/C remote, even though the weather was a little hot. It is a little far from town, personally the bed I slept on was not comfortable.
- Ron (9/5): Superb - Amazing views in this quiet little village near Solden. Waking up there was like a dream. We had a huge apartment with a well equipped kitchen. For check in we needed to drive to nearby Solden to take the key, pool is small and cold. No washing machine (they offer an expensive laundry service instead)

- Lenka (8/5): Very good - The possiblity of orderning of bread was very nice unfortualntelly the bread was not very fresh and we had to call the reception where should we pick up. If the information was in the email confirmation, would be better. There was no housekeeping, for a couple days stay it would be better if someone at least picked up garbage or if there was an instruction where to put it. Also, it would be nice if in sauna there was extra clean towels.
- Martin (2/5): Does not live up to the expectations! Flies all over, very hot apartment, no bar, no playground. - The view was good. No bar at the place as promised. No playground as promised. False advertising!! Floor heating was running at full power and could not be turned off, so it was very very hot the first 2 nights. Very small refrigerator to keep food for 8 people. The apartment is placed 20 meters from a cow shed, so there was flies all over the place, inside and outside. Disgusting! We got one electronic fly killer and it only took out 10 flies in 6 days. There were hundreds flying around! You need to pay Ekstra for clean towels. Buy your own toilet paper and by your own soap to was hands after toilet visit. So not so much a HOTEL apartment… Be aware that dogs are allowed at the place and they bark at 4 o’clock in the morning. There is no reception at Casa Saphir. It is only in Solden. 2 out of 3 keycards did not work, so we could not enter the apartment for 2 hours, until the right keycard arrived.

- Zorica (1/5): Please avoid the property and do not get fooled! - Unfortunately nothing. At the site is written that this accommodation is less than 500 meters from the center but when we arrived at the address that was in our reservation they gave us another address where is our apartment and it was 2 kilometers from the center. The heating wasn't working properly so it was cold in the apartment and we waited for 2 days for someone to fix it. They are offering bread service to apartment so we ordered bread via them but we didn't get it. Nobody was there from the staff during our whole stay. The worst thing is that they charged our credit card without permission for no reason even though we paid on check in our full stay, cleaning service, and accommodation tax. We are traveling a lot and we never had this experience where somebody can use our credit card for no reason, this is unacceptable!!! Definitely, we don't recommend this accommodation to anyone!

- Ilinca (8/5): Very good - everything looked like the photos. the apartment was very clean and comfortable it was a bit far from the city centre; the garage wasn t high enough ( if you have a suv, you can park only outside); they had a really nice service with fresh bread, but unfortunately they decided to deliver it, in a wood box, outside…. so the bread has cooled and hardened
