Guest Reviews
- Rafik (8/5): Nice, clean room and freindly staff - The room was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly. However, the breakfast could be better.
- Nelli (4/5): - Wasn’t bad stay, close pretty much to everything. A rooms in all the hotel is very limited in space. Our sheets never changed in our 8 nights sleep. Stuff is very nice though.
- Ergun (4/5): - Rooms terrible. Breakfast terrible
- Diep (10/5): - Location close to beach
Lots of food near by. Clean n staff friendly.
Breakfast options are the best we had out of the 5 hotels we stayed at in Vietnam.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Thong Nguyen - The hotel is old and the room has lots of dented and the tv is ancient, can even watch youtube. The room that I booked is classified as partial ocean view but all I see was the other hotels. This place is definitely not disabled friendly. The only thing I like about this hotel was the people are so nice and friendly. I give the service 100% and the hotel is at 30%.
- Alan (10/5): - I only stayed 1 night, but the staff was so friendly and the location is great! I also enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. Great value for the service and location!
- Rafael (8/5): - Good location!
The room hás a good space, 2 bothes of water every day, towel, amenities, frigobar…
Small Pool in the rooftop.
Bad:
My room had a bad smell!
2 days the room cleaner didnt put some body soap.
- Adi (10/5): - The staff were amazing. The room was good for the money. A bit noisy, but not too bed.
- David (10/5): - Location is a short walk from the beach and enough choices of restaurants and nightlife. Size of the room was all I needed. I didn’t come to Vietnam to hang out there. All the attractions around Da Nang are a short taxi or my favorite the grab motorbike taxi. Most of the places I’ve been staying in need washcloths. I would definitely stay here again.
- TAKAHIRO (10/5): - 水圧がストレスだが、宿泊費を省みれば満足できる。
あとはエレベーターが遅い
- Verified traveler (6/5): Basic hotel. Good for a short stay. - Basic hotel, good wifi, comfortable bed, basic breakfast, lots of hot water & good water pressure.
- SEOKGYO (10/5): 후기 - 친구 3명에서 각 침대 하나씩 사용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다.
객실도 청결하고 화장실도 청결하고 만족했습니다
- TeddieJo (10/5): - We liked our stay here. Staff is attentive, room was nice. Close by stores
- Piyush (10/5): - We good property
- Hien (10/5): - Excellent overall
- Elizabeth (6/5): - Basic budget hotel but in a good location. Walkable to beach, restaurants.
Bathroom was smelly unless fan was on.
Helpful staff.
- Marissa (10/5): - Lovely staff, always welcome you and help you with anything. Nice up to date rooms, close to the beach and restaurants. Rooftop was beautiful and breakfast was great
- Paul (10/5): - A very comfortable room in a good location between the beach and river. Excellent staff. Definitely recommended.
- Robert (10/5): - I can't say a bad thing about the place or the staff. It's the type of place you feel bad leaving. The rooftop pool at night is amazing and just a home vibe, I found most people I talked to had been going there for years and for a reason
- Robert (10/5): - Great place, I loved the staff. It has an amazing rooftop pool with a great view. The staff are all fantastic, they made my stay amazing I kept coming back. I highly recommend, perfect for families and people just traveling. I highly recommend it
- Kelsey (10/5): Great stay - We really enjoyed our time here. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location with just a short walk to the beach.
- Sutharsan (8/5): Great hotel for family trip with kids - We were family with 3 young children visiting Da Nang for 1st time. Booked this hotel as it has roof top pool and it is located closw to beach and shops.
Definetly recommend this place - and it deserves more than 4* marking
- Tran (8/5): - Tạm ổn, tuy nhiên trang thiết bị nhà tắm bị hỏng vòi sen và đèn nhà tắm bị cháy hơi tối.
- Lynson (10/5): Amazing Gem - Great experience thanks to the wonderful staff! The restaurant crew (Anna, Snow, Van and crew) always put me in a great mood. Chilli, Daisy and the ladies at reception are extremely helpful with anything I could ask for. Definitely coming back
- Sovannazioem (10/5): Best Stay In Vietnam! - This place definitely deserves all the stars there are out there! From the moment we stepped out of the taxi to the moment we left, every single employee treated us with care and respect. The price is such a deal and all the amenities included makes it well worth it. Breakfast was delicious. Anna was so so sweet and always greeted us with a smile and pleasant conversations every morning when we seen her at breakfast. Lucy was awesome at assisting us with getting tickets to Ba Na Hills and also arranging a ride for us there and back, eliminating the stress on us. We highly recommend this place to everybody with no hesitation.
- Lee (10/5): - Приятный, чистый номер. Хорошее расположение отеля. Обслуживание, как всегда, на высоте. Спасибо
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Wifi too slow , we cant even watch movie and read news when we stay there
- Verified traveler (10/5): week in Danang - The rooftop pool and view were superb. The hours open were also great (early morning until 10 PM). I would recommend turning off flashing lights in pool at night, to make it more functional.
On my arrival, I was upgraded free of charge to a room with two windows, on an upper floor, with partial ocean view, which was really really nice. The economy room that I had chosen had no windows, although that is not evident when booking, as it has curtains despite no window. Breakfast is fantastically improved compared to 4 years ago when I last visited. Good variety of both Asian and western food, hot food, fresh cooked eggs.
- Francesca (10/5): Stay! Staff are AMAZING - Amazing staff! Couldn't help you more. Very comfortable rooms and great shower. Sleek inside hotel, not on outside. Didn't use the pool or breakfast but looked good. We stayed on 11th floor so no traffic noise. Couldn't fault the hotel!
- Tony (8/5): - It was a good location. Staff where friendly and helpful
- BRIAN (8/5): - Enjoyed my stay at Kingsfinger Good location and friendly staff Some confusion when checking out at house keeping claimed i had taken items from Fridge etc which I simply i never did, I did not pay for them nor should I as it was not my fault. But it did leave me feeling uncomfortable
- Virginia genie (10/5): - Super friendly staff,very helpful.
- Non (10/5): - Good location, unexpected feeling, good staff all reception and pool bar, especially a smile from all reception. My group travel with elderly and small children fell very comfortable and impressed,
Will come back again surely
- Mohamed Ikbar (10/5): Kings treatment at king's finger hotel. - I stayed at the new wing .The hotel rooms were very clean. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Even though there isn't any halal food nearby , but I enjoyed the stay at the hotel. It was a good choice. Location was also good, the Han"s market and the Big C was not far from the hotel. You can even walk to the beach .
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel at reasonable price - Hotel was lovely, room was big and we had a great view from the 11th floor. The staff at reception and the restaurant where all polite and friendly enough. Pool area has great views of the city and beach. We are at their restaurant one night and ordered steak and they were both awful. One was not edible but when mentioned to the staff they arranged for a new one to be made without issues. We didn't eat at the restraurant again so unsure what other food was like. Location is also great as it is in the centre of everything.
- Verified traveler (6/5): You get what you pay - Walls are thin. You can hear whoever is speaking outside. It's seriously annoying especially in the morning when others wake up early and conveniently wake u up early too because they were talking outside while waiting for the lift.
Room is without window that can be opened,no view and when you open the curtain, it's a fake scenery ie. just a wallpaper.
Pls do not get conned by the pictures of the swimming pool.
Nevertheless, the ladies at the reception are very friendly and helpful.Kudos to them for their good job!
- Mingi (10/5): - Hotel staff service are very good!!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Don't Bother - This was my least favourite hotel in Vietnam. Staff were unfriendly at check in - no welcome drinks/fruit provided unlike every other hotel we stayed at in Vietnam.
Room had a distinct smell and wasn't too clean - it also did not have a window! In all of our time in Vietnam (21 days), my partner and I did not get any insect bites yet we woke up in the middle of the night with around 15 bites to our legs. We have a feeling this may have been bed bugs although we did not actually see any so can't confirm this.
Rooftop bar and pool were wonderful with great views of the city! The location is good if you want to spend time on the beach - not ideal if you want to spend time in the city.
Breakfast was awful, everything had a plastic like texture and was totally bland - also the worst I've experienced in Asia. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to friends out family.
- Ernest (10/5): Da Bang the pearl - Great location
- Robert (8/5): - Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooftop pool is amazing, but functionally somewhat limited. The area is a little far from the main activities in Danang.
- Mem (10/5): Nice hotel with amazing staff - Great hotel near the beach. If you're looking to be near the town then this probably isn't ideal. It's only 3-4 km walk each way, so it's doable if you want. The hotel was amazing. The staff were very attentive and did everything possible to make it an enjoyable trip. Only downsides were that there was only one lift for the whole luxury side, the hot water ran our within minutes and the breakfast didn't really cater for vegetarians. Despite this, it was a great hotel.
- rita (10/5): Helpful staffs and close to the beach - All hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They greet me every time when we meet on the hall way, in the dinninf room, at the reception counter, and etc. Jessie is a lovely and kind person, shs always come over to say hello whenever she sees me, she gives valuable advise where to visit, what to do, and so on. Jessie is another great reception list in the hotel. She is warm, gentle, thoughtful, and kindhearted person, I stored my luggage at hotel after checkout, and went on visit the city. At time return, I was completely wet due to raining weather. Jessie offered me a space to change clothing and dry my hair . Thanks a lot for all the help from the staffs in this hotel who I might not remember to keep a note of their names, I definitely will stay in this hotel again when I visit Da Nang again in the future.
- av (2/5): Would never recommend this hotel - The best thing this place has going is it's location to the beach and it's local restaurants.
The staff had very little English. The entire hotel smells funny and our room smelled of damp. The breakfast isn't great either.
The pool was a joke. Dangerous slippy surfaces all over. I wouldn't feel safe having children there. Day 1-4 construction building site, drilling with dust flying all over the place. This also started at 7:30 and we could hear it in our bedroom 4 flora down.
I'd skip this place, spend a little more money and you will find something better.
- Caitlin (10/5): Great location! - Lots to do, pool was great! Service was wonderful!
- Leo (8/5): Swimming pool at 16 floor - It a nice hotel, but with a small reception, the room is not too big, and the breakfast is just OK. However, you will be impressed by the swimming pool at 16 floor, the mavelous view for day and night will make you feel it is the right choice to stay in this hotel. Yes, it also close to the beach, it take around 10mins, and you can go the beach.
- Verified traveler (10/5): 3rd time staying! - our 1st trip we were staying at this hotel since then this is our designated hotel whenever we goto Danang! Bear in mind this is a 3stars so do not expect 5stars service however you will get an excellent service on every dollar you paid! Their morning coffee quality has been improved, well done!
- Austin (8/5): Ok - Small hotel but clean and close to the beach. Breakfast is not so bad. Swimming pool on the top floor is small. Good view from the top of the hotel
- Beng (6/5): Horrible Breakfast, rooftop pools have nice views - Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Had breakfast one morning there the rest elsewhere. It's was horrible, cold food, poor quality food, not to mention dirty. The room was OK, but found bathroom was clean and spacious. The pools were nice.
- Cuong (8/5): Good for the price - Close to the beach and surrounding restaurant. Staff is ok. Breakfast is not that good
- andre (10/5): Great overall experience - The hotel was not too far from the beach given the price is so much cheaper compare to hotel on ocean drive. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We felt welcome since the moment we got to the hotel till check out.
- Henry (8/5): Nice Hotel Central in Da Nang. Priced competitivel - Pro: Rooms are clean. Bathroom does not have see through glass. Easy access to other Da Nang tourist attraction. Beautiful view from roof top. 2 pools on the roof top. One of the highest building with a pool at top.
Con: Single elevator to each floor. Takes forever for access. Breakfast was ok in general. The soup noodle can use some work.
- Alex (10/5): Rooftop Pool/Bar is awesome! - Glad qe ignored the complaints we read about Kings Finger before staying there. Very nice hotel for the price and the rooftop pool is great with amazing views of Danang. Location is walking distance to the beach with lots of nice restaurants around.
It is still under construction in parts, b7t we barely even noticed.
- Deborah (8/5): New hotel - The hotel was nice and had a great selection for breakfast. We didn't realize it was a new hotel still under construction. The room was very comfortable with great views of the city of Danang. The staff was very helpful and gave us great suggestion for a place to get dinner.
- bill w (10/5): Exceptional value - Staff was very attentive. .close proximity to beach
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I can't believe that I have 15mins shower to using hot water. It's really bad experience for me.
- Goo Kia (10/5): Good budget hotel with excellent service - The front service staff were excellent. Location is near the beach. While breakfast is average and can be better, the hotel is worth the price. Definitely will be back again.
- Ken (10/5): Awesome hotel - Late review here from my trip back in late March. My first time in Vietnam and first city to visit during my brief stay. Everything about this hotel was great including the location (close to the beach). Great value and nice hotel with no negative experiences. The staff there spoke English and was really helpful (even giving the taxi driver instructions to get my currency exchanged at a better rate and get me to the shopping malls). I didn't have a chance to use the beach (weather was a mix of cool, cloud and rain) and had too many things to see and do for the 3 days stay. I saw the small infinity rooftop pool but didn't use it either though I'm sure it would be nice on a hot day The city is fantastic and really modern. Hope to visit Danang again. Definitely recommend this hotel.
- Jessee (8/5): Friendly staffs - Room is big with confortable bed . Only fridge is not cold and sometimes aircon is not working well and glad later they fix the problem. Sometimes no hot water when shower too long . Breakfast not so good as they hardly change the menu and the food very fast finished as they won't top up. Stay here for 4 days .
Happy they granted us for late check out .
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good location and value for money - 2nd staying at King's Finger, friendly and helpful staff, definitely will stay again
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great Budget Hotel! - Over expectation! Never thought the price that we paid for such a wonderful hotel! just minutes to the beach and front desk staffs are fabulous! There are delicious around the hotel, personally we love the BBQ and milk tea
- Wing Ching (8/5): Highly recommend - Such cheap price with free breakfast, gym room and swimming pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the housekeeping staff and the construction site nearby made too much noise in the morning.
- Randy B (10/5): Close to the beach and lots of local restaurants - Got in late, the reception made you feel so welcomed. Everyday you had smiles and greetings from the amazing staff
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Polite staff, near the beach, decent free breakfast
- Garth (8/5): spectacular views, rooms smallish, good location. - Very spectacular views 16th floor, food good @ restaurant. Rooms on the smallish side, we had a family room, besides the 2 beds , could hardly swing a cat. Showers absolutely devine. Would stay here again
- Mary L (8/5): Good location between city and beach. - Very nice hotel with good access to sightseeing in Da Nang. Rooms a bit small but comfortable and clean. Decent buffet breakfast with Asian food as well as made to order omlets. Staff friendly and tried to be helpful. Rooftop pool and bar area enjoyable but very small. Walk to the beach from this hotel or a short can ride to town center.
- Michael (4/5): - It was generally mediocre. The price is far in excess of what you actually get. Also, the location is on the resort side of the river so anything interesting is a five dollar, one way cab ride away. Here's the fundamental problem with the room - the lights didn't work in that they wouldn't stay off.
They would flicker back on in the middle of the night which was beyond freaky especially when you are trying to sleep after a day of travelling.
- Josephine (8/5): Very friendly hotel - Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Love the rooftop there with a pool and nice view.. but the buttom of the pool is quite dirty and really need a wash! Foods and drinks are all with very fair price : )
- Bob (8/5): Wonderful Hotel. - Great hotel at a budget price. A bit quirky on the 16th floor but oh so wonderful views and ambience. Staff are very good and very helpful and friendly.
- L (6/5): Overpriced in comparison - Nice hotel but when you compare other hotels nearby you realize this one is overpriced. Pictures of the beautiful pool are very deceiving and the pool only has 2 chairs. The pool is also squished right beside the hotel restaurant and on the other side of the restaurant is the glass-walled gym. Then there was our taxi issue. The hotel negotiated on our behalf with their taxi drivers for 30 minutes. When we finally agreed on our itinerary and cost we set off only to have the driver change the hours and demand more money once we were in another city. Having a taxi driver yell at me and rip me off was not pleasant!
- Rodney (10/5): New hotel, great facilities, great value for mone - Great hotel. Rooftop pool, bar and gym. Weather was bad while we were there so we didn't get to use these facilities. Buffet breakfast was great, mostly asian style food but had an egg station and toast and cereal for those who like western style. Staff were lovely. Room good size and clean, we had a corner room that had a great view of the city lights at night and the bathroom has a view to the beach. Local style and seafood restaurants all within walking distance but not too much else, mostly a local type of area.
- Rodney (10/5): 5 min walk to the beach - Close to the beach, a 5 min walk, great position if that is the purpose of your stay.
- Douglas (6/5): good budget hotel close to beach - The check in was simple and all staff were there to accomodate.our room was a little noisy due to construction next door the first night, the hotel picked up our cab fare to airport as compensation so that was nice. The location is a short walk to the beach..and the rest is Vietnam. Land of cold soup and lousy food.
- Michael (8/5): Reasonably priced hotel close to the beach - Good location close to the beach and the city.
Staff is very friendly and provides outstanding service. Guests can choose and watch movies with surround sound for free in the movie theater located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Free rides to the beach and back provided by the hotel in the afternoon.
- justine (8/5): Great staff - I posted a wrong review as I confused this hotel with an other one. Finger was a great value for what we paid and got. The room was comfortable. We were not lucky with the first one and the smell.was really bad but I think it was just a defect with the toilet. They tried to clean it but it didnt change anything so we asked them to change our room the next day and accepted immediately. The staff is extremely responsive and polite. The breakfast was fine too. Great spot. The best is really the staff and comfort of the room.
- Rodney (10/5): Well worth the price, comfortable, convenient - The room was comfortable, however, showing wear and tear (it is extremely popular with local tourists). The breakfast can be improved, however adequate. Location-wise, very convenient with free afternoon trips to the beach, convenient local eateries and a straight road down to the Han riverside. For the price, extremely worth it.
- Maree (10/5): An affordable charming hotel, excellent service - This hotel is quite charming with beautiful painted murals in the restaurant and the gym.
The service was excellent, reception organised the taxi drivers and tours. The prices were all very reasonable. Taxi is only 5minutes to shopping centres and the dragon bride VD 50 000 to 80 000. Receptionist and doorman service was friendly and hassle free, a great bonus because we do not speak Vietnamese.
It is a 7minute walk to a nice swimming beach, otherwise there is a free jeep ride at 4pm which goes every 5minutes return trip. The location is great for plenty of eateries, massages, hair salons and local markets all less than 5minutes walk.
The pool is clean, refreshing and rather small, however it has glass walls with excellent views of Danang during the day, but at night it is most beautiful.
Finger hotel offers a lovely buffet breakfast with a cook for fresh omelette, scrambled or fried eggs, lunch and dinner. We often ate dinner at the pool restaurant because of the reasonable price and beautiful views.
It has a movie cinema with new release films, free of charge, this service operates about 7pm second nightly. Another bonus is free WiFi all areas of the hotel.
Finger hotel is charming and we have made many friends during our stay, however it is not a luxury hotel, if you expect luxury you will be disappointed.
- David (10/5): Best finger!! Lol - Finger hotel was great! The staff was always super helpful! They rent scooters on site and you can charge it to the room, so it was very convenient. Also the room on the 13 floor had awesome sea views and city views. It was closed enough to the beach and there are quite a few restaurants around. If in da nang we would stay there again.
- William (8/5): Worth the price - Last minute trip and first time to da Nang so booked because of cost and reviews. Close to beach. Staff was helpful and nice. Bed comfy. Small but we didn't mind only needed to sleep after spending the days of being outside
Breakfast ok. Pool good view but small, Only used to have morning coffee.
Cons. Random dirty walls and other places in hotel. Pool seemed dirty not that we were there for it.
Small so I can hear neighbors in hall but didn't bother us at night but again always tired.
For the price good deal. We are from US and new to Vietnam, never stayed in a 25.00 hotel in vm so can't compare. Would stay again if wanted cheap.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Danang holiday for 2. - We stayed at the Finger Hotel for 2 days in Danang. The hotel is on the beach side of the river so is suited for people who want to enjoy the beach. The hotel has a free transfer to the beach from 4pm to 6pm. It is not close to the other side of the river if you want more nightlife or food options. So it's either a taxi ride or hire a bike to get around.
The hotel itself is new and clean with a pool and bar at the top floor for a nice view. I would recommend this hotel if you just want to be close to the beach, else would probably stay closer to the other side of the river. However it is still a good, new and modern hotel so have no complaints.
- yoleen (10/5): - the staff are nice and friendly^^ the view of hotel is very beautiful
- shing wai (8/5): great location - good staff, very helpful. ***ivy
- John (6/5): - Staff friendly and a good place to stay.
- Susan (8/5): Small room for a family of 3 people. - Staff was very good and i love the swimming pool. The food was good.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This Hotel was very good for what you expect out of a 3 star hotel.
It was clean, relatively close to everything.
- David (8/5): Good value rough around the edges - Very good value for money. Rough around the edges but for the money it was still a bargain. Close to the beach with a free jeep to take you back and forth. Pretty good breakfast. Didn't use the pool but others were and it looked ok. Roof top area was again rough around the edges but still good value as we paid less than £20 per room per night with free breakfast and free cocktail which wasn't great but was a nice added bonus. There is an area in a side street entrance where you are asked to shower off any sand etc after a day on the beach before walking back through the hotel. Quite a good touch and a welcome addition after returning from the beach. Good value but would spend a bit more next time.
- William (10/5): Fabulous Hotel - Lovely hotel would definitely unreservedly recommend.
- Eleonore (4/5): Very disappointing - This is a new hotel but already now it has started to deteriorate: toilet roll holder was absent and the toilet seat loose. The airconditioning system is central and not controllable. Even the maintenance persons were not able to ensure I had a pleasant 24 degrees in the room; it was either ice cold or the room became hot because the aircon was turned off. Plus if somebody smokes in a neighbouring room, the smoke enters your room as well through this system.
The rooms are not for people with luggage; there was no space in my room to open my suitcase and no place foreseen to put it either.
This hotel is a favourite with loud Chinese and youngsters. Chinese children were running through the breakfast room and even climbing over chairs and tables of other people.
During my stay of a week, the bedlinen was never changed and a dirty bathrobe every time hung back. Tables were never cleaned and dusting a word they've never heard of.
Staff is incredibly nice as always in Vietnam, but unfortunately cannot make up for these more serious flaws.
- Riccardo (10/5): - My stay the finger hotel was a very good one. Everything was convenient and comfortable. The room was very clean and had a great view of Da Nang and the beach was a close walk away. All in all a great stay.
- chris (8/5): Nice and clean & cheap. - Stayed 1 night only but the room was clean & the mattress was the best for comfort.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - All good but TV didnt work properly which is usually no big deal but I hadn't seen TV for two weeks so was really looking forward to watching shows in English. I asked them to fix but they couldnt..Appart from that all good, staff were amazing, roof top bar and pool were great.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good little hotel - The hotel staff are a credit to the hotel- they are friendly and incredibly helpful.
The hotel is a little way from the center, but this makes it very peaceful. The beach is also only a short walk away.
The rooms themselves were well equipped- there was also a stunning view from the window. However the pillows on the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable.
Breakfast was fairly average, with little western choices (sadly in rather partial to my morning museli). But it had a wide variety of Vietnamese foods.
The biggest issue (although not a huge problem) was the size of Vietnamese tour groups offloaded everyday. They were loud (you could hear them in adjacent rooms) and pushy and took over everything when they were present.
moreover, the gym shown in the hotel description was not present. Considering this was the main reason we booked the hotel, this was very disappointing.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Danang get away - Great place, loved the pool and view and location near the beach. Internet was very slow which was a problem because decided to stay longer but not able to get online to make additional booking which I had hoped to do. That may have been related to internet in Danang as a whole, not just the hotel.
- Tak (8/5): Good stay - Pros: Comfortable rooms. Decent breakfast.
Cons: Need to worry about not getting over-charged for necessary goods like food, motorbikes, and laundry.
- Keith (8/5): Ongoing Building works - We stayed for 4 nights, the staff are great and the location is good. However, what we were not told was the structural modernisation works currently ongoing at the hotel. Our last night was terrible, work was ongoing for 24 hours and pretty much all day from 9 am onwards..... Please ensure these works are complete before you book.
- Dani (10/5): Great hotel! - Great hotel! Great location. Lovely staff.
Came here for a relax after an exhausting couple of weeks in Vietnam this was the perfect t place to relax and unwind!
- Liana (6/5): Finger - I had a small issue with booking situation that was eventually resolved. The room is nice and clean. The staff service is not as top notch as other hotels I've stayed at. Overall it was a good stay though.
- Joan (4/5): Not recommended - I would not recommend this hotel. We paid extra for the ocean view and all we got was 10% of ocean if we tried really hard to look for it. The hotel should remove this option from booking as it is misleading advertisement. The receptionist was unfriendly and not at all helpful.
- tim (8/5): - Nice hotel with friendly staff.
The only negative was we paid for and "ocean view" and there is no such thing from this hotel.
- Ray (10/5): Good location for beach and market. - Amazing staff who wrote Christmas cards by hand and did a lovely Christmas eve dinner and show for their guests. We were very impressed.
- Shem Kiong (10/5): Great Hotel and Nice Location - Wow ... very nice hotel and worth it during I stay here. The Hotel has 16th floor and have a very good view from the top floor (Gym/swimming pool/restaurant). The hotel is only 5 mins walk to the beautiful beach (and seafood is very good and reasonable price) , and < 10 mins to town by taxi. Overall is worth for $ to stay this hotel.
