- Sovannica (7/5): Quick and decent overnight stay - The shower was good, ac was cold and I like that they had floors instead of rugs As soon as we opened the door there was a roach crawling on the bed. There was another roach in the bath tub. They also didnt have a microwave in the room.

The rooms had litteral human feces on the toilet and pubes in toilet and shower changed rooms four times and had the same issue in every single room plus the connecting room guest has like 9 cats and 2 dogs that were scratching at the joining door all night it was horrible and they were beyond rude was promised a refund I never received I will never ever ever go to this location it is a health and safety hazard !!

They don't offer any breakfast, coffee etc. That also charge for late check ins, you only get 1 key. Room smelled like piss and smoke and it was a non smoking room. Staff inattentive - advised remote was missing and tv didnt wor't. Called and waited. Had to go to office about an hour later and that's when she called maintenance. Very ghetto/hood atmosphere. Smelled like weed every corner you turned. Sketchy residents. Also the mattress sucked. Very thin and felt every spring. Found baby roaches in the tub. THERE IS BLACK MOLD UNDER THE WHERE OF THE TUB!!!

I found a certain amount of hairs in the bathroom that were from previous tenants; stains on the shower curtains that looked like blood; and cockroachs visited the bathroom.

- Leonardo (8/5): After what i wrote, I'm scare to see that guy. - I mistakenly made a reservation at this hotel on December 22, 2025. Since the reservation was non-refundable, I kindly asked if they could move the date, and they finally agreed to change it to March 2 so I could celebrate my son’s birthday. Unfortunately, the young man who assisted me on the phone was very rude and intimidating. Because of that experience, when I arrived at the hotel I felt uncomfortable and asked my son to speak at the front desk for me. Despite that, the hotel itself met my expectations. It is centrally located, has an elevator, and for the price I paid it was worth it. There are just a few things that could improve the stay: better customer service, towels for two people (not one), better bathroom cleaning—I even had to kill some cockroaches—and an extra bar of soap would be helpful. Also, when I was sent to room 320 on the third floor, no one told me there was an elevator. As an older person with claustrophobia and luggage, I honestly felt like I was being sent there as a punishment. Overall, the location and price were good, but customer service and cleanliness could definitely improve. I want to repeat, hotel and conditions are good, the personal need love there privilege a litter more

- Tommy (3/5): horrible, would not go there again, every motel 6 ive attempted to check in resulted in problems. - i felt that all people that appeared to be of a lower income was ushered to the back side of the hotel. their was a clear difference in the cars as soon as the turn was made to the backside of the property. large dogs next door. motorcycles racing on the freeway all night. the staff was rude, it seemed it was being checked into jail more than a hotel.

Room smelled like smoke, there was 1 towel that didn't have blood stains. The bed and pillows all had blood stains. This is what I imagine druggies to live.in. It was disgusting, dirtiest hotel I've ever been in.
