• Enrique (2/5): Tolerable we tried to stay out as long as possible. - Plenty parking Neighbor I believe have a long stay, banging on pots and a dog that barks, hotel was not extremely clean, bed was not comfortable and the pillows need to be replaced. WiFi wasn’t provided to us.

• Bunny (5/5): For a quick trip, the price in LA and pet friendly, it did its job. - - Good location, only 10 minutes away from Disneyland Parks. - Lot of restaurants around. - No pet charge! Got to bring my doggy with me (house trained) and save money that otherwise would of gone to a doggy day care (around $300 for me). And my pet was happy for the trip. - Free parking. - Got to pay with cash. 37 cents got rounded up like a tip, but that's okay. - Fridge - Nice little sofa sitting area in the corner. - Good price for 3 nights. Around $450. For LA, two beds, free parking and pet friendly, that's great! - The 'free' wifi didn't work. - Room wasn't broomed or mopped when we got in. There was black hair on the sink and the floor, mostly in the bathroom, though. There was new soaps and all, but the hairs everywhere was off putting. But for the price, I hadn't expected much. - Beds were... beds. I brought my own pillow and blanket since I was traveling by car anyway. Still slept well since we were exhausted by the time we got back to the room.

• Marissa (2/5): - TV didn’t work. 8months pregnant gave me an upstairs bedroom when a bunch of bottom rooms were available. When coming back into the room super, late key didn’t work, had to go to front desk at almost midnight with a crying tired toddler. super inconvenient. Staff not friendly.

• Tanh (1/5): HOUSEKEEPER STOLE MY BELONGINGS! BEWARE! - No breakfast provided. Ok facility - Checked in 9:30pm 7/26/24 - 7/27/24 7:30am I Went out to attend meetings. Back to the room at 10:15pm, I found down the housekeeper stole my all belongings: 1 gray blazer, 1 black shirt, 1 peach color shirt, 1 blue jean, 1 bag of (toothpaste, toothbrush hairbrush, shaving cream), 4 apples, 1 pair of black sneakers. Manager called housekeeper but she denied it! Manager showed me the video tape of the day which it showed housekeeper went to the room and took out 3 bags. I believe my stolen belongings were in those 3 bags but manager said they were only soiled linens and towels inside the bags. Too bad the tape did not show what inside the bags. But the housekeeper was the only one who went inside the room! Manager did not want to solve this problem! I was so exhausted after a long day of conference meetings plus this stealing incident, so I went to bed with great disappointment! - 7/28/24 I checked out. The elderly Indian clerk who was inside the office, talking to me (who was outside the office) thru a small slot of a see thru glass window, asked me to write down my name and phone#. I wrote them down on a piece of paper and gave it to him. He said the office would contact me later and he did not give me a print out receipt at all! WHAT KIND OF CHECKOUT PROCEDURE IS THIS? I left in terrible disappointment and will never check in to any Motel 6 again! MOTEL 6 CORPORATE OFFICE SHOULD CONTACT ME TO SOLVE THIS STEALING PROBLEM!
• Jennifer (2/5): Mixed reviews - The hotel was accommodating to our time of arrival at 10pm. When I arrived with my family, there was a very angry woman out front. Check in was good with no problems. Once in our room, there was a commotion with the woman yelling. We were on the first floor and could hear who was on the second story when they moved around the room. The pillows were really uncomfortable and hard. The sheets were really thin with no thick blankets on the bed. I’m not sure if there was supposed to be, but there was no shampoo or conditioner available for use.

• Rosanna (2/5): horrible does not accomidate disabled - location dirty toilet hair in it floors were filthy my feet and socks were black after walking with no shoes for not even an hour when I was checking in, I had requested a disability access room and when I got to check in the person at the front desk put me upstairs when I asked why I was upstairs instead of down He said they didn’t have anything available I asked even with the reservation for disability room he pulled out a tablet and said u didn’t request downstairs (mind you this is my second time staying here and i didn’t request down stairs last time and i got a disability accessible room and he said well it’s 20 more if you want a downstairs Disability room because all i have is 2 bed rooms that is unfair and wrong

Read mixed reviews before booking here, overall my experience was really good! It was very clean which was my main concern. Although I didn’t spend most of my day at the motel because I was in Disney, the time I spent at night was really good. The room I got was pretty spacious. I would book again
• Marty (2/5): Id look elsewhere - Old school owner/manager in shorts and a sweater serving through bullet proof glass window with sketchy customers all around. Booked for 2 nights and left after 1. co-worker didn't even stay one night when he had booked 2. Don't stay here.

• joshuamF8671DN (2/5): STAY AWAY! - I wouldn’t let my dog stay here The room stunk of old cigarette The towels given to us had black hair through out ALL OF THEM We had to where shoes inside as the floor was greasy and slimy. As we were leaving there was dog or human faeces out the front of our room. The walls are thin meaning you can hear every noise, conversation and tv channel from the room next to you and above you. We also did not feel safe here with lots of shady individuals loitering around. This list goes on but I’m limited in what I can write. The place is absolutely disgusting and the staff simply don’t care. You are better off sleeping in your car.

• Naomi (8/5): It was a quick stay, just wish beds were more comfortable. - We checked in late, but it was a smooth and quick check in. The bed was very uncomfortable, too much specs of unknown fluff on bed and pillows, and towels could look more clean.

I didn’t realize they didn’t have a microwave or accidentally booked a smoking room, but that was my fault. The fridge looked in bad condition on the inside. No shampoo or conditioner was provided only soap. Towels were very small in size. The walls were dirty looking, but could have been from the smoke. The table had a messed up spot on the wood. The pictures of the rooms on the site didn't look anything like the room I had. I wish I would have taken pictures, but I just wanted to shower, sleep, get ready for the next day, and leave.

That would be worth it . I came to stay here with my little family . I checked in in the 24 of Dec . We need a night to relax after being at Disney land all day . When the person in the front office checked me in . He didn't seemed like he knew what he was doing. He took so long to check me in . I had booked this stay through booking.com they said it would be 92 dollars a night and kids were free . Nope wrong my husband got the bill from his credit card that they charged us 132 , meaning they charged us extra for the kids , like they were adults on the bill . Once we were in the hotel room the tv didn't work and there wifi was really slow . The sink got clogged on the first use . Beds are really hard. Nothing is like the picture they have posted. When I went to complain about the overcharge the same guy was there . You can't even understand his English and he didn't want to give me a refund . I would never stay here again . This honestly ruined my Christmas. P.s they don't offer free coffee. Some motel 6 offer free breakfast This place only talks to you through a window. This should be a sign to stay away from here .
• Henry (5/5): Such potential. However, they need to oversee the rooms after cleaning - The area felt safe, and you rarely see any other cutomer -Walls are thin. Heard the neighbors' tv, when they walk, and conversations. The rooms smell like they do not mop, clean curtains, or walls. The mattress was uncomfortable. It appeared to have not enough cushion in it and had a dent in the middle that hurt my back from laying down. Had to use my two pillows because they had two old flat pillows that were worn out.

However, my stay at this property was not pleasant and I would like to inform and prevent potential guest from booking this hotel for their stqy. Rather than to get into a lengthy story, let me just get to the point. Upon arriving to the property we noticed a group of individuals skateboarding on the property looking very suspicious which left us feeling uneasy. Let me just say that if I would have been able to find another hotel available at that moment, I would have. Now on to the check in experience. The front desk employee who took several minutes to help me and was very rude when he checked me in. I had questions about my stay and he just brushed me off handed me my key and walked away from the window and left me with unanswered questions. We then get to the room and it looks pretty clean until I noticed hand prints all over the headboards of the beds. Thankfully I always travel with disinfectant wipes and a can of lysol. Needless to say don't make the same mistake I did and spend a little more on a bigger name hotel. Save your money and skip on this location.

But this past weekend was bad i mistakenly click on the smoke room but I don’t smoke beside that the room was a dump, dirty smelly nasty, the person in the front desk came to wipe down supposedly to make me happy. so I ask front desk do you have other rooms and he said no ok but non smoking no ok what about if I pay more his like yes I have a 2 beds I said ok so we move to a clean room upgrade but still didn’t have shampoo just a tiny hand soap.

And fresh clean towels. Only thing was airconditioner wasn't working and yes I could of went and asked to be moved but the cleanliness of the hotel made my stay comfortable.I can now say that is what I expect staying at motel 6 and recommending this chain of Hotels.
