- Rezwan (9/5): - We were booked in for one night, but unfortunately my wife — who is 7+ months pregnant — suddenly became very unwell, and we had to rush out unexpectedly. Her illness caused some stains on the bed and carpet, but the hotel staff were incredibly understanding and compassionate throughout the whole situation. Not once did they complain or show any frustration when we notified them. Instead, they promptly offered fresh bed linens, and when we explained that we needed to leave immediately, they simply told us not to worry about anything and to leave the keys in the checkout box. Their concern felt genuine, and they wished us a safe journey home. My wife and I were truly touched by their warmth and kindness, and we would absolutely recommend this place to others. On top of that, the location is superb. Anyone planning to explore Jervis Bay could easily use this as a perfect base to explore the surrounding area.

Busy whilst we were there and parking was tight. We had to check out before 6.00am due to a local event and road closures this was not communicated to us before booking which also by the way inflated the room cost. Not best practise!!

- Julie (2/5): Worse stay ever - Location Noisy neighbours in No 7 up half the night, smoking outside our door, their 'guests' coming and going all hours, cars coming and going all hours, paper thin walls, staff were very attentive to the issue but still had the worst sleep, worst stay ever. I would have preferred to sleep in my car. I made the wrong choice of location on that night and wasted my money. Couldn't wait to get out in the morning. With quiet neighbours it would have been adequate but as it was it was a dreadful stay. I'm still tired from no sleep writing this review

- Chelsea (1/5): - The area is nice, I live in culburra beach and wanted a get away for the night I called in advanced regarding check in time and the lady told me they were 24 hours, I then got an email from a third party company saying they had a certain check in time, I than called them back to confirm as I had to check in late. The lady who I called to confirm that after the email, she was rudely asking why would it change, and those emails aren’t from us, yet it has your name on it? Ordered noodles from the vending machine on site, no forks to eat them with. 1 bar of soap for a 2 person room. We checked in late after work and slept in the next morning accidentally (only 6 minutes past 10), we got a bash on the door 3 times, once opened I got a very rude “all I can give is 5 minutes” no hello no nothing! We quickly got up and left and seen nobody on our way out, it was very very poor customer service and no hospitality whatsoever

- Bowering (7/5): Quick and easy for a quick stop on route. Perfectly ok for whatever needed it to be. - Easy to find I asked for a room upstairs and was told that would be arranged but it wasn’t. As we arrived after the reception was open we couldn’t change this. The room was fine, although too much light came through the windows to have a good nights sleep. No curtains or blinds on two of the windows didn’t help.

Our upstairs room was light & airy but moving suitcases up the stairs was a problem.

She was really helpful, in making us feel welcome and very accommodating. She made the rest our holiday a wonderful experience. Room was spacious and clean. 11 out of 10
