- Genevieve (8/5): Cozy relaxing but for the amount, it is a night to stay there and then having to be inconvenienced by not everything wor - That not everything worked in the room or was missing. I did not have a remote at all the first night so the TV I couldn't use the phone inside my room did not work at all. So if I had to call the front office, I had to use my own cell phone. This isn't the first time that this has happened at that location. This is actually the fourth time where the TV didn't work at all or they didn't have a remote. Everything else was decent.
- Chris (1/5): Worst trip to Reno ever horrible stay - The TV did not work. The staff was not helpful. There was drug activity in the parking lot. They do not have any TVs that work. Their beds are extremely uncomfortable. They have active drug users working at that location.

- Margaret (4/5): Fort Bragg Motel 6 was luxury compared to this one - pretty clean Toilet would not flush, when I asked for toilet to be fixed they gave us a plunger. Issue was not fixed. I had requested for a room not facing the freeway, she said I was too late (?) to request and put us in a room facing the freeway. Very noisy ... on top of that holes in the blackout curtain and people fixing or doing car work at 2am in the morning. Loud enough for us to hear it over the din of the freeway. I was so sleepy for lack of sleep, I almost fell asleep on the drive back to my home.

- J.M. Martin (1/5): I’d rather sleep in my car than in this place. - We didn’t eat breakfast there after finding cockroaches in our room. We checked out as soon as possible in the AM. Roaches were crawling out of the cracked, warped bathroom floor. The room barely fit the two beds. The furniture was beyond shabby. It was noisy all night, rundown, and the lobby stunk. Also parking lot did not feel safe.

- Sabrina M. (5/5): - It was a good location for my needs of driving through Nevada on my way to mid-California. The toilet was not working. The chain was not attached in the tank, so the handle didn't work. In order to flush the toilet, I would have to reach my hand into the tank and left up the plug to release the water from the tank. And if the handle didn't work, either the person cleaning didn't clean the toilet, or they knew it was broken and didn't do anything to fix it. Also, there was someone sleeping under the stairs when I went to leave.

- Gilbert (4/5): Disappointed... will not come back in this location. - Location and staff. The water from the shower comes out so the floor gets wet. This will damage the whole bathroom. Also, I requested for towels and the lobby said they ran out. All towels need to be washed.

Bathroom wasn't clean when we arrived, TV was hanging at an angle and detached from support, hole in sheet rock behind TV, remote wasnt working, toilet was leaking, and there was at least one cockroach living in the room. There was a gap under the front door big enough for small animals or insects to crawl in.

- peter (10/5): - Very clean and comfy. But...no place to hang coats or towels. That's my only concern. The staff were beyond accommodating. The grounds very clean and the rooms were great. Except for no place to hand stuff i loved it all.
