- Aaron (7/5): It was for a local event the following day, so I stayed the night prior for the event. - It was convenient to Downtown Merced and the freeway. There was not enough outlets to plug my Nintendo switch to the TV, so I was only able to watch TV which was fine.

I will not be returning to this hotel. - Location was great. restaurants around easy access to the freeway close to downtown. overall the location was great. The staff member who helped me was very friendly. The stairs closest to the room was takedown we weren't able to access the closer staircase which was inconvenient. The room was unsatisfactory. The AC unit didn't work it turned on off by itself cold too hot by itself. Not enough towels. But the biggest and worse issue I have where the roaches so many roaches. They were coming out from from underneath the bed on the walls in the bathroom and then meet the sink around the TV just walking around on the floor it was just terrible. And the comforter had cigarette Burns everywhere.

- Groves (5/5): - The staff with housekeeping we're very sweet women and hard workers other than that that's all that was likable Not like how front desk reception was very short and unwelcoming she wasn't too interested in finding the solution on help when it came to billing me for my stay and kind of defeats the whole reasoning of going through a third party like booking.com that was even with a representative talking to her over the phone so I was unable to stay and was stuck with nowhere to stay that night

Our door looked like it was kicked in cause the whole bottom half of the door didn't shut all the way and cold air came in. But it locked. And when I told the lady at the front desk tonight all she said was all of our doors are old. I was expecting money off or another room. But no I didn't even get a sorry or anything.
