- James (4/5): - The only thing I can say was the place was clean. And it had been freshly renovated. No refrigerator, no shampoo in the bathroom. I just happened to have a bottle with me. The receptionist needed to go to a class on proper customer service. Borderline rudeness when checking in with her street attitude.

- Cedric (1/5): Keep track of your expenses and don't book this HOTEL - The evening staff was ok. Nothing else, absolutely nothing. The bathroom water was cold. The overnight staff person, causcasion, either stole my debit card or misplaced it. I only went from the office to the room and could not find it AT ALL. The morning crew, the staff that released her, told me I was absolutely wrong, when they weren't even there. I went upstairs and tire the room up looking and it WAS NOF there. They got absolutely unprofessional with me, very ghetto. It was three against one and you want respect you give it. But she, after the Caucasian woman, got very defensive from the beginning. It seems as if a scheme is going on to be. They need to be investigated.. Then the third short round lady got involved talking about call the police. I said call whomever you want to call. How bout calling the financial crimes unit of the police dept. I am going corporate and after that if nothing happens I will take it a step further. I could but have access to my money without my card. I had to send money to another account in order to get money. My daughter loaned me the funds to book the stay until Sunday. The beds you could feel the springs. The pillows weren't even pillows. The microwave was filthy. We left there and went to another hotel for the same price or less, beautiful and the staff was absolutely a delight. The staff there need to be replaced or retrained. Most of the rooms are empty. There is such a negative aura there. I would NEVER recommend that place at 5701 Allentown Rd..

- Darryl (1/5): - I need a refund. The whole experience was horrible. The room was dirty with stains on the sheets, couldnt breathe do to all the smoke. The water from the faucet wasn't clear, it was brown. I didn't enjoy my stay I left early after a couple hours. It was a waste of time.

We just dealt with The and clean the room ourselves.. the next weekend we book a room it had finance coming through our door attacking us, smacking us crawling on us going in our food. We had to throw out our food away and we asked for bug spray. We asked if we changed your room. The front desk would not help them to retaliate they put me on the do not book list because I asked for a refund nicely
- Jira (4/5): - Check in process wasnt bad but it definitely went down hill soon after. Upon entering the room we noticed the front door wouldn’t close all the way like it had been kicked in previously, there were several burn spots on the covers and sheets , and the tub in the bathroom was dirty. When trying to get comfortable we noticed the “comforter” on the bed was just as thin as the sheets and we were forced to freeze all night as the heat was barely working because the ac/heat unit was falling apart. We were looking for the WiFi password and it wasn’t displayed anywhere, when trying to call the front desk we found out the phone doesn’t work. We were kept up by loud music and loud conversations all throughout the night and barely got any sleep and the worst part was being harassed by a random woman asking for $20 or my ID to get her a room. Do not waste your money here. Not worth it at all

- Frankie (2/5): The placebisva little bit of India in Camp Springs - This place has really changed since my stays there in the early 2000's. The family that rooms the place runs it enough to stay open. Onlybreason I stayed there was because my dogs were woth use pn this trip. This place is a real dump compared to the people that to run it when ItWas Clean. I believe the cleaning crew lives on property along with the owner who I know live there.

- Terrance (2/5): - I thought I was getting a deal with the price and proximity to Andrews, but nah, this spot is the projects. I felt like crimes are comitted here daily. I know for sure people are living out of their hotel rooms (why you just hanging out on the stairwell). Was pretty sure I saw a few prostitutes collecting their belongings and leaving. The room did not look as advertised (they are old and run down). I just didn't feel safe, so I didn't stay. Found another hotel that was close by, a tad more expensive, but a world of difference.

- Angela (1/5): Never - There wasn’t any breakfast bar and my daughter had worked on Andrew’s Base what had made it convenient for me to visit her. The staff was very disrespectful and rude and had to constantly ask for supplies for the rooms. I don’t smoke and I had asked for a nonsmoking room and I was told that I had to go to a smoking room, because I had a small Yokie dog. I won’t be staying at the hotel ever again.

- Marco (2/5): - This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. I’ve never had problems with the Motel 6 chain before, but this property should not be part of it! The first room they gave me was dirty, smelled bad, had mold, and even holes in the bedding. When I went to the front desk, they told me the hotel was sold out. Luckily, the housekeeping manager, Asha, overheard my complaint and helped me. She was very kind and professional — the only good part of my stay. Everything else was terrible.
