• Santiago (10/5): We had a wonderful time while we were there - The rooms were cleaned well. They offer coffee in the mornings. And have a snack bar by the front desk. The night staff was very helpful checking us in. There’s plenty of food options around, there’s a gas station right next door with a tobacco/convenience store. There’s a 24 hour Dunkin Donuts right across the street. Wawa is like a 2 minute drive down the road. The main parking lot is a bit far from the front entrance, but most hotels are like that. They do have accessible handicap parking right by the front door, so it’s really not an issue.
• Morelli (1/5): Stay far away from this place - Leaving. I wasn't given the smoking jacuzzi suite that I originally booked, but was told it would be ready the following day; it wasn't. The staff was rude and made it pretty clear they did not appreciate you going to the desk for anything. These people fought us about getting extra towels one afternoon for christ sake. Out of our 5 night stay the internet was out for three of them with not so much as any acknowledgement from the staff. Despite the staffs rude disposition to being approached, they sure don't mind watching you on the cameras the moment you come in. The cherry on this sundae is the reason I didn't get the room I reserved was be cause the jacuzzi jets in said room were broken. Guess what? So were half the jets in the room i did get. Every single amenity I booked that stay for was slowly taken away over the course of those five days. An absolutely horrid establishment and the people who work their should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

• Eliga (1/5): Terrible waste of money and time! - That I stayed here twice before on our husband and wife overnight break from life, kids and work and had a great time. The property was dirty furniture was turned over in the lobby. They was beating and banging in the room next to us doing construction at 7am. Staff In the hallway loud at the door all morning fr 7am-3pm. Carts rolling hitting the walls. The room smelled terrible like cigarette smoke. The bathroom sink was clogged did not drain at all. We paid for a jacuzzi room the jets did not work at all not even one. We told the staff of our issue early on and they never offered to come see or switch our room.i made a complaint nobody cared. All I received was an apology acknowledging they knew about construction and did not tell us upon rental. They also knew about the jacuzzi and didn’t say. They could have just given us a standard room. They cut the WiFi off at 7am on the last day to checkout. This place is terrible. No compassion, accountability or remorse for their actions!

The front desk told us they just work here, we don’t know how it works. Secondly, the did not provide any sort of soap to put in the jacuzzi to make any bubbles. Also, the vending machines did not work, both were out of order. And we were only giving 2 big towels. Had to use a wet towel from my shower to dry off after my jacuzzi sit.

• Supermom11265 (1/5): Will never stay there again - The housekeeper was the only thing good about this place. They all need to learn from her. She was so sweet. Clerk stayed on the phone all thru check in speaking in a different language. She was on the phone the entire time she was there. Had to argue to get towels and wash clothes for 4 people. She told me we had to share the 2 sets that were in the room. Seriously, do you want to wash/dry your face with the same towels someone just washed/dried their ass with? She was very rude, had an attitude, and refused to give her name. 1 luggage cart available had 4 flats. Other carts were being used by the cleaning staff and sitting in the lobby loaded with trash bags. when asked about using a different one since it was only trash bags on it, she said it was a woman's belongings that had just went to jail when it was obviously trash. Elevator always reeked of marijuana. Sketchy people checking in and hanging around. Under construction so no breakfast or ice. Every night it sounded like a herd of elephants were running on the ceiling. Walls were paper thin. Had to turn on the TV to keep the kids from hearing the adult activities going on in the other rooms. Only goods thing was the room was big and accommodated 2 wheelchairs and the housekeeper was the sweetest person ever. All staff needs to learn by her example!

• Jaime (4/5): - I have stayed at red roof many times. The location is great and close to everything. This time, they must have been remodeling.. the only floor being used was the third floor. And the rooms were not clean. The tile in the bathroom was broken and sinking, the tub was loose and felt very unstable, the floor was not clean at all.. had to wipe your feet off to get in bed.. and the entire floor smelled of damp smoke and mold.

• Ivonna (10/5): - My 5-day experience with Red Roof inn was very pleasant. The rooms were very clean . Fresh sheets no stains from previous visits on them . Also the bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent except for the drain . It’s took longer than usual. But the price stay was very affordable. I booked all my stays on Expedia , the staff was very friendly and the house keepers made sure I had enough towels . There is no pool but if you bringing kids i suggest you bring things to occupy then while you stay . Television excellent there . Overall I give this a 8

• Stacey (10/5): Nice Place - We stayed at the Red Roof Inn for my daughters wedding in Cherry Hill. Needed to be in between Cherry Hill and Mullica Hill. Was a great location. I did smell marijuana every time we walked back into the hotel. The parking could have been a little nicer but, worked. Would stay again.

• Kevin (2/5): Never stay here - The lobby was disgusting with old piled up furniture and mattresses. Apparently they’re doing some level of renovation. Plus, the attendant didn’t show up for about 15 minutes after I came into the lobby to check me in. The worst part was when I checked into my room and finally got into the bed. The sheet was damp, bordering on wet. It was clear the room service individual put a wet sheet on the bed and covered it with the comforter, apparently hoping it would dry. It was disgusting. I requested a new room and asked how possibly the sheet could be wet and the person behind the counter had no clue and they just kind of laughed. I was given a new room. This room The TV didn’t work. I had just traveled from another chain budget hotel in Virginia, where it was cheaper, I received breakfast in the morning and the room received perfect. I would never stay in a red roof hotel again. This place was literally a dump. When I mentioned to the attendant at the counter, who is the same guy from the night before who remembered the wet sheet episode that the TV didn’t work he just shrugged his shoulders. Awful awful service.

We reserved a handicap accessible room. My mother needed the roll in shower. They didn't have another one. They moved us into a suite. My mother wasn't able to take a shower the whole time. I had to help her off the toilet because it sat do low and no grab bars. It was difficult for the both of us.

• Tina (4/5): Sad to see the state of this Red Roof. - I chose this Red Roof because I lived in Bellmawr for several years and knew the location would be perfect. This motel is under construction which is great that there will be progress, but there is construction dust everywhere. No coffee, no breakfast, but same price, loud noises constantly, doors being closed off, others reopened to let you out daily. Tv remote didn’t work, clientele was truly bad. Loud talking, marching up and down hallways, door slamming at 1-3am. I was really sad to be there and wanted to check out early but circumstances kept me there for the full three nights. So do not book now, and if tempted to book in the future due to location, do your best to find out if management is handling disruptive customers.

• Erik (4/5): - Property was loud, people were living in the hotel and leaving trash all around. Everything was broken or on its way to being broken. My car was broken into on property, same two clerks were working and were not attentive at all to any needs or concerns. Wanted to check put early and switch hotels and was refused a refund, so was forced to stay feelingnunsafe for the remainder of my trip.

• Jeremy S (8/5): - The big issue was that i had no control of the air conditioning which resulted in me getting up in the morning very tight.
• Adrienne (2/5): Very loud - There was a scissor lift parked outside our window for some kind of maintenance purpose. It was very loud and they fired it up at 9am Sunday morning

• Keith (6/5): - The price I paid (>$170) was a little steep for what you got. The room was clean but obviously people smoke in them; at least the bathroom. They have rag propping stairwell doors open (how much do stoppers cost). The parking is a little suspect and made to be worse in that they don't even want your plate # (I asked). The floor was warped from the shower. No knowing how close Philly was to the hotel? Thermostat in the room that isn't tied to the unit in the wall - is it just decoration? If you expect a Red Roof Inn off of the NJTP that's way over priced then you'll be fine.

• Mike (4/5): - Initially, I thought everything was fine and I am a traveler of 30 weekends a year up and down the East Coast and this is the first time for 14 years of doing this that I come home with bed bug bites. I’ve got them in the usual spots and I have only stayed that hotel and the next day home. I started experiencing the itchiness the next day. The staff was fine. That’s just the weirdest that I’ve had so far in my travels since I’ve never dealt with bites before
